This is the second time we have gotten a very rude cashier in the drive thru. I was barked at to "park at curbside pickup," and as we have only been through this drive thru once before and there are multiple entrances and parking areas around the building, I didn't know where the curbside pickup stalls were. I asked where they were located and the cashier rolled her eyes. They also take forever to get food out. I ordered two half sandwiches, two orders of mac and cheese and a half salad. We waited over 20 minutes and ended up having to go in to find out what was going on with our food. They "couldn't find the car," even though we were parked in the stall closest to the door. read more

This location is the worst!! I tried to use my sip club and the woman at the register could not find my member number so she gave me a large cup and asked my son if he wanted one too. I then ordered food and waited for it. At the counter making the food was a man and a woman who claimed she was the manager. She began getting very loud saying If people order 2 med waters they should not be helping themselves to two large lemonades ( the only option that wasn't empty ) . She complained of us messing up her inventory and saying "this is why they should not leave cups out on the floor for people to take whatever they want, it's not ok. " When I got my food she repeated this again when I told her instead of being rude to customers maybe train her staff better as I can't go back there and enter my own order as the correct drinks . Instead of apologizing she told me next time update my new phone number so they could find the sip club. Shocking how she spoke to me especially as a manager. Got home and the food was terrible and threw it out. I will never go back to that location and will cancel the sip club going forward. read more

Went to the drive through and was told to wait in the parking lot as the order wasn't ready yet. Waited for 10 minutes (for a drive thru order!) before going inside. Walked inside and see two workers sitting there talking while my order was on the counter in front of them. The food was cold. This is not the first bad experience I've had at this location. The employees are lazy and do not want to be there - don't work if you don't want to do your job, it's that simple. read more

Love this brand new location. The self-ordering kiosk is pretty awesome. It was a little confusing since it didn't say to grab your drink cup below; I didn't even see the cups below the start tablets. The portion sizes definitely got better. I stopped going bc the portion sizes got smaller and the price got bigger. I still think the prices are a little on the high end, but the food is definitely savory and worth it. The staff is super nice and the inside of the restaurant is so clean and modern. I will definitely return to this location. read more

I'm a little confused by the flavorless 'chili' that is more accurately described as a soup. It's nothing but broth a few tiny floating pieces of some unidentifiable pieces. . Where's the chili? If I didn't drive an hour in traffic round trip, I'd take it back. I'll just count this one as a lesson learned. The sandwiches are good. No complaints there. But this 'chili' was incredibly bad. From a brand new location I'd expect nothing but absolute freshness, and next to perfection on food quality. I'm extremely disappointed in the wasted $10. read more

I've been here a handful of times now and each time it's amazing. I know they just opened but it's the best Panera location I've been to. Each time they impress me. My husband has never had a good experience at Panera so never wants to eat it but I talked him into it and he was very impressed. The food was so fresh, so well put together and tasted even better. They will FLOURISH if they continue to have 5 star service like this. The Panera over on Ashley phosphate bear rivers is a disgrace to the Panera name but this location here makes it all ok I'm still full but already can't wait to go back read more

The staff won't acknowledge the customer. Everything must be handled through the kiosk. (Even when they give you someone else's order).

In the past i've had no problems, enjoyed the food and the employees were nice. Today, I ordered a salad and for one, they over charged me (double the price) and the lettuce was brown. The salad didn't look anything like on the menu. Not to mention, it was like half the size it should of been. Very disappointed. Probably won't be back. Apparently reading isn't a requirement to work at Panera. I ordered 2 bread bowls and only got the soup when I paid for the bread bowls and unfortunately no way to contact and get my money back. Could have just made the soup at home. What makes Panera a place I can eat is the bread bowls for their mediocre soups. read more

I had been a long time Panera eater while I lived in New Jersey.  When one opened near my new home by Coosaw Creek, my wife and I were excited about checking it out.  The first time we went our order was not what was we got.  No chicken on the salad, cold soup and no utensils.  We gave it a second chance a couple months later, figuring they need to work out the bugs.  The second time was worse, we didn't get the food we ordered and the manager brought bad customer service to a level I didn't think possible.  At least 6 months had passed and we got a coupon for 25% off, my wife and I figured why don't we give it another chance.  Big mistake, ordered the food, got a text message that our food was ready on my way to the store.  Well all the food was not present, I called and was told I had to come in for a refund.  Well I thought customer service could not get worse then our previous encounters, I could not be more wrong.  Bottom line we will never order food from this restaurant again, you too should avoid it. read more

Panera Bread is one of my favorite places. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner here., or just a cup of coffee. I like their menu, there is plenty to choose from. Their bakery has a big verity . People are friendly and nice. And a place its self is very clean and inviting. read more

Worst Panera bread I've been in. 5 times I've given this location a chance and every single time I've been disappointed by a messed up order. For example, I ordered a salad without the small pieces bacon/chicken because I'm a vegetarian. They made it with all the meat on the salad. I told them the issue and they said I had to "take the salad and throw it in their trashcan if you want a new one made." So they forced me to throw it in the trashcan, and were extremely rude about it. Growing up, I didn't have a lot and I HATE wasting food. I couldn't help but think of all the food that went to waste and the animals that were killed to make that salad and I was just forced to throw it in the trash. To top it all off, the new salad was half the size than the original. AND this is just ONE story I have to share. There are more. If you want to be valued as a consumer or a customer DO NOT VISIT this location. It's abundantly clear their management could care less because issues have been brought up and they have done NOTHING about it. I can't stand when good establishments with great menus have crappy food/service due to poor attitudes of employees. It's a DIRECT reflection of mismanagement and it's a real shame. read more

Placed my order for Roper St. Francis's Pink Ribbon Bagel Breast Cancer fundraiser on October 1st around 8:15 a.m. for the order to be picked up on October 12th at 10:00 a.m. When I arrived to Panera Bread, I went through the drive thru to pick up my order and was told they were unable to do that at the drive thru. Very inconvenient but agreed and went inside. Once inside I told the gentleman at the register I was there to pick up my order for my preorder of 6 cherry vanilla pink ribbon bagel's. A lady went to the back and then came back up front and said what bagels did I want because they were all sold out of the pink ribbon bagels. SOLD OUT OF MY PRE ORDER 12 DAYS AGO?? So, she gives me 6 bagels (3 cinnamon; 3 cheese) and tells the guy to ring it up under pink ribbon bagels so the proceeds still go to Breast Cancer. So I went to pay for my order. I asked the guy if they had apple pay and he said yes so I explained to him I had never used apple pay and asked for assistance. He said, "Do you just have a card you can use?" By this point, I am saying in my head...I will never support Panera Bread again. So, while I am standing there trying to process how they sold out of a pre order, why this order could not have been taken care of at the drive through, and why he could not assist me with apple pay, I was tapping my credit card on the counter. The young man at the register said, "Stop! Don't do that. It hurts me." Excuse me! I don't care how much something hurts you, you are serving the customer and that is not appropriate to tell a customer. Needless to say, I will NOT be supporting this Panera Bread!
