When I walked in I was greeted by the sweetest host who was so patient and welcoming. Food: coffee was oh my goodness so fresh, refreshing and made me want to get more. I had ordered Caramel Latte. For my egg white breakfast sandwich, I had tried it for the first time and honestly wasn't much of a fun. Not enough quantity and avocado was still raw. Too small a bun and didn't feel filling a all. read more

Came in here for a quick bite and got the half soup and half salad combo. The Mexican street corn chowder was good. I also got the Green Goddess Cobb salad with no meat. The avocado was so unripe that I couldn't even stab my fork into it. Just nasty ingredients. read more

Wow The Manager Kerry and her staff do an amazing job. Every order online is correct and ready when I come to pick it up. Highly recommend this Panera location. read more

Time for a tax client in West Chester. I came to Panera and the team was on it. There was no line, and everyone was all smiles. I ordered the bacon, egg and cheese on chibota bread with an everything bagel and a cup of coffee. They were out of the coffee I wanted. Instead of making me wait, the go me a cup from the pot that was brewing. I love these guys. And love this Panera. read more

Drew - I haven't been to Panera in awhile so was excited to try it again. I got the bread bowl with chicken noodle and chips. The man taking my order was nice, and we went to find our seat. All of the booths were dirty. No big deal for me I just wiped them off for us. But doing that twice, one time where we sat to wait for food, then at our own table was kinda gross. Food came out hot. Chips were pretty small and basic. Bread bowl wasn't hot but the soup was. Over all pretty decent meal for $10. To top it off you have to bring your own plates to the trash can and that was piled up. I don't blame them tho because there wasn't much staff. Kylee - So I got Mac n cheese and a bagel with cream cheese. I asked for the bagel to be slightly toasted, but it came out a little too hard. The cream cheese made it better tho. The mac n cheese was nice and warm. Not to shabby. read more

This is an embarrassment. Ive been here a few times over the last year and its the last time. Only once did I actually get anything. There customer service is awful. Whose training these guys? On a Sunday waited in line 3rd in line no problem with that. The young kiddo taking orders was not listening to the gentlemen place his order at all. Hes being patient but as I watched her continuously screw things up for him and his kiddo, I knew there was no way she could get a bagel right when she couldnt get his order right that included a bagel lol. I know its challenging to find good staff but you need a whole new leadership group here. I went to servatis which is a minute from there and the active older adult processed my bagel order listened better and outworked the young kid. In the ultra competitive WC market im surprised they are still around. read more

We came to Panera at 7:30pm. They said they were out of baguette. When I pointed at the full rack of baguettes and asked: what is that then? The lady said: "oh, that is the baguette for tomorrow. If we use that today then we don't have bread for tomorrow". Then they called our name and our order was missing a ton of stuff. Turns out that was not our order. Then I went to use the bathroom while waiting for my order. The bathroom was filthy. Smelled like it was not cleaned in days. There were no paper towels to dry my hands. Too bad Panera's service has deteriorated so much. read more

This might be the dumpiest Panera in Ohio. We used to be big fans of Panera but ever since the Covid price gouging hit, we stopped dining here so much. Yesterday I treated my son to Panera and the food was pretty good, and yeah it was still ridiculously expensive but I was shocked how dumpy and dirty the place was. If it were a swamped lunch rush, i might overlook it, but there were like 6 people in the restaurant and four employees chatting behind the counter. read more

Always good good! Quick and delicious!!! Ordered online and picked up to take home is the best!

10 am Tuesday morning. Came in for late breakfast sandwich. They were out of every non-sweet bagel (no plain, sesame, everything, Asiago. Nothing). They ran out of plain cream cheese. WTF? And to cap it all off, they didn't have any avocado. Unreal. read more

I want to like Panera but the only thing I like is the pastries; the bagels are not the classic ones you dream of, crunchy and chewy, more like a bread doughnut. The soup is bland; everything is overpriced. The bread bowls are awesome though! Many better places for lunch... read more

I've only had great experiences at this Panera. Staff is impeccable, and food is delicious!

Dirtiest Panera I've been in. Food is what you'd expect from Panera, very good. But clean this place up, please.

Wow I can't believe I just ate the soup from here with this dirty plate I'm just shocked to the moon....... I go to a lot of Panera bread places Bc I'm a truck driver but this is nasty!!!!! And it was just chicken noodle soup read more

It's always dirty when I go there no matter what time of day. Staff is nice but they don't come out behind the counter to clean seating area. Tables are all crooked in size. Nothing is wiped down. Beverage center is always sticky. They really need to update and upgrade this location. I always feel dirty leaving there but food is good, not great but OK. Other locations are way better. read more

What happened to the days when restaurants cleaned up the restrooms every couple hours? Clearly the men's room in this Panera hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. A port-a-potty after a Metallica concert is probably less disgusting. read more

People working are just ignorant. Meaning they are capable of not being stupid yet here we are. In addition to these employees were a few high school age girls. They were very sweet and wet doing a great job- other others were in charge sadly. My order was wrong- no big deal. But the person in charge of getting it fixed was so useless. Excuse after excuse as to why I was watching order after order leave but still no turkey sandwich. The excuse? It's not on my screen yet. Anyway- point being, these high school girls are going places in life. Put them in charge instead of these adults who clearly have no common sense or ambition. So annoyed. read more

The Avo toast is so good! They put a ton of avocado on it too. I would order it without the olive oil drizzle next time. I subbed potatoes for the eggs and there was no additional charge. They also have non-dairy creamers on the table so next time I will order coffee! Great job with the plant based options, Panera! read more

