Men's bathroom stall... no way to lock it
    Zahariel L.

Oof. Mixed review here. The vibe of the main area is great. Food is always exactly what you expect from a Panera. But... the bathroom situation is *rough*. The Men's room has no lock on the stall. Just a nice big gaping hole with direct line of sight to the door leading into the bathroom. I come here often enough to know that, while the bathrooms are always subpar, they're usually more functional than this. When it's fixed, I'll update my review. But for now... yikes.

We love the sip club! We've been traveling for two months now and have visited over two dozen Panera locations. We placed our order in the app, walked inside grabbed our cups and got some delicious caffeine. This location was clean, order process was quick and easy (always is at every location) and the coffee was delicious.

Tried AGAIN and food was so bad. Very small salad for $17 and the apple was completely soggy. I desperately want to like Panera but it's tough.

Really what a joke !!?? This is the picture you advertise and this is the sandwich I got !!?? Just keep ripping the public off like everyone else!! Thought you were better than this Panera ??

The sturdy flatbread box. It keeps the food warm!

For me, Sunday is pizza night. I was on a long trip from Canada and arrived at my destination in Spokane Valley, WA. I wanted pizza but didn't want the wait or a greasy Pizza Hut clone. So, I thought I would try the flatbreads at Panera. The drive-thru at this location was efficient, friendly, and helpful. The flatbreads can be ordered as a whole pizza or 1/2 as a "pick two" combo. I chose the entire pizza as I had a salad in my cooler that I would eat along with it. My order was the chipotle chicken (without the bacon). The flatbread comes in an excellent sturdy box that keeps the food warm. Once back at my hotel, I could check in, settle into the room, and get ready to relax after hours on the road. The food was still warm! The crust is crispy but does not have much taste. However, the sauce has a subtle flavor that enhances the cheese, chicken, and tomatoes. I devoured it with relish. As my family can attest, Panera is not my "go-to" place when I travel. But I have to say that their flatbreads are a great alternative when you have a craving for pizza. It deserves to be taken seriously over the pretenders like MOD and others.

Autumn squash soup with an avocado chipotle chicken half sandwich. Very tasty and fresh.

I was running errands this morning and was heading over to my sisters to babysit her little one and decided to stop here for some take out. I got food for both my sister and I. Walking in the restaurant was clean and welcoming. The lot have a bunch of kiosks set up for you to order from. I was a little unsure if I could still order from a person or not at the counter. I decided to try out the kiosk. I got the value duet for my sister, consisting of tomato soup and a half grilled cheese. I decided to try the avocado chipotle chicken sandwich and the Autumn squash soup from their pick two. I put in my order and paid and was instructed to wait for it to be called. The food took a little bit, which is completely understandable because it's made fresh to order and isn't sitting around waiting to be pulled from under a heat lamp. My sister really enjoyed her soup and sandwich when I got to her house. She said the soup tasted rich and creamy and was perfect with the grilled cheese. My soup was really good light and flavorful. A touch of curry made it really good. I especially liked the pumpkin seeds on top because of the added texture to an otherwise velvety soup. The sandwich was tasty. The cracked pepper focaccia added crunch and complimented all the ingredients of the sandwich nicely. The chicken was moist and the veggies fresh. A really nice touch was when I looked in the bag after getting to the house and there were two chocolate chip cookies added as a surprise and as a thanks for ordering. This is a great alternative to fast greasy food. It might take a touch longer but definitely worth it. There are so many options one the menu from soup, salad and sandwiches that you can get pretty much whatever you want and not have to worry about it being too unhealthy. Definitely a place to go back to.

    This is $12 at Panera.

Ordered 2 apps, steak and fries and brussels. Both were very good. I highly recommend the steak and fries. The steak was so tender and flavorful and the fries had a three cheese sauce and balsamic glaze that was to die for. For the main I ordered the Western Burger. American wagyu beef with thick cut bacon, cheddar cheese, onion rings, bbq sauce and the sauce that made this a great burger was the habanero aioli. The kick was just right. Not too hot but you still felt it. Other items on the menu included ribeye steak, pork chops, chicken piccata and several salads that sounded delicious. Service was excellent. They stayed right on top of things and handled every request without anything forgotten. I highly recommend Craft & Gather if you're looking for an excellent, chill spot to catch an excellent meal.

Service was excellent. EDITED TO ADD: I would never order the popcorn. We observed kitchen staff popping food (carrots?) in their mouths while cooking and a female server reaching in and grabbing popcorn and eating it, then immediately carrying the bowls of popcorn outside to customers.
