they were really helpful with an order that with a mistake. they replaced my bagels free of charge and were super nice about it.

They've changed their bagel recipe. I was a regular customer even though their bagels weren't up to New York standards; they were better than supermarket bagels and other nearby bagel shops. Now they're just rolls; soft and fluffy on the inside. Might as well buy the rolls passing for bagels from the supermarket. read more

I got the kitchen sink cookie, which was very fresh all in all people there were very nice. The server was very nice. It was seemed like a clean place as well. I didn't try the other food, but I'd be curious to see how the other food is one thing I wish is that they had a little bit more bakery items However the items that they did have did look pretty good and decently fresh. read more

Was looking forward to trying this place for a coffee and a bagel. So first off I liked the strong brew coffee. I also like the cinnamon raisin bagel. I've had better in both categories, but both were ok. Here's what I didn't like: 1. Coffee is self service. 2. At first, i wanted to order a cinnamon roll and asked if that could be warmed up. I was told I could do it over by the coffee station where there was a microwave. I was caught off guard by that and changed my order to a bagel because I confirmed that they would toast that....hmmmm? 3. My bagel was toasted as requested. My bagel was mishapen. My bagel came with a small container of cream cheese that I would have to apply. Needed more cream cheese. 4. Tables were not wiped down and for the whole hour I was there, I did not see anyone going around to wipe tables. This was a turn off for me. Conclusion: There are better options available that are less work and hopefully cleaner. read more

I used to think the bread was too hard. We tried it for lunch. I had a 1/2 turkey avocado and a small bowl of broccoli cheddar cheese soup. It was delicious! Saved half of the half for dinner. Mt daughter got he capresse baguette. So hot and tasty!! Order yourself or go to counter. Definitely would do lunch again soon, read more

This is the second time I ordered food from this location. The first being the classic grilled cheese, which is pretty hard to get wrong. But this time I got my favorite, the BBQ chicken flatbread and it was DISGUSTING! I opened the flatbread and noticed that everything was literally thrown in. The BBQ sauce was only smeared on half of the sandwich, on the side where the flatbread was folded and it seemed all the ingredients were also shoved to that side. I had to rip off half of the sandwich because it was only flatbread.. In addition, my chips were put in the bottom of the bag so they were hot, but only a little crushed. I'm used to Panera consisting of great quality but this was very strange to me. Not very happy that money was wasted here, but it's not the end of the world. I will just continue to go to the Fairfax location from now on. read more

Slowest internet ever. Stopped in for a coffee and some wifi before having dinner but couldn't even get their Internet to complete a speed test. And the coffee wasn't all that either. Parking lot is narrow and folks zip through here a bit too fast. Watch out. read more

Came over here after spending most of the morning at Bed Bath & Beyond and Lowe's home supply store. Which of course, got us extremely hungry. The place was a Grand Central Station of activity. Still, this staff was able to keep up with the demand and we had a really great chicken Cobb salad with avocado and my partner had a great chicken sandwich with a salad. Despite being a wonderfully sunny day, they don't have al fresco seating, just crowded air conditioning seats... Oh yes, I'm in suburbia... As other Panera Bread locations have undergone a noticeable decrease in quality, this one seems to be holding up well. The two things that I cannot understand about the Panera Bread business model, is number one, egg dishes stop being served between 1030 and 1100, even on weekends. The other one is that the two cash register locations tend to confuse customers and create mayhem among the staff. read more

I don't know what took me so long to give this location the review they deserve but better late than never, i had an outstanding experience with the staff about a week ago. and i mean THE ENTIRE staff from start to finish was the 'gold team' 1. the guy who held the door open 2. the young man who took my order, after stopping me from using the kiosk "hey i'm not busy, come on over here." 3. the taller lady who was not only cleaning but also checking on a nice busy dad who was feeding his kid mac and cheese. She was basically giving the dad all the tips she could on cleaning up his child besides taking the kid herself! 4. the two guys in the back who addressed me by name, asked if i wanted a nutritional guide and checked if i was okay with both tomato basil bread AND a bag of chips 5. this same taller girl who slid me a cup for some tea 'cuz she saw me just looking confused from all the joy i had then she proceeded to help this elderly couple at their table enjoy their meal too! 6. this guy who brought me my meal. bagged to perfection and served with a smile i swear to you this could have been a disaster but i am guessing this particular night crew was the gold team or something. I went so far to call corporate that night to tell them how fantastic they all were. as for the food it was panera. just that. fresh, and normal food. but if it wasn't for the gold team, i don't think i would have had such a wondrous experience. read more

