The last time I was in this place, I gave it a 3. Now it's even worse. I ordered "you pick 2" consisting of a tuna sandwich and a bowl of chicken noodle soup. I customized my order using the kiosk counter, light tomatoes and NO onions. Panera said on the web they're out of emerald greens so I added arugula instead. My sandwich had 2 slices of tomatoes and ONIONS and no arugula! None of my instructions were followed and to top it all off, my soup was lukewarm just like last time. This location is usually more of a miss than a hit. I have ordered for pick up before and had it take 20 mins after I got there to receive my food only to be disappointed and have cold soup. I try to give grace in these times but 20 mins? It was not the only time that this took place. Another pick up order which took over 15 mins for a bagel and a coffee, seriously? I came in for breakfast with my wife at 10:35am. They still had the breakfast signage on display, so we stood there for a minute right in front of the cashier and decided. It wasn't until after we told him what we wanted that he said they are not serving breakfast anymore. Ok, not the end of the world. He changed the signage and we ordered food. First off, the order wasn't correct and I was charged more. I asked for the Pick 2 half sandwich and soup, but was charged a whole sandwich and soup. Panera Bread is a must go whenever I'm in the States. Their Mac N' Cheese is oh so good! The smooth velvety sauce is mix of White Cheddar and American Cheese. A few spoonfuls of this just hits the spot. And it's a perfect leftover for lunch next day!! My next fave item is the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Panini. It's bursting with so much flavour! Unfortunately, this location was a miss as the chicken was kind of cold. Panini could've been pressed for a bit longer. It didn't contain as much avocado as it usually does and I couldn't taste the cilantro and peppers as well - very minimal. First time checking out panera bread and was very impressed with the food quality and service. We usually pop into the McDonald's for a quick snack or the casino for the buffet. This is a good in between. You order at the counter and they bring your food to you. The portions were a very good size. I had the broccoli soup and my husband had the turkey sandwich. This review is low because my lentil quinoa bowl w/ an egg looked nothing like its photo. It had a pathetic amount of actual lentil & quinoa--- it was just a bowl of salty broth. In addition, while the employee who helped me was nice, he didn't know a single thing about the dish. I asked what else comes in it and he had to look it up. I thought it would be a bowl of grains with vegetables, not a gross bowl of salty broth with about 4 tablespoons of lentil/quinoa with a few leaves of spinach. Unacceptable!!!! read more

Compared to other Panera's I would say this one is just about the rest in terms of the food. Cleanliness probably poorer but on the other hand it also is a super busy location so be warned. It is right next to the outlet malls so no matter the time there will be a wait for your food. For me, the wait ended up being about 35-40 minutes. Which when you think about it Panera is typically fast and your food is ready in less than 10 minutes. If you're in a rush, I would definitely not recommend but if you don't mind waiting a while then you'll get your typical meal you would find anywhere else. It is a newer location, but there is only one bussing area so it does get quite full quickly. Same goes with the tables, with how busy it is, you're lucky if you can find one. I ordered my favorite salad today curbside. My half Greek salad had some rotten lettuce in it. Just so you know this is not the norm for this specific Panera but I was very unhappy.
