My order was ready on time. They did get my bowl wrong which was very frustrating and disappointing. Food: 1/5 Didn't even finish my bowl. Tofu was rubbery and cold. The chicken in the cesar bowl wasn't good. Ambiance: 3/5 Fine, nothing special. Honestly this would have been rated higher if my bowl was correct an the food was good. I didn't have a good time, which in turn brought down the vibe of the place. Pros: service was good Cons: bowl was wrong, food was not good

Love their sustainability efforts. Food was very good and at a great price. The location just had a bit of a weird smell when walking in. From the pictures you can see the salads are small, not even visible from a side picture. Pictures were taken before we touched them. They were absolutely not worth the price. Which was $33 for 2 Salads. The worst part was the missing ingredients. I got the Honey Crispy Chicken Salad. It was missing the CHICKEN, corn and feta cheese. Also missing were my add-ons I chose of the Greek Medley (onions, peppers and chickpeas) and Tillamook White Cheddar cheese. My husband made his own salad. As you can see, it was mostly greens. His salad was missing Roasted Sweet Potatoes, sliced Apples and Avocado. I called the number to be told it was a call center and my choice was to get another order of our exact salads to go back to pick up, or email with pictures for a refund. No way to contact the actual location. When you have to come home to add things to your salad because the ingredients you paid for were not included, is ridiculous. I emailed for my refund. Well they offered me a coupon of $20 to expire in 2 weeks, or a refund to our payment method for the missing ingredients. No refund for our purchase as the call center representative stated. I asked for a full refund and got an email back with the $20 coupon. No apologies, no acknowledgement of what I wrote, and no notice that they would contact the location. Do not give this place your money. I will be giving the coupon to a coworker. I will not return! The salad places down the street in downtown Red Bank or across the street called "Greens and Grains" give better service and salads. Even Panera across the street would be a better option for a salad.

There are a lot of options, although I do wish there were a bit more honestly. I would have loved to have some sweet potatoes. My favorite thing that I like to get are their breakfast tacos. The tacos are filled with tofu scramble and topped with chili, a cheese-like sauce, and a slice of avocado. I don't know what it is, but I smash these tacos every single time I get them. They are so good! I honestly can't speak on much else because I get the same thing every time. Also, I buy one or two of their pressed juices. They make these in advance and are bottled. For the summer season, they have a juice that consists of strawberries, basil, beets, and more that is so very good. If you're looking for a place to get your vegan fix, this is the one.

The Sesame Crunch Salad was abundant and had that perfect combination of fresh, crunchy, and satisfying. Very tangy dressing. The Mediterranean Bowl was one of my favorites. It was fresh, filling, and had all those classic Mediterranean flavors coming together in one bowl. Yup, even vegan tzatziki and feta. The Meatball Parm Sub had this hearty, saucy, cheesy combination you want from a meatball parm, and really mimicked the texture and flavor of a real meatball well. The Cheezsteak was another one that really surprised me. It had that classic cheesesteak feel without the meat, although this wasn't a personal favorite of mine. And if you're a pesto lover, the Chick'n Parm Pesto is one you have to try. It was crispy, cheesy, saucy, and packed with pesto flavor. My favorite of the sandwiches! And great ciabatta bread. The Acai Bowl was the perfect refreshing way to finish everything. Very fresh fruit. The place is clean, well maintained, and has regular tables and bar seating. The staff member was helpful in helping us pick some popular options which was nice coming from another fellow omnivore. So if you're vegan, vegetarian, or just someone who loves good food, I'd say this is worth checking out!
