Turkey and cheese
Mario A.

As a frequent customer, it's getting more difficult to make decision to return. Seriously $12.99 for turkey sandwich with 2 pieces of meat and 1 cheese? $4.00 for fountain drink? This is beyond acceptable. I can go across to Jersey mikes and get so much more

I've been coming to this Panera location for years and have always enjoyed the food and service. Today that didn't have any chips during my visit which is a first, but I guess this could happen at any location so I'm not gonna ding them after going here for so many years and this being the first potential "issue" I've ever encountered here. No real complaints o, which is a good thing and would totally recommend this location to others.

Roast beef toasted with Panera special sauce and white cheddar cheese??????

Cross pointe Mall, Woodbridge NJ First, I'll give it props, clean, very clean. However, I use the app as soon as I use the app I get a coupon for free delivery. If I use it drumroll .....by the same day that I'm ordering the food. I'm already in front of the place, wasted incentive. I'm still In one store and place my rapid order through the Panera app, at 5:03 pm I had ordered a Caesar salad with chicken and a roast beef sandwich, toasted. When it told me it would be ready at 5:15 pm. The track bar also turn green, I went into the site and I saw bags on the counter and people standing around looking miffed!!! I noticed my name and picked up my order! That where my excitement stops!!! Returned home...Opened my Caesar salad went to toss it around 2 things, no Caesar dressing and I was tossing medium chunks of the husk from iceberg lettuce!!!! I removed enough pieces that I could have another salad, now I will eat an end or two or three but not the entire bottom of my salad. The chicken was a thinly slice small half of a breast... okay I could deal with that. I used my own dressing and ate what was left after removal of husks (see picture). Still hungry I went for my sandwich, roast beef toasted, their sauce. White cheddar cheese, and I like cucumbers. I got diced cucumbers, dried roast beef, qtr size spot of their sauce and NO white cheddar cheese ! I spent $25 on this meal... I also got a free dessert I picked the pumpkin muffin, that was the best thing out the bunch! I'll go again for dessert but nothing else!!! This is my first time to Panera. I always order delivery or pick up to new places I patron because I want to see if they treat their customers not seen the same as the customers that are there spending the same money and as you can see, they don't treat them the same food and quality was poor.

Chipotle Chicken Avo Melt

Food was awesome and so was staff!! Very clean and everything was organized. Rayanne is great as always! Recommended!

I eat Panera nearly every day. It seems as if these older cafes are not on point. Check out the salad from my pick 2. Look like the onions came out the trash. I think im done with the older cafes.

If I could give them no stars I would $8.08 dollars for literally 4 tablespoons of chicken noodle soup shame on them shame on them on top of the fact that I placed my order online for rapid pick up and I still had to wait 15 minutes people working there a rude I understand people are overwhelmed but seriously never again if I could give it no stars I would

Although Panera Bread can be pricey, its supposed to be healthy foods all around. This location is situated in a shopping strip mall near Wegman's and Lowes. They have good amount of parking spaces and retail space is a corner storefront. Two ways you can place your order. One is the cashier and the other is the kiosk. We usually prefer to order at the kiosk because you can take your time with your order and customize the way you want it. They have soups, salads, sandwiches, flat breads, and desserts. I usually order the pick two in which you select and salad, soup, or sandwich combo. The BBQ flat bread and the Cobb salad is my choice. Once you place the order, it doesn't take that long at this location which is a plus. They have a drink re-fill station and their signature drinks ready to be self served. The few times we went they are usually friendly and the place is clean and organized. This is what we expect from Panera Bread. However, I can not say the same for the in the mall locations. Overall, this is a good place to enjoy a healthy meal without worrying about the tipping afterwards. Its pricier than other fast food locations and we consider this semi fast causal.

