First thing, I almost never complain about anything. But what happened to me yesterday here made me angry. I Ordered a whole grilled turkey and avocado sandwich and asked for no bacon on it and was only charged $8... I was given the half and didn't realize it until I got to work. I opened the sandwich up and it wasn't even close to being in edible condition. The bread was soggy, drenched in mayo, the bread was actually falling off of the sandwich from how drenched it was. You could tell they just took the bacon off and threw the sandwich back together as opposed to "making it fresh" like they claim to do. I threw it out because of that. And I didn't even call to complain because I'll never return... It's just a waste of $8 that I'll never get back. I don't eat fast food, but go to Panera occasionally because they typically have quality food. But I will never return to this location. McDonalds would have given a better sandwich. read more

I don't frequent Panera bread as much as I would like. But I certainly found my favorite location! I wish it was my local location but I'll be sure to stop in every time I work down this way. (1x week) Hands down HERMAN is amazing. His smile is contagious & his upbeat mindset is a positive change to the typical not so pleasant customer service in the food industry. Another great quality in Herman is he spoke clear & concise over the speaker so I understood him & when I ordered something that couldn't be made the way I requested, he politely explained. I've always been a fan of the chain and their commitment to wholesome foods, but when they allowed me to order ahead, and pick up my lunch from a shelf, that was a total game changer!! Just did the order on line thing last night and had it delivered(ONLY $3 FOR DELIVERY ). Woman on phone was pleasant. Our food was delicious.... I HIGHLY recommend the cream of broccoli soup. One of the better Paneras I've eaten at for sure. Whenever I get my lunch delivered from here to work or go into the drive-thru, they always get it right. Always. Some of the Paneras closer to my area alwaaaays seem to mess SOMETHING up, Whether it be forgetting my silverware (yes, that's actually happened), not giving me the time of day or the fact that I explicitly ask for something NOT to be on a food item I ordered because of allergies and it is indeed on there anyways, other locations seem to fall flat in terms of these specific things. This Panera keeps it pretty on point. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because whenever I go through the drive-thru, it takes quite a long time. Overpacked Panera! So busy around lunchtime and couldn't even find a parking spot. Had to park near La fitness. I went to the kiosk, as you have a better opportunity of making a salad with what you actually want (opposed to pre-prepared). I was able to order the salad I wanted (Greek with tuna). The tuna was so heavy in mayo, it was almost barely ingestible. I ate a scoop though, as I was starving... I instantly felt my stomach rumbling and was sick for about an hour+ after. Disappointing, however, it did make me venture out and I found a new bread that I really really like! This Panera was terrible. I went there and order my food and it took about 20 minutes, the pagers didn't work so I had no idea when my food was ready. The eating environment is disgusting, there was all sorts of trash on the ground and the tables clearly weren't wiped down after the last few people ate. Then the worst of it was when they allowed homeless beggars to come in and harass you while you're dinning. Three different homeless people relentlessly asked me for money. I have been to this Panera several times. They have the most rudest staff in their drive thru. I went their this morning and Valerie was the staff in drive thru. She was rude and border line mean. She got upset because she could not hear my telephone number, I asked for extra ice, did not get, never said hello or thank you. Acted like I was a bother to her and she hated her job. I try not to go to this one because they hire the worst. Very disappointed because I generally like Panera. This poor customer service over and over and I will just stop going. read more

This Panera was unhelpful about dressing and got multiple things wrong in my order that id have driven off without if I hadn't checked. What reallly bothered me though was I looked inside and *all* the inside employees had their masks below their nose or on their chin. I was in a hurry to get to a meeting so I ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee on my mobile app. When I got there the Sandwich was ready but both the light roast and dark roast were empty. I asked the girl behind the counter (who was standing playing with her cell phone) if there was any more coffee. She went back into the kitchen for a couple minutes, came back and asked if I could wait 5 minutes. I said "no I can't", threw my cup in the trash and walked out. Very large new place. The set up is kind or disconnected. Many entrances. Great place to sit and chill with a laptop Menu is a little confusing regarding the half sandwich and cup of soup. I've eaten lunch here twice in the last month and will be back; the 3 stars don't mean unacceptable as much as "it could be better." The "You Pick 2" is a nice option for a soup & 1/2 sandwich with either a slice of baguette or a bag of chips. They do a good job with the food, which tastes great. The wait staff at this location are friendly and it draws an interesting crowd of different types. Both times my soup has been warm instead of hot, though, and a place highlighting soup should have this detail down. As well, the dining area had crumpled napkins on the floor and some tables unwiped, with no one taking care of this from the time I arrived to the time I left. read more

The Panera Bread brand is great. I love eating clean especially when the food is delicious. Customer service training needs improving. This location, however, is professional until about 9 pm. Usually, I am in at least that time. The crew comes alive when it's clean up/closing time. You hear all kinds of conversation and language. I am certainly not a prude, have a couple of fave choice words myself, but this is a business. I mentioned to the manager before, I could be Ms. Panera Bread. It's just not a good look. It's Panera Bread, so the quality of the food is there, but this location takes forever to complete a drive-thru order. I get that this is a busy restaurant because of the area, but 20 minutes in the drive-thru seems way too long. However, I will say that they have made things right when I complained about the food the two times that I complained. One time the salad I ordered had some grimy lettuce that had clearly seen its day and they sent me a $20 e-gift card, which was awesome. I got a half salad and a bowl of soup. It came with a French baguette. The soup looks fine but the salad is an insufficient amount for the lightest eater. It came in a box that was half full and will take me about three minutes to consume from start to finish. The baguette is not a baguette, it is a piece of a baguette. I only go to this location because of how close it is to me. The food quality is the same as other Paneras, the portion sizes are much smaller than other Paneras, and (the real reason I dislike this location) is because of the poor customer service. I eat Panera for dinner some nights and there is a woman (40s/50s) with glasses that is always nice and polite and efficient. For the rest of the staff I continuously come in contact with, (teenagers or early 20 year olds) they talk to others as they take my order, which as a result mess up my order, do not pay attention to what I am asking for, and sometimes the wait is long despite the lobby and drive-thru having little to no customers. Long story short, hire people who want to learn quality customer service. I'll stick to Zoup. read more

Things have not gotten better over time here. I recently came in for soup, beverages and a dessert. I ordered from the automated self-serve (put your cc in-order on the screen) because I figured that would be simpler. They were already out of most Dessert items. So...I take the pager, dispense my cold drink, and sit and wait....and wait. After I nagged them, I got my soup. Then, no tea and no Dessert. When I complained, Ricky said they were out of the Danish. But, why was I able to order it if they were out of it?? He said they had a problem with the Bakery delivery. I got the yogurt parfait as a substitute, and then had to come back to beg for a spoon to eat it with. I'm not coming back for several months, to see if they've gotten their act together. read more
