Stopped in here to try something new and we were happy we did! The southwest turkey, pepper jack turkey crunch sandwiches were fantastic. Pizza is terrific! I ordered $45 worth of food and bought a soup & salad combo. I paid an extra $2.19 to add bacon to the half sandwich but when I received it there was no bacon on it. I called and spoke to the manager who informed me that I would need to bring the sandwich back to show proof that they made an error. I told her that it was for my kids who are hungry (and want to eat now) and can they just write my name down to get a new sandwich OR just refund me the difference. They wouldn't do that. I love Zoup. You can always count on them for a good, healthy lunch. Lots of soup variety - always at least one vegan option and a few veggie in addition to their meat and seafood soups. Everything I've tasted is delicious, though I only order the vegan varieties now. The cauliflower soups, chicken pot pie and lobster bisque are favorites in our house. They also have yummy fresh salads - I like the cranberry almond one. Everyone has always been friendly and helpful when I ask about what their vegan offerings are and the bread is always warm and fresh. If anything you could kick about is the prices, but a quality product that exists in every location does take money. I have eaten at Zoup's in 4 different cities and found if I see one of these in my travels, I can get a good meal. Lobster bisque usually gets my money, but I have found that the tomato vegetable that doesn't have corn in it a close second. No matter what Soup you get, the 5 multi grain bread makes a good match. You can freeze the Soup for later. The sandwiches are fresh made and don't try to pull off those trendy mixes that taste as weird as they look and taste. Dessert choices limited but tempting. Coke products make the meals even better. So happy to have one close and not much out of my way home. read more

I didn't know that was a thing. However, it was terrific. It was pretty busy, but I was able to order pretty quickly and got my food pretty quick. I usually come here when I want soup and salad. I stopped in to grab dinner last night. There were only 4 soups available. The young ladies working there weren't friend and offered few words (not even a "hello, welcome to Zoup"). We ordered pick 2 combos. I had the chicken pot pie soup and a southwest salad. The soup was tasty as usual. The packaging for the salad is smaller and thus my salad was stuffed into this small container. Upon opening I noticed the black bean salsa was slimmy and all beans were busted (due to employee using all her strength to put lid on salad). The chicken was chopped into crumbs, and lettuce was soggy. Lesson learned: dinner time may not be the best option here. read more

53 cents for a tiny butter packet is not good customer service. If you are going to charge extra for something it should be a reasonable price. They shouldn't try profit off a butter packet . So unhappy writing this review because I can't understand how you can mess up some soup and a sandwich. Well I stopped in this location for the first time to grab some lunch and I should have known it wasn't going to be good because it was no one in there eating. This location is in a very busy area with several food choices. I ordered a half Maple Bacon Ham sandwich and a cup of Cajun Chicken Sausage Gumbo. The sandwich only had bacon, ham, cheese and mayo on it nothing else...no lettuce, no peppers NOTHING!!! The gumbo actually didn't taste bad but it was so oily and it smelled funny!! After two long classes me and a few girls from school left campus and came in for lunch on a Wednesday, it was 11 am on the dot (which is their opening time) and as soon we went in the line formed out the door which means this place must be good. I ended up getting the lobster bisque, it was not good, it was sweet in a way, not tart enough or balanced in flavor but it did have a good amount of lobster in it, the chicken tuscana sandwich was good, not too well put together, didn't have even distribution of the sauce( it was all in one corner) but it was good and warm. The French bread was good, much better than that super-hard-rip-your-teeth-out-stiff French baguette from Panera Bread. The decor is adorable and modern and very comfortable, we all fit in one booth. Overall it's a great soup place, they were nice enough but the price is a little too high for the amount of food you get. $15 for a small cup of soup and half a sandwich is a little pricey for me but i can't say I won't be back, I'll try something different next time. read more

I love this Zoup! I've been at least 20 times since they opened lol and never thought to write a review. The service has always been top notch at this location. All of the employees are super awesome and they genuinely enjoy working at this location. I can see it in their interactions with their co-workers and customers! I see the same faces, so that speaks to the management team at this location as they don't have to deal with constant employee turnover! I normally get soup, but the two or three times that I ordered a salad or a sandwich both were delicious. I ordered the chicken Caesar and I ordered the southwest turkey, yummy. My favorite soups to get include the Jamaican Bay Gumbo, Seafood Étouffée, overstuffed bell pepper, white bean and turkey sausage to name a few. If those soups don't sound good to you, don't worry because you can sample soups before ordering! Ohh and they warm up the side of bread that comes with the soup, which makes the bread taste like ten times better. Crazy how it be your own ppl. I get my lashes done above Zoup every 2 weeks. When I'm finished I go grab something for lunch. Today I tried to order the exact same thing as I normally do but a rude Mgr refused to serve me what I asked for. It's the same sandwich just on a different bread. She actually dismissed me several times while being very nasty and rude AF. I mentioned that I get it every time but b4 I could finish she said well you can't today! It was my first experience at a Zoup so the cashier gave me the run down, which was appreciated! However, I walked in and was the only customer at that time. I ordered the salad and lobster bisque. I waited for about 10 minutes. Around the 5 minute mark the cashier remarked to the man making my salad and said "hurry up, she's been waiting a long time". He rolls his eyes as if he doesn't have a care in the world, laughs it off and continues to take his time and chat with the other employees. Finally my salad gets done and I hear the cashier say "apologize for her wait". Instead he looks at me and says "here" and puts my salad on the counter. I'm extremely disappointed in my experience. I've had Zoup before (my campus had some soups from them) and I was sooo excited for this lunch. However, I definitely will not be returning. Great location!!, there's seating inside and outside at this location. The prices are decent for a soup and sandwich. Customer service here is great. I think the owners are very hands on and frequently actually work in the store beside their employees. Foods is good, service could be a little faster. I've contacted corporate on this location (Evergreen) and although they sent me a gift card, it still doesn't justify the service. They are a franchise and when I visited the Evergreen location, the girl was extremely rude when I asked what kind of salads they have she replied "I don't know" I contacted the manager and she could care less, she stated all corporate was going to do is just give me her number. I purchased Cheesy Chicken Quesadilla soup as my daughter was eating she found a curly hair in her soup. I called and was told I could return it. I returned sent my daughter in to return soup she was accused of putting water in the soup. I went in to see what they were talking about. I said who spoke to my daughter about the soup? Fourth, Oooops! Y'all ran out of sourdough at 4pm....Hmmm! Fifth, Employees frantinizing in the dining area, with their tired feet stretched across the bench as if their at home in a recliner is not a good look for your dine in customers. Would I return? No! I'm sick of paying for poor service. Was the soup good? Yes, however the pot pie was a little garlicky....if I had some crust in my bag...maybe the garlic wouldn't have been so pungent.
