We were greeted immediately by an employee who was very friendly and went above and beyond after I asked if Panera offered gluten free bread. He explained options to me, and was thoughtful to ask about other allergies as well, and guided me in some great options. It took me and my grandmother about ten minutes to order, but I couldn't thank him enough for the time he took with my allergy concerns and then my grandmother's questions. The level of service we experienced on Saturday was far above any restaurant, fine dining included, as well as any other service-based establishment, and was absolutely outstanding. Hmmm, how best to sum up our experience here. Kinda feel robbed. I paid $20+ for half a sandwich and some soup. Steak/cheddar sammy with broccoli cheese soup, wife had chicken noodle soup. It was not bad, but not great either. I guess I expected somethin better? More fresh, better ingredients...taste? Seemed like basic canned stuff to me. The ambience is nice, if you enjoy the cafeteria feel. Staff were pleasant. Can't say I'd go back based on taste alone. Just bland and not very interesting eats. Food was alright. However, the dining area was so dirty! There were many open tables but I couldn't find a place to sit because of left over food & water from previous diners. My first experience with Panera bread will likely be my last. I can't help l, but feel like I was scammed out of my money. My wife and daughter got grilled cheese and they may as well just handed them a few slices of bread and cheap bland cheese. It was nowhere near grilled except for the black lines on one side of the sandwich. Don't confuse these black lines with grill lines though, it's more like the grill was just filthy and the nasty old crud was transferred onto the bread. My Steak and white cheddar sandwich thar I shared with my son, had the same filthy lines on the bread, but the meat was pretty red and the bread was soaked through with the red juices. After we were done, my wife summed it up by saying "I feel like we still need to go find somewhere to eat." I personally felt like we paid $23 and got a punch in the gut for our trouble. read more

One of the best Panera locations I have been to! New building, looks really nice inside and out. Located next to Cabelas, right off of I-5. Very clean, lots of seating - tables and a long bar like thing. There is also a outdoor patio - some of the tables have umbrellas to block the sun...or rain I suppose if you like eating outside in the rain... haha. This location has a drive-thru. Customer service was great. The guy at the register was very nice and friendly. The girl who brought us our food was also very friendly and helpful. Food came out very quick, and all modifications were correct. Food was great - fresh, hot, and delicious. They are not stingy on chicken on the salads like some locations are, woo! Perfect amount of food for lunch. Wish all of the locations could be like this! read more

We do panera in Everett every Sunday after church and we were so happy to have one bread home! How unfortunate that the food sucked!!! Panini sandwiches (fontina grilled cheese) did not have a crispy cheese top like they always do it (in Everett) and my sons mac n cheese was uncooked noodles and watery!! I love their panera mac n cheese but not here! We asked them to recook it and it was again, watery and not even all the way cooked! How do you jack up pre packaged mac n cheese that you need to heat up?!? I will drive the extra miles to go to Everett. P.s. It feels like a cafeteria in the new location. Hard chairs and not a "homey feel" with the cushioned seats. What a shame!! read more

By far the worst Panera I've been too. You can always rely on Panera to be consistent but this one falls far below my standards. They just so happen to be out of almost every item we ordered and failed to tell us so until we had already ordered. They also failed to effectively communicate what they did and didn't have between employees which made ordering quite a frustrating and confusing process. Overall just disappointed with the selection and service. The food was pretty standard as far as Panera goes (besides the point of being out of a lot of their minimal gluten free options). read more

If they want to be Covid safe, don't need pagers since they have a screen on whose food is getting prepared and whose order is ready! Cole was so nice and helpful. I came through the drive thru when it was dark out and I couldn't see the menu and cole helped me by reading off items on the menu and even giving suggestions which got me a 99 cent cookie. When I went to get my food I didn't like the drink that came with it and he was so polite to offer to get me a different one and keep the drink I had already got. I don't know what the deal is with Paneras popping up near outlets, but the customer service or lack thereof at their drive-thru windows is consistently bad. Most people think this is a great option to fuel up for a day of shopping or to refuel after a day of shopping, but this location should just be avoided. After a terrible experience at the drive-thru window, I decided to make my way inside to use the facilities. Granted it was a weeknight and there weren't that many employees working, those that were did not seem to actually be doing any work. The tables were dirty, the floor needed sweeping/mopping, and nobody seemed to notice when I came in or out. I am glad I took my order to go as I wouldn't have wanted to eat in there. read more

This was the nicest Panera I've ever been to. It was so clean & the atmosphere was quiet (granted I did go for breakfast & I'm normally in at lunch). The tables were made out of this beautiful wood, they had an outside patio to sit at & a drive through. The food at any of these locations is good, but not great. The breakfast sandwich selection is a lot larger than I thought it would be though. I just got the bacon, egg & cheese on a cibatta bun (again, good but not great with flavor). Everyday I drive by this Panera, and everyday since construction started I've had to listen to my 6-year-old suggest we dine here. So, today we gave it a try! Newly built, this Panera is modern and fresh inside. It offers fast-track ordering via Kiosk iPads. They also have "order from your table" service, and a drive-thru. There is a little patio outside, which is not yet open for dining. My first impression of this establishment was: clean, modern, streamlined. However, I found the seating less comfortable than older Paneras. The benches were hardwood, and ran the entire length of the restaurant, so whenever a patron at another table got up or down, the bench vibrated. I did enjoy the extra customer service on hand. A young man bused our table, which I have never experienced at other Paneras. I'm not a fan of the cafeteria style setup where one pays full service prices but is expected to bus their own table. I didn't see the usual dish-return stations, so maybe this establishment offers a little more service? For the price of the food, bus service should be complimentary. Food was good, and the beverage station was tidy. Restrooms were clean. read more

