A bug was found in my Fuji Apple salad with chicken. So disgusting.

A bug was found in my Fuji Apple salad with chicken. Giving me free extra protein? I'm speechless. I wish I could give 0 or -1 star.

Slowest internet ever. Stopped in for a coffee and some wifi before having dinner but couldn't even get their Internet to complete a speed test. And the coffee wasn't all that either. Parking lot is narrow and folks zip through here a bit too fast. Watch out.

Asian chicken Salad was ridiculous and just think I paid $12.00 for a cup of lettuce made by someone who had their hair wild with no net and no gloves on. I will not return again.

Came over here after spending most of the morning at Bed Bath & Beyond and Lowe's home supply store. Which of course, got us extremely hungry. The place was a Grand Central Station of activity. Still, this staff was able to keep up with the demand and we had a really great chicken Cobb salad with avocado and my partner had a great chicken sandwich with a salad. Despite being a wonderfully sunny day, they don't have al fresco seating, just crowded air conditioning seats... Oh yes, I'm in suburbia... As other Panera Bread locations have undergone a noticeable decrease in quality, this one seems to be holding up well. The two things that I cannot understand about the Panera Bread business model, is number one, egg dishes stop being served between 1030 and 1100, even on weekends. The other one is that the two cash register locations tend to confuse customers and create mayhem among the staff.

I don't know what took me so long to give this location the review they deserve but better late than never, i had an outstanding experience with the staff about a week ago. and i mean THE ENTIRE staff from start to finish was the 'gold team' 1. the guy who held the door open 2. the young man who took my order, after stopping me from using the kiosk "hey i'm not busy, come on over here." 3. the taller lady who was not only cleaning but also checking on a nice busy dad who was feeding his kid mac and cheese. She was basically giving the dad all the tips she could on cleaning up his child besides taking the kid herself! 4. the two guys in the back who addressed me by name, asked if i wanted a nutritional guide and checked if i was okay with both tomato basil bread AND a bag of chips 5. this same taller girl who slid me a cup for some tea 'cuz she saw me just looking confused from all the joy i had then she proceeded to help this elderly couple at their table enjoy their meal too! 6. this guy who brought me my meal. bagged to perfection and served with a smile i swear to you this could have been a disaster but i am guessing this particular night crew was the gold team or something. I went so far to call corporate that night to tell them how fantastic they all were. as for the food it was panera. just that. fresh, and normal food. but if it wasn't for the gold team, i don't think i would have had such a wondrous experience.

For dinner I had the chicken parm in a blush sauce which came with a side of gnocchi and my dining partner had grandmas Sunday gravy, again both decent. We skipped dessert because it was a decent amount of food. The other thing I'll mention is you're going to want to make reservations if you go. The entire restaurant seats what seems like 30 people.

It's also BYOB, so if you're of legal drinking age, you can bring your own beer. This restaurant is located in the Fairfax Shopping Center right between Walgreens and Crab du Jour on Concord Pike, and there is plenty of free parking in the lot. When you walk in, you immediately know the place is authentic by the aroma of incense and the mini altars with daily offerings to Ông Địan and Thần Tài. The space itself is clean, spacious, and has plenty of seating. The friendly staff attended to our needs right away, brought us water and menus, and took our orders. I ordered the Bún Đặc Biệt (house special vermicelli topped with a mix of grilled pork, shrimp, fresh herbs, and sliced chả giò), a bánh mì thịt heo nướng (grilled pork), a bánh mì thịt bò nướng (grilled beef), and a bánh mì chả lụa (pork meat loaf). My nephew ordered the Phở Tái Nạm Gầu (thinly sliced raw eye-round steak, well-done flank, and fatty brisket), while my wife ordered the Bún Chả Giò. The pho was amazing--authentic, savory, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. The bun dishes were delicious and cool, hitting our appetites perfectly on a 90°+ day. What really makes the difference with vermicelli is having a great nước mắm sauce, and this place does it perfectly. And the bánh mì sandwiches--wow! Having great bread is the foundation, and this place absolutely hits the mark. The combination of the thinly sliced marinated meats topped with a crisp, tangy julienned mix of daikon and carrots, long cucumber sticks for a fresh crunch, bright cilantro, and fresh jalapeños for a spicy kick makes all the difference. It's what elevates it from an OK sandwich to a truly great one. We're definitely hitting this spot again whenever we're in town. Tip: When ordering sandwiches to go, let them know if you plan to eat them the same day or the next day and they'll separate the veggies for you so the baguette doesn't get soggy!

It didn't have that weird, off taste that deli turkey sometimes has (IYKYK). The stuffing was wonderfully seasoned and delivered so much flavor. All these wonderful components combined deliver what I only can describe as heaven to my tastebuds. I ordered a medium (10 inches) and ate the entire thing in one sitting. The only thing that saddens me is I live 3000 miles away, so the likelihood of me experiencing this again is slim.
