Panera, Your idea of bring bites from around the globe to suburbanites has been a success. The bread alone makes a sandwich that would otherwise be pretty weak, pretty awesome. All the bakery guilty pleasures are spot on, and bagels in the morning are always a hit. The free shameless refills on coffee and tea are great, and as a hardcore Colombian coffee lover, I was impressed by your Costa Rican blend, much better then a standard Pike from Starbucks. If you have eaten at Panera before, then this place is pretty much the same except for the tomato soup. Somehow, it is much better here. You can taste the spices and the fresh tomatoes. My other favorite here is the sesame chicken salad. Top it off with iced green tea and you are set. read more

Typical panera bread. I came here for breakfast & tried their power breakfast sandwich which consisted of ham & egg whites & cheese on a nice toasted whole grain bread. It was really good. The joint was nice and empty so I enjoyed the atmosphere. read more

We came in the evening and ordered some food. Food tasted great EXCEPT the DINNER ROLLS that came with all the meals. They were dry and stale! Yuck. I'm used to getting a nice warm, chewy and delicious chunk of a long baguette bread with my soup, not a silly dried up roll. Everything else tasted fine though. Service was okay. Panera dropped the ball this time. I ordered a turkey sandwich through DoorDash. When I got it, I was loathe to discover that the bread was cloyingly sweet with a strong vanilla taste. It must have come in contact with a cake. Totally disgusting!!! read more

I scheduled a delivery on line for catering the day before the event. The day of the event, as the delivery time passed, I called and was told the order never uploaded into their system?? and they did not have it even have the order started. This event was for a high profile client, with limited time for the event and for the attendees to have their lunch. The manager did manage to get the food there although an hour and a half late. The manager implied that she would attempt to obtain a little discount for the error, but that never happened. This was the second time Panara has done this for a catered event. My recommendation is that if it is an important catering event- DO NOT COUNT on them to be on time. VERY EMBARRASSING as the clients did not get to eat their lunch. read more

This place is way too busy for the employees to keep up with. The food is up to par but the place can be messy or even dirty at times. The management does well but I just get the feeling they are way too packed for their own good. Food is consistent like most Panera's but if you haven't read the reviews by FoodBabe, you probably should. read more

I spoke to the manager on the phone when my order was so messed up last time. She told me to come in & they would make it right. So this morning they gave me the two correct sandwiches for free. They were very nice about it. I still wouldn't hit this place if I were in a hurry. If you have time to spare its a pretty good place. read more

Great spot! I walk here from work on my lunch break sometimes and it's always a nice treat. The managers are very nice and genuinely care that your food is correct and comes out quickly. My only complaint is that the bathrooms could use some work. read more

My complaint with Panera is now a general one. Please bring back the Roasted Vegetable Medley cream cheese. It was my favorite. I have been told by the cashiers that it a popular one but no one knows why they no longer have it. If you don't have, take it off the menu!!! read more

Pretty good service, compared to other paneras this one is actually much better. Food is the same as always. Pick 2 is great for lunch, not expensive and smi-healthy if you choose not fatty options. Mass confusion surrounding their breakfast sandwiches. My friend was given the wrong sandwich and was told she would be given another. They forgot to make it. She got what she ordered 15 minutes later. I ate the wrong sandwich after walking up to the counter and asking for it. I used to be very frustrated with this location because they were always messing up my to-go order however they have really improved in the past year. They have a very nice set-up with the restaurant itself. It is open and there is plenty of light so it's great for meeting people. I do find that with several new shops in the complex it is often difficult to find parking in the shopping center in the evenings... not their fault, obviously - but something to think about it you are planning to drop in for dinner. read more

Panera Bread is a favorite for lunch in my family. Many of the employees are friendly and very helpful. One in particular was especially nice, letting me switch my soup after it had been made at no extra charge. The "muffies" are not nearly as good as the soups or salads, and the sandwiched are satisfactory. I think that it is a drag to have to sort your dishes when you are finished. I'm sick and tired of getting my order wrong. I go to this location almost 4 days a week, it's super convenient, close to my house, a great location. I love Panera, their food is delicious but the service is really bad. They NEVER get my order right and I repeat NEVER. I always take it to go, I used to not check the order because I assumed they would get it right. But NOOO!! So I started checking my order every time I get it and it's always wrong. I just don't understand. I never complained I just tell them to correct it and I leave it alone. Today, I have had it with this location. I was in a hurry so I didn't check my order. It was a SIMPLE one. A SIMPLE ONE. How do you get soup and 2 bread bowl wrong. I'm baffled. I paid for 2 bread bowl, I got pieces of cold, old, hard bread. No bread bowl. The problem today is my husband is sick and all he wanted was tomato soup and a bread bowl. I called to speak to a manager but no one picked up the phone. I just can't deal right now. Food was the same as at every Panera, tables mostly dirty despite few diners, and I could not enjoy my food or stay to do any work because it was freezing inside. I would have ordered coffee and dessert but the temperature was far too uncomfortable to stay any longer. Staff was relatively friendly. Won't be back though. read more

Excellent location, when I was here place was slow and the perfect spot to have a break from the heat. I found the staff to very good at this location. I ordered the tuna and I have to remember for next time to ask for no onions as it is strange to me to put onions on tuna. I had the mocha shake which was real good. read more

I had the Cinnamon Toast Crunch bagel it was fantastic. The service was exelent and everything tastes fresh and not stale. I didn't order a drink but asked for a cup of water and the cashier was more than willing to give me a glass. read more
