Don't go through the drive through. You'll be stuck in line for over half an hour. It's ridiculous how stuck we are

When Panerra skimps you out of soup!!

This will be last time I order from this place. First, they wouldn't let me order the family meal just because they supposedly didn't have the baguette, but still offered the baguette as a side when you place individual orders. Why not just offer an additional side of soup or take off $3 Iif the full baguette is not available? Just a way to get you to spend more money having to place individual orders. I ordered the pick two for three people and a whole salad, $70, just to get home and have barely any salad dressing and to see half a cup of one of the soups is missing!! It literally looks like someone ate half the fu%$ing soup!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! And if you ran out of the soup then add another or credit my bill since you're not giving me what I paid for!! Fu$%ing scam ass restaurant!!

We love Panera Bread and this is the closest location for us. It's not conveniently located near a busy street if you were thinking you wanted Panera. It's near the casino and the outlet mall. So you would not pass by it unless you were out shopping at those locations. I love that it has a drive through and that's what makes the trip worth wild. Yes it takes a while to get your order but with kids, it's worth the wait. This afternoon our order timely and everything we ordered was in the bag. The server at the window was very nice. The soup was amazing as always and the turkey and cheese sandwich was great. Although the baguette was hard. I have to agree with the other reviews lately. It was very hard and the baguette sandwich was hard to eat. The chips were also very tiny but tasted great. Just not as much as I would have liked. This location always seems to be busy based on the parking lot.

Wow! Panera has gone down hill. Ordered a plain asiago bagel and a plain crossiant. The crossiant is flat, soggy and bland! The bagel looks like a roll? What a bummer!

Why is there such a small portion of soup in the takeaway order???

Why is there such a small portion of soup in the takeaway order??? When you order in a restaurant on the spot, the portion is much larger!!

While I continue to love certain items they sell (broccoli-cheese soup, Pecan Twist), I have to say their sandwiches are PITIFUL. The picture on their ad for the new Asiago Bagel sandwiches looks so good and full of ingredients, but when you order one you get mostly a bun that isn't much like a bagel with about 1/8 of the ingredients shown in the picture! What a rip-off. Don't let them get away with this false advertising!

Someone please bring Panera Bread to Hawaii! Tablet ordering makes it easy for first timers to not feel like they're holding up the line, especially when ordering for a party of 5 I ordered the steak and avocado sandwich and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup, it was great! Also came with a bag of chips - it's helpful there's only one kind when you have kids lol. I also ordered an orange scone and the almond braid these are good too but is there an option to warm pastries? That would make them great Was this an old bank? Very cool vault door opens to more seating which seemed like the regulars love to be in - people stay a while

The soup was delicious. The chicken sandwich was just ok. The chips were tiny.

The salad and soups are delicious here. Other than being able to take my time exploring their menu without kinking my neck looking overhead at the menu board, I'm not at all a fan of self-check/kiosks. It take's much longer, is tedious and impersonal, and reduces jobs. They were out of both herbal teas which was not noted on the kiosk so I had prepaid for it, leading me to needing to speak with a person anyway. They got my order mostly accurate. That was conversation number two. When I finished eating, I had to go ask someone for a container. Everyone was nice and provided the assistance requested.

    They call this a sandwich.

The first excuse from management is Covid, but we have had many similar experiences pre-Covid and there won't be any more experiences. Ordered Napa Almond Chicken sandwich to go, got home and it was basically a piece of bread with a tiny dollop of chicken in the center. See picture. I am tired of hearing so many business owners blame their failings on Covid. You have deeper problems and you better recognize them.

I ordered the chicken bowl, salmon bowl, the beef stew and a brownie to try, the brownie never made it into the to go bag. The beef stew I threw away because the taste was indescribable and the meat used looked like it had taste buds and honestly I couldn't get it to my mouth. The slalom in photo looked crisp and bright orange and flavorful but when I open the lid I saw a pale white tough piece of fish that I wasn't sure was even salmon. The chicken bowl looked like cubed chunks of seasoned delicious chicken and when I received it was shredded and no sauce or spice like the photo. I fed the fish to my dog and threw the soup away and not sure what I'm going with the chicken, but honestly I felt misled and wasted money when I was willing to try something new. I'll never order from here again especially when a brownie might have been the best thing out of them all and they never even put it in the to go order. Total disappointment !

We ordered the kimchi pancake, short rib soup with potatoes and glass noodles, and fried beef brisket (spice level 2/4). The kimchi pancake was overly breaded and tasted like it had been fried in reused oil. The short rib soup was the safest dish of the night, but the beef was still chewy rather than tender, the glass noodles were minimal, and the broth was extremely salty with a noticeable MSG-like taste. The fried beef brisket was heavily sauced, overly salty, and far spicier than a mild level should be. The beef itself tasted far from fresh and was very tough to chew. The appetizers were among the most basic I've seen at any Korean restaurant in the Greater Seattle area. Even then, the kimchi lacked depth and tasted unfresh, with sourness that felt more like age than proper fermentation. What made the experience even stranger was when the server asked how everything was. We tried to respond politely, and the server simply said, "I'm with you." Korean food is not rare in this area, and the prices here are on the higher side. With that context, the quality is difficult to justify. To be fair, the space is decent for group gatherings, large space, and the staff were friendly. But food is the most basic standard for a restaurant, and unfortunately it fell far below expectations. I genuinely don't understand how this place has such high ratings.

As we drove there it is street parking, but we did find free public parking across the street. It is like a small little park you could say. As we entered the restaurant, we were greeted and mind you it was the first time there and they let us take our time ordering. It's really cool because you can make your own bowl and you could choose any noodles any meat for additional cost any broth, etc all for $10 or you could already get what is created for $15. Also, the restaurant inside was so cute because there were drawings on the walls and lots of little cat figurines. It is a small place so it will get crowded if there was a lot of people since there are not a lot of tables and chairs. - kimchi tofu noodle: the glass noodles worked perfect with the soup. The soup was the right amount of spice. The kimchi gives it a little bit of sourness, but I just wish the tofu ( it claims to be soft ) was kind of firm. I was obsessed with the pickled radish. (Sisters food) - stew beef rice bowl: this rice bowl was very flavorful. I shared it with my little one and he loved it. The proportions were perfect. The meat was not too hard, but not soft. I would prefer it to be more soft, but I'm not complaining. - pho noodles with Vietnamese soup: the little one destroyed it. The taste to her was really good.
