I was the only person at the counter, and there was one person sitting at a table. There were three employees behind the counter. My order was simple, just a sandwich and side of mac & cheese. I sat down at the nearest table and waited. And waited. And waited. Finally I went back to the counter, thinking maybe my order hadn't been sent to the kitchen. I approached the same employee who had taken my order, and she asked if I had ordered. I said yes, and she looked confused. I reminded her of what I had ordered. She talked to another employee who looked around and found my order sitting with a couple of other orders. He did apologize for letting it sit there and said they should have called out my name. My sandwich was good but not hot like it would have been if it hadn't been left sitting.

The clerk who took my order was friendly and accommodating. The food was to my table so fast, I hardly had time to get my drink. The Kicken' Crab Chowder was surprisingly flavorful with the distinct taste of crab and a hint of spicy heat. The soup was thick and hearty with bits of veggies. All in all, I liked the soup, but it was a bit salty. Also, the bowl that they advertise is larger and more enticing than the paper cup than what I received. There's plenty of parking in their shared lot.