Ordered through DoorDash, single dinner cost of $32, got half of order, 3 phone calls to Panera and 2 texts to DoorDash later, no refund or restitution. DOORDASH BLAMES PANERA, PANERA BLAMES DOORDASH (or other paneras), ITS PANERAS FAULT BUT THEY WILL NOT MAKE GOOD. Don't waste your money, I won't be doing so again. I would give them a zero rating if I could. read more

Panera is a chain that provides me a great sense of comfort and familiarity. Their food is in no way spectacular, but they are a nice, quick and easy meal that typically do not disappoint. I have never been to a location that was the same replica of another, which is atypical of a chain restaurant. There does not seem to be consistency with their customer service, food quality and production, or cleanliness. I'm not sure if this has to do with recent rebranding efforts with their logo change or not... All locations used to carry Panera branded items like their cream cheese and such, but now all are of different brands and have varying ounces of product. Unfortunately, it seems this location has all of these disadvantages. All of the tables, seats, and floors were covered in crumbs. They seemed woefully understaffed and with really rude front of house workers. The food was lackluster. The asiago bagel was good but the small portion of cream cheese was not enough, which is really disappointing as it cost more than the bagel itself. The coffee cake was overly sweet and slightly dry. The cheese danish was okay. I have seen and eaten at better Panera Bread locations and I am disappointed because it ruined my idealized image of this chain as one of my go-to places. read more

Always happy to order lively sandwiches from Panera bread. We went on a Saturday evening and the place was busy. We ordered via kiosks and the beeper would beep when the order is ready. The sandwiches were delicious and so was our coffee. I am very particular about restroom cleanliness as these chains often neglect that part. But to my surprise, it was clean. There tables were not being cleaned very fast and that cleaning guy was very slow. But understandable since it was evening rush hour. Overall l, I would recommend this place. read more

Placed an order on Wednesday. Paid with Applepay $28.30. Never received the order. Called the store and the manager said they did not receive an order. Food is generally good. Service can be slow, but it was good today. I try to avoid going within 45 minutes of closing. They run out of everything. The pick 2 is my go to lunch order. Their new round of salads are actually quite good. The main negative for me is they ask for a top at the register. Why does that for fast food? I guess they don't want to pay their employees well, so they try to guilt customers into it. Frankly I'm much less likely to return now. read more

Let me recall a conversation I had with one of your employees. I won't mention her name, but it begins with an "S" and rhymes with the word "Mavannah." (Mom and I step up to counter near breads/pastries) Mav: What do you want? J: Can I please get a blueberry muffin... (looking toward my mom to see what she wants) Mav: Will that be it? (looks outside store) Mom: Oh, and a chocolate chip cookie... Mav: Will that be it? (looks behind me) J: And a small cup of coffee please Mav: Will that be it? (looks at co-worker) J: Um... yeah "Mavannah" was all kinds of rude. She never looked at us, didn't give us much time to order (there was no one in line after us), and made us feel like we were a nuisance. If you hate your job so much Mavannah, just quit. You'd be doing everyone a favor. As for the muffin, it tasted kind of funny. And the coffee was luke-warm. I've had good Panera experiences before, so I don't know what happened. Maybe when you forgot to train your employees on customer service skills, you also forgot to refill the coffee? I'm just sayin. read more

The person working at the counter was completely annoyed when we walked up to the counter to order. We even asked if they were still open and he mumbled something. We realize staff is short but this place was dirty. No silverware, no bread and our soup was horrible. We won't be back read more

This is the Panera closest to my work (at the moment - LOL) and as long as you go before 12 noon (like 11:50 or so) or after 1:15 PM, you're fine. Otherwise there is a line and it's hard to find dine-in seating. Salads are good here - I especially like the "seasonal" Cobb Salad with chicken and the bistro onion soup. (I get it without croutons to save a few carbs.) They are somewhat famous for the pick 2 combination - soup or 1/2 sandwich or smaller salad. It's fast food - but way better for you than Burger King or McDonald's. There is also a honeygrow (better tasting but more money) and a Qdoba in this same strip mall/shopping area. read more

Never had an issue at this panera. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Today I ordered a vegan quinoa and lentil bowl and it was AMAZING. I would recommend this to anyone. Can't believe I've never reviewed this Panera Bread because I've been here about a zillion times... Never had a problem with the food or service, but it's constantly packed and the parking lot is a mess. Best to go during off times. read more

Staff was nice but the food is not worth the price! I got a sausage egg and cheese there was barely anything on t. Would not recommend.

