Fresh ingredients, good quality turkey, good assortments of drinks. Took longer than it should have. Took over 10 minutes to get my sandwich after I ordered and it wasn't that busy. If you have to get a quick lunch, I guess this is better than the food court or other fast food. Also, a little too expensive for what you get. It's hard to give out 5 stars but they've earned it. From the moment I walked in, the place was clean and the service was friendly. I ordered my food and was on my way. I waited by the food pickup station only to learn they bring the food to you if you're eating in. It was a bit packed so the employees asked me if I was able to find a seat. They brought out the food and asked if I needed anything else. I saw them continuously clean, assist others, and take plates away. The food was good, I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup and Mediterranean sandwich. I will definitely return to this location and hope the service remains the same. :) read more

Absolutely disgusted! I went here last night and ordered a to-go order. As I was waiting for my food, I noticed the staff preparing the food was only wearing 1 glove and was handling all the food with the un-gloved hand. She was touching her hair and face then proceeding to pick up the bread bowls,sandwiches etc.. The staff member who stands at the counter to take the food to the tables and package to-go orders(in this case also the woman I addressed), was also rearranging the food on the plates, touching bread, apples etc on the to-go orders, again without gloves. I know that this goes on everywhere usually behind the scenes but it was so blatantly in my face, I kept letting it go while I waited and was still going to take my food home..UNTIL the female who was just sweeping the floor, walked over put the broom and dustpan down at the counter and picked up plates to deliver the food to tables. When I addressed all of this to the woman at the counter, she didn't stop to tell the people preparing the food to put their gloves on, she told me that AS THE MANAGER SHE DOESN'T NEED TO WEAR THEM, and when I addressed the girl who was sweeping and also delivering food, she responded by telling me I don't know what I am talking about..I didn't get an apology.. and I know it's only a Panera but as someone who's been in the food industry for 10+ years, I find it absolutely appalling the lack of customer care and blatant disregard for the consumer. read more

I really like this panera. The food is always consistent and the staff members are all very nice. It is a pleasant break from my office. I love the soba noodle bowl with chicken, and I like that I can order a half sandwich. the tomato soup is quite good. In all, very good. read more

WARNING!!! Where to begin.... cashier was the highlight of the night. At least she was friendly and tried her best. Slow service - took over 12 minutes to get a salad and sandwich (we had a clear view from our table of the food order screen). SW Lime Chicken salad should have chicken right? Not ours. Had to request them to "fix it". The steak and arugula sandwich is described as "seared steak" in the menu. Then why are they using cold roast beef??? Finally, the utensils were disgusting - not just dirty but caked on grime. Approached manager on duty who was controlling the food counter and... she was less than helpful and barely apologetic. Wow! Is that how you're suppose to serve your clients? Last time here... maybe last time to Panera. :-( read more

This is the 2nd time I come to this Panera and both times (months apart) I've had the same issue. Staff is so unprofessional and not well trained. Cashier did not know how to even work a Panera gift card. She kept walking away from the register looking for the manager that was mia. When she finally found him she stood next to him yawning away with her mouth wide open as he ran my gift card. So unprofessional. read more

I ordered the quinoa bowl and expected it to be more of a salad than a soup. The broth was all soy sauce, I went online later and found out there was 1250mg of sodium. I ordered this thinking it was healthy, but it was not good. I would never order it again. Panera Bread used to have a great salad with salmon on top that was really good. I came to Panera and was really looking froward to their chicken noodle soup. I come to find out they had no chicken noodle soup. How do you not have any in the kitchen? Normally I love Panera but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I placed an order online, it was over 20 minutes late and total waiting time was an hour. Why give an estimated time when it was so horribly off? I ordered 2 bread bowls and guess how many I received? A big fat ZERO. What is the point of giving my number for the order if I can't get a call telling me they don't have any? And let's not mention the horrible excuse for a Chicken Frontiga sandwich. I think they ran out and gave me whatever was left over. I called 5 times and every time it rang and rang and then hung up. So the receipt says if your order is not right call the manager...HOW??? Customer Service is really friendly...food display/presentation is good & the "dining" area is plentiful. What's nice too is they have a specific area for pick-up only. The older Panera locations i have been to are just waiting in the walk-thru. read more

