If i could leave no stars i would tracy the team manager and the cashier that took my order absolutely horrible customer service. Picture this... you walk into this panera stomach growling after a 14 hour day and u just want some soup and a bread bowl to relieve your hunger with your fiancée... and you drop a 60 dollar order and the ignorant cashier decides that the customers who ordered behind you deserve the last two bread bowls since they knew the customers after us and we are strangers.... Onto of that had a whole 10 minute convo while we waited to order our meals.. then proceeds to tell the crew working that the bread bowls are for the people after you and to tell you that they are sold out when you specifically got the bread bowls since you we both saw two of them left over..... poor management by tracy allowing her cashier to treat customers that way instead of stepping in and doing the right thing.. I come to this Panera location often. They were one of the first in the area to be set up with the self ordering kiosks and speedy pick up. My order always comes out correct and quickly no matter what time of the day. They seem to have a really great system here and I've never had an issue. There is also ample seating options, but it does fill up quickly on the weekend as this is part of a busy shopping plaza. The employees are always very friendly and it is well maintained. This is definitely my favorite Panera location. 5/5 read more

If I use it drumroll .....by the same day that I'm ordering the food. I'm already in front of the place, wasted incentive. I'm still In one store and place my rapid order through the Panera app, at 5:03 pm I had ordered a Caesar salad with chicken and a roast beef sandwich, toasted. When it told me it would be ready at 5:15 pm. The track bar also turn green, I went into the site and I saw bags on the counter and people standing around looking miffed!!! I noticed my name and picked up my order! That where my excitement stops!!! Returned home...Opened my Caesar salad went to toss it around 2 things, no Caesar dressing and I was tossing medium chunks of the husk from iceberg lettuce!!!! I removed enough pieces that I could have another salad, now I will eat an end or two or three but not the entire bottom of my salad. The chicken was a thinly slice small half of a breast... okay I could deal with that. I used my own dressing and ate what was left after removal of husks (see picture). Still hungry I went for my sandwich, roast beef toasted, their sauce. White cheddar cheese, and I like cucumbers. I got diced cucumbers, dried roast beef, qtr size spot of their sauce and NO white cheddar cheese ! I spent $25 on this meal... I also got a free dessert I picked the pumpkin muffin, that was the best thing out the bunch! I'll go again for dessert but nothing else!!! This is my first time to Panera. I always order delivery or pick up to new places I patron because I want to see if they treat their customers not seen the same as the customers that are there spending the same money and as you can see, they don't treat them the same food and quality was poor. read more

Although Panera Bread can be pricey, its supposed to be healthy foods all around. This location is situated in a shopping strip mall near Wegman's and Lowes. They have good amount of parking spaces and retail space is a corner storefront. Two ways you can place your order. One is the cashier and the other is the kiosk. We usually prefer to order at the kiosk because you can take your time with your order and customize the way you want it. They have soups, salads, sandwiches, flat breads, and desserts. I usually order the pick two in which you select and salad, soup, or sandwich combo. The BBQ flat bread and the Cobb salad is my choice. Once you place the order, it doesn't take that long at this location which is a plus. They have a drink re-fill station and their signature drinks ready to be self served. The few times we went they are usually friendly and the place is clean and organized. This is what we expect from Panera Bread. However, I can not say the same for the in the mall locations. Overall, this is a good place to enjoy a healthy meal without worrying about the tipping afterwards. Its pricier than other fast food locations and we consider this semi fast causal. read more

It's located in a strip shopping area with plenty of parking spaces. For whatever reason, there's a Panera Bread in the Menlo Mall and a stand alone outside of its mall. This location is about 5 minutes away. There's definitely other locations nearby as well on route 1. I decided to come to this location because I didn't want hassle with parking. I like ordering through the kiosk as I get to review the menu up close and don't feel rushed by the cashier on placing an order. Yes, you can customized your sandwiches and salads, etc. Or, order the way it is presented in its regular menu. All orders comes with a side choice (dinner roll, French baguette, cookie, apples, etc). You have the option to order a full salad or sandwich or soup or you can do the pick two. I chose the pick two and had southwest chicken salad and the napa almond chicken salad on white bread. It was delicious and portion size is very decent. My son was also happy with his pick two order of chicken Cobb salad and BBQ chicken on flatbread. There's several options for kids meal and my daughter chose her fav which is Mac and cheese. I do have to ding one star for the small (literally one scoop size) Mac and cheese. The kids meal also come with a side and thankfully, I ordered dinner roll so the carbs from the bread filled her up halfway. read more