What happened to Panera Bread. The coffee used to be good and strong. There used to be product in the stores and the service and ambiance were the primary focus points. Now it's a third rate chain waiting to fail. Every time we go they are out of .....Today there is no RYE BREAD IN "Bakery". No bagels, no avocado, no service. Dirty bathrooms. All this at 12pm - Midday!! All evidence of new managers cutting costs to the death of the business. What happened to a good business?? read more

2 salads, 1 soup, 2 iced teas. $44. RU kidding me. Same price at the country club where there are white tablecloths, waiters, real silverware, etc. Soup was good but luke warm. Salad OK; how do they shave the chicken so thin? read more

We've eaten at a few different Paneras in the past, mostly at this one. Our last 2 visits, including today, have not been good. Last time my wife got cold onion soup. Today it was 4 or 5 different things. She ordered chicken salad on an Everything bagel--it came on regular bread (we checked our receipt to make sure it was listed correctly) I earned a free half sandwich which expired in 3 days, so I ordered one to go--it was put on a regular plate as tho I would be eating it there. A piece of plastic (possibly from a fork wrapper) was in my wife's salad. The manager raised a time card issue with our clerk while she was in the middle of taking our order. Very rude to both us and the employee. Do this in private. Used tables (still limited because of Covid) were not cleaned. My wife wasn't given butter and when she went back up and found the butter tub empty, she asked the clerk if she could have some butter and was told she (not the clerk) would have to go up to the front counter and ask for it. Whattttt? (By now, there was a line almost out the door because of only one clerk taking orders.) So as you can see, the problem isn't the quality of the food which has always been good, it's all the other things you have to put up with. And they are primarily bad management issues. Plus the difficulty of hiring good employees when the government is paying them almost as much to sit home. This will be our last visit here--there are 2 other Paneras nearby. My prediction is that the days are numbered for this location. Not sure why they are even bothering to remodel this location. It might all be for naught. read more

Well not long again I visited and they no long have P&J sandwich so the grandkids no long come to Panera. Today we came in with Grandma and she wanted a Ham sandwich and amazing they no long have Ham because of Covid. I'm amused at the ignorance of store managers that blame a company decision on Covid, and when they go out of business they will blame that on Covid. When in reality I lot of these companies will go out of business because the ignorance of the owners and managers. read more

I went here and ordered my food seem over priced but not the point. We waited over 15 minutes for soup when there was no one else there. When we did finally get our food it was absolutely freezing and the grilled cheese was not even cooked they said they would not recook the grilled cheese and they were very rude. I Will not be going back read more

This Panera location that I visited a few weeks ago 5/23 for the first time for a curbside order which was a good experience, food was good and the service was great. I visited again 5/25 for an in store pick up and was very disappointed, the store was grubby & the pop machine was disgusting, I ordered the choc.chip muffie which was printed clearly on the bakery sticker attached to the bakery sack it was in and received a choc. chip. cookie instead, which I do not like Panera's choc. chip cookies. I ordered a sliced and toasted bagel which was clearly not toasted. Will never return to this location read more

Typical Panera. Love the food. Service is good, but gets backed up at lunch really fast.

Food is consistent but a little higher than other sandwich shops in the area. Forgot my order somehow and I had to wait about 15 minutes to get my order. Food was was up to expectations. read more

Arrive at 8:20 am with my son. They only had 3 types of bagels available to sell. Then to top it off , I was getting coffee and they also ran out of Hazelnut coffee. Unbelievable to be in this bad of shape this early in the morning. Next time I will drive the extra distance to Dunkin....great selection, they have all the menu items they sell and the friendly service is refreshing. Go Dunkin (or somewhere else) and skip Panera. read more

Good quality of food, very very nice woman took my order. It was fast, efficient, and friendly.

I came in and the place was so cozy. The staff was very friendly. And best of all...the wifi was so simple to use and very strong signal.

Nick hooked me up!!! I Mobile ordered my panera because it gets crazy in there around lunch time. I picked it up and went back to my car and drove to school to eat (it was so nice out) and noticed my roasted turkey avocado sandwich didn't have turkey on it! When I called, he said he'd send one over to my school which is right next door! It had a free pick two card, a warm cookie, chips, and a perfect sandwich. Thanks nick!!! You're awesome! read more

Surprised to see so many negative reviews. I come here a few times a month and the food quality and service has been consistently good. I tend to come after the busy breakfast or lunch times.... Maybe that's the difference. Anyway today I'm having the beet-quinoa salad. It's delicious. Very fresh! Lots of interesting ingredients. Such a generous serving I had to double check that I ordered the half size (I did.). The parking can get nuts with the busy Chipotle next door, but otherwise, it's a great Panera. I'm glad it's here so close to my home. read more

Panera is panera. Nothing special, but it's quick and you can find something healthy. This location is frustrating, though. They must not check their screens for their mobile orders because 4 of the last 5 times I've ordered on the app at lunch, my food is not ready after 20 minutes so when I go ask, they check and say oh, we have the order, we just didn't see it on our screen. ummm??? read more

This is one of the S-L-O-W-E-S-T locations I have ever been to. There is never a sense of urgency. As with any Panera the cost is high, you have to pickup your own food and clear your own table. Cost continue to rise and portion sizes shrinking. Not worth the money Update: Tried again, ok food, high prices especially since you stand in line to order, pick up your own food and clear your own table. What bugs me more is the running of the sweeper around you while trying to eat. read more

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner tonight at this local Panera! Ken, one of the dining room staff, went above and beyond to make sure my daughters and I had a wonderful meal.
