Cup of broccoli cheddar, 1/2 ham and swiss.
    Mark O.

This store is a far cry from the stores I'm used to back in Iowa...and that's a good thing. Instead of herding people like cattle through the line, I was given a pager to pick my food up at a separate window. If you have Panera's app, you can order from your table and avoid the line completely. They also have self-serve kiosks that allow you to avoid the line as well. I ordered the ham & swiss sandwich as part of my You Pick 2. It appears that Panera has upped their game somewhat, though I can't pinpoint when it would have happened. Purchasing a sandwich is atypical for me--I'm usually an Asian Sesame Chicken Salad guy. With that said, the sandwich had a delightful mustard spread--slightly sweet, with whole pieces in the spread itself. I also had a cup of the broccoli cheddar--standard Panera, no issues with it. The restaurant appeared clean and $9.00 for a cup of soup, a sandwich, and two sides isn't a bad deal considering what else is around.

They redid the counter display which looks nice but it is different. For example the cinnamon rolls have changed. But the girl that helped us was very nice. We received our food and it was weird the egg didn't cover thr sandwich but we were able to manually fix that. Food was good, overall not bad. Would be back.

Stopped here for lunch takeout and was pleased with the fast and efficient service. Would stop here again if I was in the area.

How many of you would like Panera to Bring back the RASPBERRY thumbprint COOKIES?! Only serving apple citing "they're in season!" ‍

This is one of my favorite Panera stops because of the way it is set up in the outdoor seating. Always love their soups and sandwiches and variety of pastries however, i'm getting by they don't carry the raspberry thumbprint cookies anymore. Upon asking the manager she informed me that they are a seasonal item, Bring the Apple thumbprint cookie instead citing it was seasonal. I say bleh! Bring back the staple raspberry thumbprint cookies I am sure I am not alone on this one. ‍

Quality has gone way down hill.

Clearly the new Kiosk ordering has only enhanced the level of non-service at Panera bread. Placed an order for a cappuccino and bear claw for dine in through the kiosk. Paid for it, grabbed my little pager and proceeded to wait. 7 min passed as I watched the two cashiers play flirty with each other..and snapchat. Finally I said something to the manager and he gives me an excuse. I told him I didn't want an excuse I just wanted my order....and voila!! 2 min later I had my stale bear claw and cold over priced cappuccino...no apology nada.. 10 min later...the manager walks over and hands me a few comps...thank you...but really?? Figure it out Panera, I used to be a 200-300 dollar a week customer. I think I'm going to find someone else who values my business and appreciates the value of good customer service. If I could have rated 0 stars I would have.

I have the app so that means I can walk and grab my table, place my order, and then pick it up when it's ready.

Great local pizza spot in the suburbs. Enzo's does classic New York-style pizza really well, with…read moreoptions for takeout, delivery, or a quick dine-in. They have a few tables inside but it's definitely more of a grab-and-go place. You can buy pizza by the slice or order huge whole pies, which is perfect for groups. There's a solid variety of specialty pizzas, plus salads and build-your-own options. They also seem to run a lot of rotating deals, which makes it an easy go-to. The pizza itself was delicious. True NY-style with a thin, crunchy crust and that melt-in-your-mouth bite. Simple, satisfying, and done right. If you're looking for a reliable neighborhood pizza shop with great flavor, Enzo's is a solid choice.

It almost seemed like too much meat, but that's literally what you're ordering with the Carnivoro so I can't complain. The Chicken Alfredo pizza was good. The garlic cheese bread is also fantastic! I want to come back and try some of their other specialties, we've had some of them before, but I can't recall which ones I did and didn't like. I also haven't had a chance to try their wings yet so curious to do that. Heads up, though, these guys are very expensive. If you're looking for something cheaper, you want look elsewhere. But if you want some higher end, New York style pizza, these guys do it pretty dang good!

I ordered the Cluckin' Good Platter for takeout online and included a note asking for two BBQ…read moresauces and two ranches. To be fair, I did overlook that a special sauce already came with the order. At pickup, the hostess told me, "My manager said not to forget to charge you for the extra sauces." After clarifying what sauce was already included, I asked what the cost would be for the four extra 2 oz sauces. She said $3, and I paid it. Still, after already leaving a 15% tip on a takeout order, it felt a little cheap for management to make a point of charging for a few small sauces. The hostess herself was very nice and even said that if it were up to her, she would have just given them to me. The bigger problem, though, was the food. The chicken was bone dry, even if it was still hot and crispy. The fries and toast were both cold and soggy, and the toast was so salty it was hard to enjoy. Sometimes simple is better. Just butter the toast and leave it at that. I usually do not leave negative reviews, but between the awkward sauce situation and the poor quality of a $16 platter, I felt this was worth mentioning. This also was not an isolated issue. The only other time I ordered fries from here, they were cold and soggy then too. Since both visits were during busy hours, I expected better consistency, not the same problem twice. To be fair, not everything I've had here has been bad. The salmon bowl I ordered previously was cooked well and tasted good, and the service has also been good overall. The staff I've interacted with have been very nice. This particular platter, though, was disappointing.

Great service, food, TVs, free popcorn, it's in Groupon.. we go there all the time and we love it.read more