This place is pretty messy. I'm just sitting with my daughter and there's food under and all over the table. The bathrooms are also disgusting. If I didn't pay for the food already, I'd leave. The food is regular tasting, but the place was gross. Even the silverwear I got was not clean. read more

First perk- lots of parking. It is a clean establishment with lots of kiosks to avoid the lines. They also have the clickers where they bring the food to you, which not all Panera's have at this time. read more

This place is great. It is a bit expensive and the portions are a joke. I can't understand why they do not fill up soup! It's like pasta in an Italian restaurant meaning it's cheap and is not going to make a difference in the bottom line if they hook it up. From soups to scones the food is great, you just won't get what you pay for portion-wise! read more

I actually ordered from here a couple months back and forgot to write my review. First experience was fine and the second not so much. They completely botched my salad and it was literally made with lettuce and all the things I asked not to be put in it. However, when I called to complain as I am in retail and we don't get a lot of chances to eat, the manager offered to personally make my salad and pay for it. I understand things get lost in translation when ordering over the phone but it was exact opposite. Give them 3 stars because of the manager's save. read more

Cold coffee and taste far beyond coffee. Small portion of food and service is really bad when told that coffee is cold.

I have been to this location for lunch twice and both times they messed up. The first time I took my order to go and they gave me the wrong soup. I forgave because it was a busy time. I went back yesterday and got the correct order but they charged my credit card 3 times. I like the food at Panera but this location is problematic. I won't be back. read more

I occasionally come here to grab one thing - a beverage, a pastry, etc. I often end up standing there waiting while several employees mill around by the register but o my one employee will actually be ringing people up. I've never seen one of the others employees jump on the register to help. I don't know their business - maybe only one of those employees is trained on the register, etc. But just FYI to the management there, it's really bad optics to have employees wandering around behind the register while a line is forming and only 1 employee ringing. read more

THIS PANERA IS HORRIBLE !!!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and drive the extra distance to another location .. This store never fails to surprise me when I go. I work close so we order from them a good amount of times during the week .. THEY ALWAYS FORGET SOMETHING , I cant even begin to count how many times I ordered bakery items and NEVER received them . I order a large drink every time I go .. and depending on the cashier that's helping me either I can have a big size or they tell me they don't make a large in that specific drink .. WTH IS THAT !!!! .. Today I ordered a simple French onion soup from them .. no cheese and no crotons OR UTENCILS in the bag .. so just a onion ....... that's what I got In the bag .. I've come here a few times and it seems like there's always new staff, not properly trained, the cashier's are not friendly and it almost seems like they have an attitude....I asked if there were any souffles left and she looked at me like I had three heads...I explained what I was looking for and she just said no. So I asked for a bagel with cream cheese, I paid and she gives me one of those table trackers and tells me to have a seat someone will bring it out. I go get coffee and it's cold...that particular coffee had been sitting there for an hour and 15 mins...I found an employee (who told me he was new, what a surprise) but he was nice and replaced the airpot with a freshly brewed one. I go sit at my table and wait....10-12 mins later no food yet so I go to the pick-up area and show my receipt, I let the guy know I haven't received my food and would rather change it to take out because I had been waiting a while. He tells me nicely that the cashier can give me the bagel and cream cheese...although he was nice, I think the correct answer should've been "I'm sorry you haven't received your food. Let me get that ready for you". When I turned to go back to the cashier area, there was a line all the way to the door, must've been the lunch rush...so I go back to the guy at the pickup area and asked if he can get my bagel because the line is long and I've already been waiting for a while. I was very disappointed with the service at this particular location. I frequent the location on Woodhaven near Home Depot in Queens and downtown Brooklyn and I have never had an issues. I ordered two broccoli and cheese soups, the cashier decided to put in the order for two different sizes without asking me. I ordered coffee; it never came with my meal. I had to go and request it. Usually they are supposed to ask you which side you would like, bread or chips or apples. She never asked me and served me and my guest dry, hard, stale pieces of bread. The final blow was being served the soup with plastic spoons. I looked around the restaurant and we were the only black people. Everyone else had metal spoons, but not us. I asked the Caucasian manager about the spoons and he said that the dishwasher was still running. Ok. Am I crazy or did I just experience subtle discrimination? I will never return there and I will follow up with corporate. Unacceptable read more
