The deli meat and vegetables are super fresh. You can get deli meat by weight and they have a decent size list of sandwiches you can order or you can put whatever on it similar to Subway. We both appreciated the big flavor profile of both dishes. This does not mean they were peppery "hot". (If you can enjoy medium store-bought salsa, you will love these dishes.) While we were waiting the new owner came over to introduce himself and make sure we were all set. He's a nice young man and seems eager to make his business a success. My friends salad came out first and it was a big salad for 99 cents with a meal. She said it was delicious and they gave her plenty of salad dressing. Our pizza came out shortly and it was delicious, definitely one of the better pizzas I've had in town. The pizza had plenty of cheese/sauce ratio and it had a nice crispy bottom. I'm not sure how the rest of their meals are, but their pizza is worth getting again!
