Lesley gives high quality customer service and will help you to find the best outfit or accessories for each and every individual. Lesley also takes the extra effort to go to fashion shows in places like New York and LA to find the newest clothing lines for her store. This often means that the designer clothes and any other accessories she puts in her store will not be found in any other store in the region. If you are looking for something unique to wear that nobody else will be wearing Manhattan South is worth the few extra minute's drive outside of the Summit.

A few years ago I walked in a BB store to buy my other son a few suits to interview in because first impressions matter. I walked around and was finally greeted by a smirking jerk. His direct words were, "That's too nice a suit to wear to court. ". I looked at him and asked him to beg my pardon, Will you repeat that? This jerk asked me if I thought their prices were the same as JCP? I was speechless. I was not feeling well and tears rolled down my face. Not because of his I insults but it was just the acknowledgment of how hard it is to be treated right by people like him. I just didn't have it in me to even ask for the manger. I wasted time telling him my son would be going to court but not as a defendant. He would be the arresting officer. That I had been out looking for a lost foster dog the reason I looked so casual but I assured him I could pay whatever their prices were. I wanted to put my previous encounter behind me and see if that jerk was still there. Unfortunately, Jos A. Banks is where a dear friend of mine buys his clothes and I heard his reminder in my head as I stood at the door with my hand reaching out to the door. Brought them back to see if there was any way I adjust the belt loop & I was told to get a smaller belt. No other offer to help in any way was extended. Reason I got the boys size is because I don't fit into the men's size for #BrooksBrothers so the sales consultant was kind enough to find slacks from the boys department for me. I thought they would help somehow with a goodwill gesture if I bought additional slacks to replace these but I think I have too high expectations for this place. Good news though - some homeless chap in Birmingham, AL will be strutting some decent slacks around town.

The estimate of arrival was May 18, but it arrived much sooner at the store. The employees were very helpful in retrieving my order after I gave them my information. The store itself is nice to look around and they have a good clearance section of both men and women clothes. They still have there fitting room open in case anybody was wondering.

I was there maybe 10-15 minutes and in that time 5 team members interacted with me in some way, but never felt overbearing. I was able to purchase two shirts I love on sale which was great! I don't think the prices at this location are really "outlet" prices or any more on sale than a normal store or online even though it is located at the outlet mall (but maybe they just didn't have any extra specials going on the day I went).

I booked an appointment online at Jos A. Bank for my husband's Valentine's Day suit fitting. I…read moreaccidentally selected the wrong date, and when I called the store, I was told no one knew how to change it and that I needed to rebook online. The system would not allow me to modify it, so I ended up creating a new appointment under my name instead of my husband's. When we arrived, we were greeted and assigned to a young associate. While he was polite, it was clear he needed more training. He had difficulty locating the right suit jacket and did not ask about preferred material, style, or fit. I ultimately had to step in and select better quality and style options myself. After directing us to the fitting room, he left to assist other customers. I noticed another associate assisting a customer nearby, and he was excellent. He measured his client, discussed styles and alterations, and was very attentive. After my husband tried on pants that were too long for his liking, I asked that associate if we were supposed to be measured. He said yes and even suggested a more tapered pant style that would better suit my husband. He then informed our assigned associate of what we needed and encouraged him to assist us properly. From that point forward, the service improved. Overall, the experience was okay. I do not believe anyone intentionally dismissed us, but I did book an appointment with the expectation of being assisted throughout the process. We were there less than 30 minutes, and I don't feel that was too much to ask.