One of the nicest Panera's I've ever seen. Really cool new look inside and out. So far I've only had great service and food as I've come to expect here. It is new, so they are still getting up to speed it seems, but that's normal. I wish there was more of them and with all drive thru. I love their beads and soups. Just a great place. I also love that they donate all the unused bread and stuff nightly to people in need and make everything fresh every morning. So hard to find that quality and passion these days. PUT A LARGE FROZEN BLOOD ORANGE LEMONADE ON THE MENU ALREADY!!! its frustrating that i cant get the size i want. You charge a ton of money for your food so when im told im "not allowed" to have a large frozen blood orange lemonade its pretty ridiculous. I was offered a large frozen blood orange lemonade before by an employee, so now im not sure what happened to your customer service and why im not valued as a customer. "Are you nuts?". That's what I told my wife when we said we should eat here. "There is some good reason we haven't eaten here in forever " I said. Well, we went to the drive through and ordered two chicken salad sandwiches and a flat bread pizza. We soon discovered why we don't, and you shouldn't, go there. For just over $30 we got two very small, dry limp looking sandwiches that had almost no chicken salad inside. I counted 4 small chunks of chicken on one side and three on the other. Oh, there was some lettuce that appeared fresh! The pizza was ok but small for over $9. So, you're better off in every way getting a week old sandwich that been sitting in the glass case of some gas station! Never eat here. You will suffer emotionally and monetarily! read more

This doesn't even deserve 1 star! I am seriously disappointed in the customer service at this location. My sister called to place a to go order and the gentleman who answered the phone told her they are not doing to go orders at this time and hung up on her! She called again and the lady who answered put her on hold then told her that they are just too busy and she can try again in 20 minutes. Never have I heard a restaurant turning people away because they are "too busy." So I tried calling, they put me on hold for over 10 minutes!! After being sick and tired of waiting on hold I hung up and called again to talk to a manager. He also told me they are just too busy and can't take my to go order and to call back later. After going back and forth with him he finally, very reluctantly and far from customer service like, took my order. We placed this order to see what the catering size portion would look like to see if we wanted to order it as sides for my sisters wedding. It is safe to say that we will NOT be using them for our catering needs after this HORRIBLE service. Pretty sure we won't be going to this location at all after this. read more

The you pick 2 I ordered was $11. The salad was fresh and great. The sweet asian dressing was good and just the right amount of tangy and sweetness to it... not loaded with sugar but it tastes like there was a sugar substitute in there. If I knew it would bother me, I could order something else. They have several choices for EVERYTHING! And they have an iPad to help you avoid lines and misunderstandings for complicated orders. Their pesto is basic... The chipotle mayo has enough zing to make me forget it's mayo. This particular Panera bread has open-concept dining which isnt ideal for strangers conjuring in one area... I love Panera and I understand why they did this dining layout. It maximizes space... for me its great for people-watching. My favorite sandwich is the Asiago turkey with avocado. My favorite soup is the broccoli cheddar. If you are like me and particular of how much sauce you like on your sandwich, the iPad order option allows you to put it on the side or mention if you want no, light, reg or extra... even on the side. I dont trust people with what they think is a light amount so I usually get it on the side. There are many fast food and great dine-in restaurants in this area but they wouldnt have a combo deal where I can have half a salad, soup or sandwich. It was still a lot of food for me still, I boxed up half. Half the salad or sandwich and the good chunk of bread they put on the side filled me up. Going to a grill gathering later and wanted something light and refreshing before I ate a burger or something. We will see... I'm not usually a picky eater but recently I've made a huge lifestyle change and had introduced alot of fruits and veggies into my diet. I ate at a fast food place last night and it tore my stomach up because it wasnt used to the grease anymore. I worked at Panera for 6-7 months. The first few months were great! Treated with respect and like a human being. The last month or two it was HORRIBLE. I was constantly body shamed by a GROWN ADULT employee (I'm 17). I wrote a long, 2 page note along with 4 other employees who felt unsafe and nobody did anything about it. Not one conversation with the people who caused us to feel uncomfortable. The management has gone to shit. They follow us around, constantly making sure we are doing stuff. It's to the point where I was in the bathroom for 3 minutes and a manager walked in and told me to "hurry up". Might I add I hadn't had a break yet, and had been rushing for 5 hours, trying to take a breather in the bathroom. Anyways, I ended up quitting on the spot a couple of days ago. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE. We failed numerous health inspection tests (why we got new management). Thank you for taking the time to read this. Good food, great value and fast WiFi, business as usual. So the reason for 2 stars? Reason 1: Lousy Customer Service. December 4, my bill was $5.29, check #144977. Tried to pay with a ten and a one or $11. Wanted a $5 bill not 4 ones in my wallet. The cashier/order taker did not understand and refused to take the $1 bill, just the $10. Asked why, she provided no coherent response mumbling something about the till telling her how much change to return. After I got my $4 plus change back, I tried to give her 5 ones asking for a $5 bill. With a dazed and confused look, she refused stating "My till is closed." I asked her if she was a high school graduate, she says yes. Sadly, I believe her. One reason I like senior workers, they know basic math. Reason 2: The self service area for busing your dishes was disgustingly dirty, stacked with dishes and crud. Hope the rest of the staff has more smarts that this chick. Suspect the dirty dishes is an aberration. read more