Mac and cheese kids meal and soft dinner roll

It's located in a strip shopping area with plenty of parking spaces. For whatever reason, there's a Panera Bread in the Menlo Mall and a stand alone outside of its mall. This location is about 5 minutes away. There's definitely other locations nearby as well on route 1. I decided to come to this location because I didn't want hassle with parking. I like ordering through the kiosk as I get to review the menu up close and don't feel rushed by the cashier on placing an order. Yes, you can customized your sandwiches and salads, etc. Or, order the way it is presented in its regular menu. All orders comes with a side choice (dinner roll, French baguette, cookie, apples, etc). You have the option to order a full salad or sandwich or soup or you can do the pick two. I chose the pick two and had southwest chicken salad and the napa almond chicken salad on white bread. It was delicious and portion size is very decent. My son was also happy with his pick two order of chicken Cobb salad and BBQ chicken on flatbread. There's several options for kids meal and my daughter chose her fav which is Mac and cheese. I do have to ding one star for the small (literally one scoop size) Mac and cheese. The kids meal also come with a side and thankfully, I ordered dinner roll so the carbs from the bread filled her up halfway.

Tasty bear claw...

First visit to this particular location... stopped by after dinner on a Friday night for coffee and s treat. We arrived at 9:30 and they close at 10:00. We ordered 2 coffees and a bear claw. We paid and were given the coffee cups but then realized the self serve coffee urn was empty. After asking the cashier about the coffee she had a quick chat with another employee and let us know she would make more and it would take 5 minutes. So we took a seat and waited... after a while she let us know the coffee was done. We served ourselves some coffee but it was very weak and there were grounds in it... maybe it was a second brew? Also the milk and creamer had also been put away so we had to request that as well from the counter.... On the plus side my bear claw was tasty... maybe they should wait a little longer before putting things away for the evening or be clear before taking orders what they have available to offer...

chicken, mozzarella, tomatoes, pickled red onions, chopped basil and chipotle mayo, Focaccia with avocado, and arugula.

I was shocked to see cakes that looked like wedding cakes!! Definitely on the pricey side, but well worth it. Gianni was our server and he did great for a party of 8. Everyone was pleased with their Harold's New York Deli experience. This was a first time experience for 6 of us, 2 return visitors (they recommended we stop to experience the good food). It was a pleasant atmosphere and restroom gets a 5 star on its own! Very clean and fresh! Harold's New York Deli definitely gets high recommendations to try.

Would I recommend it? Yes. Is it worth seeing once? Also yes. It has that big, theatrical, old-school deli energy where the portions are part of the show. That said, I'm not in the camp that every good restaurant is automatically a five-star spot. When everything is a five, it gets harder to separate the truly elite places, the hometown heroes, and the restaurants worth planning a trip around. Harold's lands for me as a very solid three-point-something, graciously rounded to four because they have a Marine Corps flag hung in reception. The food was good, the portions were whatever you make it, and the whole place has novelty value without feeling like a total gimmick. The sandwiches are large enough to satisfy a hungry, medium-sized guy without completely defeating him. And honestly, on a menu full of meat, my favorite thing may have been the healthy pickled salad/pickle bar situation -- bright, crunchy, and a great counterbalance to the heavier deli classics. My biggest knock was the service atmosphere. There seemed to be an army of staff, but not much interaction beyond their phones. Maybe I caught it at an off time, and maybe the place comes alive when it's packed, but that kept the experience from feeling warmer or more special. Overall: fun stop, good food, convenient location, and worth doing if you're passing through. Memorable four.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the place is always clean which makes the experience even better. My favorite is their margherita pizza -- it's perfectly cheesy with just the right amount of sauce. I also love that the crust is thin and holds up nicely with no flop. Reconfirmed with my daughter that ordered "The Lucky Seven Sub." which she confirmed I did say it. Anyhow, the quality of the sub my chicken cheesesteak was nothing like Philadelphia chicken cheesesteak. Taste was bland had to add salt and pepper to give it flavoring. As for my daughters sub (Lucky Seven) it comes with grilled chicken. I've never seen grilled chicken so difficult when she bit into it. It was like fake grilled chicken not the real chicken it was like school cafeteria cheap chicken. A piece of frozen chicken defrosted in the microwave. Was hoping it would be chicken when you bite into it just melts in your mouth. Not the case for this place. Dining area was very clean bathroom needed cleaning. I went there and it looked nasty. For the price I paid for lunch and this is lunch no specials you are being charged extra if using your credit card, If you do not use cash on top of that I tipped. Honestly, It was not worth the money that was paid for the quality. But hands-down to the dessert which was cannoli that was the best thing throughout anything else.