I keep wanting to give this place a chance because come on, it's panera but I just don't understand why I get what i do for the price I pay. We came here on a cold Sunday evening before our weekly grocery shopping at Trader Joe's. We tried the chicken salad sandwich which was just ok. My office cafeteria serves much better sandwich for 60% of the price. Their pumpkin special bread was very good though. Cappuccino was pretty mild. Not sure if it's the same for everyone or if I just like my coffee very strong. The location is nice and clean though, no complaints about that. Overall, I'd come to Panera only if I'm starving and have no other options nearby. read more

I literally stop into Panera every day of the work week. There's always some small issue at the self serve station. They are always out of coffee or half n half. I happen to enjoy hot coffee very rarely is the coffee piping hot. I mainly come because the coffee subscriptionis a good deal, but the overall service has me reevaluating. read more

I love the bagels from Panera, and the hazelnut cream cheese is amazing. A dear friend treated me to lunch today, and I had my usual order of French onion soup in a sourdough bread bowl and iced chai. Yum. Friendly service, decent prices. My only complaint, and what keeps Panera from receiving 5 stars from me, is the ordering process always seems hairy. The counters are set up in such an odd fashion, that no one ever seems to know exactly where to go. read more

I went to Panera with a friend and she wanted to order a soup but wasn't sure what the ingredients were. Avoid coming here during lunch hours because you'll be waiting for your order for a bit. I also feel that coming here during lunch hours is different than coming in say around 10am. Compared to other Panera Bread locations, this one has a slightly smaller seating area. The food is consistent with the other locations I have visited, and the speed of service was excellent. The soup was hot, and the salad was tasty, the power kale and chicken salad, but it could have had more kale. The place was clean and modern looking like all the others. Panera continues to invent new dishes and all seem to be great successes. read more

I've been to this Panera a few times. Usually when I've done too much tax-free shopping & I'm too ravenous to think about going anywhere else. I've got to say that their food & selection is no better or worse than any other Panera (which, for what it is, I'd give a solid 3-3 1/2 stars). The reason I'm only giving them two stars is that this location always seems a bit more disorganized and less clean than the others I've been in. And not that it's Panera's fault (and it's not reflected in my rating) but the parking lot at this place is always (!!!) a nightmare. read more

This is a pretty standard Panera Bread location, as far as this restaurant chain goes. The menu has a variety of sandwiches and salads, with the usual prices that seem a tad high for what you get. The ordering line at this location was slow but I avoided that by sitting at a table and making an online order instead. The WiFi internet here is the slowest I've ever seen at any Panera Bread location but fortunately, I also had access to Comcast WiFi. And the final issue I noticed is they didn't have the silverware and most of the condiments out. You have to ask for those at the counter. read more

Met up with friends for a lunch date on saturday. its always crazy packed in here. I dont think i would mind the crowd it i wasnt made to feel like cattle. this place is super unorganized and the line situation reminds me of boarding a southwest flight. Cut and paste Panera Review here. Not much to say, pretty good food at fair prices. This is a pretty solid example from the chain. Nothing unusual about the layout of the menu, though it does seem a little dirtier than other Paneras. If you're familiar with Panera you'll know what to expect. If you're new, then you're in for a treat. I always recommend the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich with a bowl of the tomato bisque. Always delicious! read more

My kids and I come here often and it is consistently good. It's healthy fast food at a good price. It's not gourmet obvs but it's good and I don't feel like a bad parent feeding it to my kids. Don't understand the bad reviews! We are always greeted and yes some of the cashiers are rude, but you interact with them for a minute. And yes maybe they hate their job bc it seems like a stressful one because there's usually a line out the door. But the cupcakes, muffins, salads and sandwiches are worth it. Ok maybe some customer service training would help make it more pleasant. The folks making the food do an awesome job with moving quickly and getting orders right. It's healthy fast food without the chemicals, hormones and gross processed meat-- or fried anything. This location is always packed. But you can always find a table as turnover is rapid. It's clean and the bathrooms are clean. read more
