Just bought the chicken soba bowl and half tuna and broccoli/ cheese soup for take out and they filled the bowls so full that by the time I got home it soaked through the bottom and fell out all over my new car. Fortunately,(or not) still had some left to eat. But, this location puts the roasted red pepper, carrot, with the edamame which normally is not included in the chicken soba bowl. Ordered online today. Was sent an email telling me my order would be ready in 8 mins I went to SFW did my shopping and then went to pick up my food. I arrived 10 minutes after the time given, and I waited an additional 15 minutes for my order I watched people walk in an order and get there food and leave. I asked if they received my order 2 times an was told both times I inquired that they where working on them. The manager did offer me a pasty, but by this time I just wanted to leave, I waited this long for a salad in a half . read more

I have been to panera from North Carolina to New York and this location has to be the worst experience ever. My first clue to run should have been what the manager called a water bug as he squished it in front of the food prep station.after that it got worst they have a guy that does quality check of the orders to ensure everything is there. He checked my order after it was sitting on the counter for over half a min ready to be given to me for so I can continue my road trip. After he put his hands all in my bag and taking stuff out he puts it back and says yup everything in here. I get back to my car where my wife has been waiting for over 15 min after we ordered for our food. As I am about to get onto 95 she noticed half my order was missing so I am forced to turn around as it is the actual half I wanted. When I get back I told them what happened they apologized and offered me free pastry. I told them I just want what I paid for nothing extra and I want to leave. 45 min to one hour after getting of highway 95 on a 7 hour road trip I'm back on the highway on what is now an 8 hour road trip. I will never stop at this location again. And I drive back and forth between the Carolinas and New Jersey. read more

This is a great place to eat healthy food for little to no wait time. There are so many fresh baked goodies to choose from and they're all for a good price. 10/10 a great place to settle down and get some work done & to eat lunch or dinner. They have a killer Mac & cheese and chicken noodle soup that touches your soul. They even have bread bowls as an option which is super cool & is super tasty. We go here 4 days a week but its in desperate need of a make over and more cleaning.. Dirty silverware so we always ask for plastic now. Bathrooms need a tremendous makeover as well. No longer a cosy relaxing place.Tables always dirty and the one booth is nasty. Saw employees wiping off seats then wiping table tops..How nasty is that..Peeps fecal n nastiness on table tops!!! read more

I don't know how we lived with out a Panera before. All the bread bowl soups are amazing, but my favorite item is the Apple Fuji Chicken Salad. Though theres a lot of seating, it's normally pretty crowded. I've noticed customers are either lazy or unaware that they're suppose to throw their trash away, so often dishes get left at tables. Thankfully the place gets cleaned pretty regularly. read more

Haven't found a panini that tasted good yet. But the normal sandwiches and soups are yummy, and the mac and cheese is good stuff!

If you want a full order then "eat in", because if you place your order "to go" via the Panera app you can be assured to get less than half of a portion. This has happened on more than one occasion. Not sure why you get less food if you order "to go" versus ordering in. I called and was given the standard line about portion size; however, I had laser eye surgery about 4 years ago and can plainly see when I receive less food "to go" versus when I eat in the restaurant. read more

I've always had a good experience at this Panera. It can get busy at lunchtime, though, so meet a little before noon if you can. You can never go wrong with a treat from the bakery! read more

For "fast food", I do like me some Panera Bread when I visit the States. And I do like being able to use the touch screens to order my food. I went after the rush, so stood there playing with my order on the screen. :-) Service receiving my order was MUCH slower than I expected. There were no other customers to serve, so I can't understand why it'd take 10 minutes to fulfill a relatively simple order. Still, I had a good meal. read more

Conveniently located off I 95 and the service was pretty quick. They made a mistake with our order but we're quick to correct without any qualm. The place was kept tidy. Nothing to complain. If you plan to get coffee from the Starbucks across the street, try it here. It's good. read more

Standard Panera. This place gets terribly packed during lunch and it draws in all the stay at home moms and "health conscious" contractors that work in the area. The service is staffed enough to handle the rush and it's out put is generally quick. The cleaning staff is a little slow at times during the rush as there are some tables that are cleaned fast enough for the incoming patrons. The parking lot is really small too. read more

Even though I can no longer get French onion soup (why? What? It's back on the menu?? YAY!!!) Panera is a great place to grab lunch. The lines always move quickly. I appreciate it when they offer 99 cent pastries!! i wish you had more booths; i don't like sitting on top of strangers when i eat The staff is usually very polite and helpful. i also love the fresh bread loaves available. They double charged my wife's credit card. When we confronted the jerk manager his out was that it had to be fixed by corporate. The jerk could have easily have given her a in store gift card for the measly $9 buck but no, it took over a month and a half to get the charge reversed. Not going back! I usually have a decent enough experience in here but I came in a few days ago with my husband and it was a hot mess; dirty tables, no green tea, no napkins, food all over the floor, and very few baked goods. I ordered a green goddess cob and a fruit salad but was served bread by mistake - no big deal - so I thought. I politely let the server know about this mistake she asked if she could have the piece of bread back which I thought was totally gross and quite frankly, made me super uncomfortable!! I know I wouldn't want to eat a piece of bread that had been served to someone and touched!! WTF!? Anyway, she noticed that that really disgusted me and let me "keep" it and returned 5 minutes later with the fruit cup. When I opened the fruit salad it had a BUNCH OF MOLD on it! I went to the front counter to return it for my money back (I really didn't want to eat another thing from here at this point) but it was such a hassle for the manager to come help me that I ended up just leaving. read more

