Was looking forward to trying this place for a coffee and a bagel. So first off I liked the strong brew coffee. I also like the cinnamon raisin bagel. I've had better in both categories, but both were ok. Here's what I didn't like: 1. Coffee is self service. 2. At first, i wanted to order a cinnamon roll and asked if that could be warmed up. I was told I could do it over by the coffee station where there was a microwave. I was caught off guard by that and changed my order to a bagel because I confirmed that they would toast that....hmmmm? 3. My bagel was toasted as requested. My bagel was mishapen. My bagel came with a small container of cream cheese that I would have to apply. Needed more cream cheese. 4. Tables were not wiped down and for the whole hour I was there, I did not see anyone going around to wipe tables. This was a turn off for me. This is the second time I ordered food from this location. The first being the classic grilled cheese, which is pretty hard to get wrong. But this time I got my favorite, the BBQ chicken flatbread and it was DISGUSTING! I opened the flatbread and noticed that everything was literally thrown in. The BBQ sauce was only smeared on half of the sandwich, on the side where the flatbread was folded and it seemed all the ingredients were also shoved to that side. I had to rip off half of the sandwich because it was only flatbread.. In addition, my chips were put in the bottom of the bag so they were hot, but only a little crushed. I'm used to Panera consisting of great quality but this was very strange to me. Not very happy that money was wasted here, but it's not the end of the world. Came over here after spending most of the morning at Bed Bath & Beyond and Lowe's home supply store. Which of course, got us extremely hungry. The place was a Grand Central Station of activity. Still, this staff was able to keep up with the demand and we had a really great chicken Cobb salad with avocado and my partner had a great chicken sandwich with a salad. Despite being a wonderfully sunny day, they don't have al fresco seating, just crowded air conditioning seats... Oh yes, I'm in suburbia... As other Panera Bread locations have undergone a noticeable decrease in quality, this one seems to be holding up well. The two things that I cannot understand about the Panera Bread business model, is number one, egg dishes stop being served between 1030 and 1100, even on weekends. Panera is a chain that provides me a great sense of comfort and familiarity. Their food is in no way spectacular, but they are a nice, quick and easy meal that typically do not disappoint. I have never been to a location that was the same replica of another, which is atypical of a chain restaurant. There does not seem to be consistency with their customer service, food quality and production, or cleanliness. I'm not sure if this has to do with recent rebranding efforts with their logo change or not... All locations used to carry Panera branded items like their cream cheese and such, but now all are of different brands and have varying ounces of product. Unfortunately, it seems this location has all of these disadvantages. All of the tables, seats, and floors were covered in crumbs. They seemed woefully understaffed and with really rude front of house workers. The food was lackluster. The asiago bagel was good but the small portion of cream cheese was not enough, which is really disappointing as it cost more than the bagel itself. The coffee cake was overly sweet and slightly dry. The cheese danish was okay. I have seen and eaten at better Panera Bread locations and I am disappointed because it ruined my idealized image of this chain as one of my go-to places. read more

Always happy to order lively sandwiches from Panera bread. We went on a Saturday evening and the place was busy. We ordered via kiosks and the beeper would beep when the order is ready. The sandwiches were delicious and so was our coffee. I am very particular about restroom cleanliness as these chains often neglect that part. But to my surprise, it was clean. Otherwise there is a line and it's hard to find dine-in seating. Salads are good here - I especially like the "seasonal" Cobb Salad with chicken and the bistro onion soup. (I get it without croutons to save a few carbs.) They are somewhat famous for the pick 2 combination - soup or 1/2 sandwich or smaller salad. It's fast food - but way better for you than Burger King or McDonald's. There is also a honeygrow (better tasting but more money) and a Qdoba in this same strip mall/shopping area. read more

I literally stop into Panera every day of the work week. There's always some small issue at the self serve station. They are always out of coffee or half n half. Compared to other Panera Bread locations, this one has a slightly smaller seating area. The food is consistent with the other locations I have visited, and the speed of service was excellent. The soup was hot, and the salad was tasty, the power kale and chicken salad, but it could have had more kale. The place was clean and modern looking like all the others. This is a pretty standard Panera Bread location, as far as this restaurant chain goes. The menu has a variety of sandwiches and salads, with the usual prices that seem a tad high for what you get. The ordering line at this location was slow but I avoided that by sitting at a table and making an online order instead. The WiFi internet here is the slowest I've ever seen at any Panera Bread location but fortunately, I also had access to Comcast WiFi. And the final issue I noticed is they didn't have the silverware and most of the condiments out. You have to ask for those at the counter. read more

Met up with friends for a lunch date on saturday. its always crazy packed in here. I dont think i would mind the crowd it i wasnt made to feel like cattle. this place is super unorganized and the line situation reminds me of boarding a southwest flight. This is my go to for a quick healthy lunch. There are many options on the menu. There are also some good healthy non soda drink options. What most people don't take advantage of is adding freebies to your salad like cucumbers or greens. I have Panera rewards card and after anywhere from 4 to 6 visits I get a reward. Nothing unusual about the layout of the menu, though it does seem a little dirtier than other Paneras. If you're familiar with Panera you'll know what to expect.