As much as I like Panera Bread, this location needs a few things to be like the others. It has potential, and I can't throw anybody under the bus. However, below is my list. 1. No napkins in the restaurant (???). Go to Wegmans or something if it is a supply chain issue. 2. The subscription program only works well if there is coffee or cups or creamer or ... 3. The wait can be upwards of 20 mins (ugh). 4. For some staff, this job may not be for them. *On a positive note, the restaurant seems clean and cozy. Panera used to be very good, but recent changes in their menu have drastically changed that. Many items have been removed, and there's a significant decrease in the quality of the remaining items. I tried their new BLT; there was exactly ONE slice of bacon, and one paper-thin slice of tomato! All I could taste was bread, and it was stale. My husband's chicken sandwich was just a few shreds of pulled chicken, and also on stale, tasteless bread. Obviously, there's a massive cost-cutting movement at Panera, but alienating customers won't help their business! read more

Worse customer service ever! Beyond slow. Ordering ahead on the app makes no sense as you still have to wait. I gave them a 2nd chance by ordering freaking coffee. Followed the directions on the app waited 10 minutes after the pick up time only to be asked... are you waiting (I wanted to say no.. I just freaking hanging out in Panera waiting for my next big movie break WTfreak), I said calmly... coffee, I ordered it on the app, she said... oh you get it yourself, it's at the counter. First visit to this particular location... stopped by after dinner on a Friday night for coffee and s treat. We arrived at 9:30 and they close at 10:00. We ordered 2 coffees and a bear claw. We paid and were given the coffee cups but then realized the self serve coffee urn was empty. After asking the cashier about the coffee she had a quick chat with another employee and let us know she would make more and it would take 5 minutes. So we took a seat and waited... after a while she let us know the coffee was done. We served ourselves some coffee but it was very weak and there were grounds in it... maybe it was a second brew? Also the milk and creamer had also been put away so we had to request that as well from the counter.... I just about had it with this location. I made a rapid pick up order for a sandwich before heading to work. Lunchtime comes and I absolutely disgusting with how my sandwich was prepared. It was supposed to be a half frontega chicken panini with avocado, pickled onions, and arugula. What I really got was the bread, avocado, tomatoes and pickled onions. By the way, it was the discarded pieces of tomato that was used. Errors like this happens quite often at the Woodbridge location. The manager was willing to work with me but with a 30 min lunch almost over, it wouldn't make sense to head over or have it the correct way. Panera is very consistent and satisfying. You can see great service is their priority. I have never had a bad experience. Their food is fresh and they have a creative menu. You could always have your favorite or change it up. I love the convenience of ordering online and it waiting for you when you arrive. Portions are not the same. I order the Mac & cheese dinner for my kids and they put it in a smaller bowl than the normal medium size bowl I get at every other Panera. The salads are a mess not thoroughly tossed, it had a lot less cranberries and almonds than other Panera's I've been. The only thing good about this location is the atmosphere is pretty good. quiet compare to the one at Menlo Park where there's a ton of traffic and cars hissing by. This place is so convenient for the area, though it can be extremely busy at times because of the shared parking with other stores in the plaza. I've been coming here for the last 5 year or so and they are always very pleasant. The food is always fresh and made to order. My usual is the power breakfast sandwich and the frozen mocha. Later in the day I really enjoy the swiss with ham on rye with either soup (the half & half special) or a salad. Only thing I will say is that the salads generally are smothered in the dressing, which if you're someone who enjoys that then it'll be fine. But if you're more like me, lighter side of dressing its irksome and I end up never finishing the whole portion. Overall I enjoy coming here to go over school work, especially on rainy days. I went In with my daughter and ordered food for 2 and We requested for bread but they placed chips. Soup served was half cup When enquired about soup and Bread. The girl replied that they don't have Bread so she gave us chips ( with out informing us she decided what we should eat) when asked About the soup she said we don't have any more soup left. Panera needs to hire more competent employees who can read. Multiple times I have ordered and put in the special instructions to change the bread because I am allergic to the bread originally on the sandwich. Oh Panera. Are you giving away gold? The lines here between 12 and 2 are insane!! Can't come here during the week because I get anxious I'll never make it back to work on time! But, who doesn't love your You Pick Two? Chicken salad on seminola and an asian salad anyone? People are friendly and there's free wi-fi- though it is limited to 30 minutes during peak hours.