Nice step up for lunch options. Nice although busy dining area. LOVE the fireplace seating in winter! We really enjoy the fresh breads and sweets. Not really thrilled with the inflexibility of the staff/procedures. I mean it is really so hard to add bacon to a bagel with cream cheese after 10am....in a place that offers bagels, breakfast, AND lunch/dinner sandwiches with BACON ON THEM!!?? And No I DON'T WANT to pay for a whole sandwich when all I want is a bagel with cream cheese and bacon! Seriously, work it out, figure out how to ring up a side of bacon on your registers! read more

Had to meet a client and needed WIFI. Panera offers free WIFI and some private seating areas. I ordered a salmon salad and green tea. It tasted great but a little pricey. I would meet a client here again but i would probably order a lunch special. read more

Panera is always good. I do wish they had a better rewards program for customers. I love the new quick order screens in the Stafford location. You order on the screen take a beeper and go sit down. The server comes to you in a few minutes with your order and that's it. You can even save your cards to your panera account and pop in for a cardless purchase. read more

The place is clean, staff is pleasant and quick. I wasn't looking for anything fancy. A turkey sandwich and soup. Disappointed. Even with the mayo, the sandwich was extremely dry and the turkey tasted like a cheap processed off brand deli. Even the white bread tasted like it had been sitting on tthe shelf a few says. This is an overpriced bakery with food quality that does not, even remotely, justify the cost. I will not be returning. I stopped by the Stafford, Panera Bread restaurant on my way to work. After placing my order the cashier / counter server made a comment that she felt was funny. My lack of returned laughter or acknowledgement of her sense of humor apparently solicited advice from her. She told me that I needed to work on my sense of humor. Yes, you read that correctly, a person that is essentially paid by the business customers bring told me to work on my sense of humor. Then she told me, after having collected my money and working hard to figure out how to make change, she would go ahead and collect my order. Not looking for advice, my retort to her comment was not to acknowledge how offensive her attempts at witty repartee were but to calmly let her know that it was time to provide me the change she had yet to make and to remind her that people have lives that exist beyond this restaurant; lives that may be a bit complicated and not so much inclined to laugh at her jokes. She then told me she would "go ahead and fill my order". Is it this restaurant's practice to allow employees the OPTION of filling an order after it is placed and paid for? Isn't that her role, to fulfill placed orders? read more

After 20+ minutes of waiting for our order, while trays with chips (our sides) are laying on the counter, we are told "your order doesn't exist"! Funny how the sandwich was made and wrapped on their counter. It gets worse once I speak to the manager... All he can say is they must not have received the order!!! My bank account got the order!!! Rather than just apologize, the mgr also just makes excuses!! After I mentioned we were traveling his interest level changed. He did ask what he could do for me, but with zero sincerity!! If he was sincere I'll see this meal credited back to my debit card (not holding my breath) and then I'll reverse this rating. My odds are better on this bet versus anything in Vegas!!! Generally, I would never review a Panera Bread because they are consistently good, accurate and speedy. This one is an exception. Let me state that we ordered two pick twos: one with brocelli cheddar soup and an Apple Fuji Salad. The other with the same soup but with a Fontega Chicken Panini. Both orders came with drinks. Well, the girl taking our order told me that our order came to just over $11. I related that this was improbable for two people ordering pick two with drinks. She admitted she erred but instead of getting my order corrected, she instead duplicated my wife's order, unbeknown to me. Also, she never read back the order to me and admittedly, I didn't double check it as this is never a problem at Panera's. Well I should have! When the order came, we both received Apple Fuji Salads with Brocelli Cheddar Soup. I asked the waitress to please correct my order and replace the salad with the ordered Fontega Chicken Panini. She said she would replace the incorrect item and she went to the counter. After a ten-minute wait, I gave up hope and went to inquire as to the status of my order. No one seemed to know. I had to explain to the counter personnel that the cashier made an error, I returned the error to the waitress and no one was taking care of me. This seemed to confuse the assistant manager, so I had to explain it over to him also. Then he asked me if I didn't want the Fuji salad (was he kidding?). Finally, the girl working behind the counter corrected the problem. I might also mention that I asked for additional dressing on my wife's salad and this same manager stated that the dressing was mixed in. We disagreed, and I asked why he had to justify asking for additional dressing when it appeared that none was ever placed on it initially? P.S. Panera's receipt says that if they get the order inaccurate, they would correct the problem and reward the customer with a treat - yeah, where is that? read more

It seems that this panea just keeps going down hill, i use to love panera food but now it is not worth the money or time. I have stopped going to this one since they can't seem to get orders right ever. I have done rapid pick up and each time something was wrong from putting things i said no to (allergic to) and just not putting what i asked for on it. If you do order rapid pick up double check your order before you leave. read more
