Stopped in for a late dinner. Ordered via mobile app ahead of time. App is very seamless and you are able to customize your order as well. Walked in right at my pickup time and was greeted with a warm welcome by the 3 gentlemen working. My sandwich was just being finished, so as I waited, I had a nice conversation with two of the guys. Very friendly and happy to be at work. They even thanked me for stopping in and enjoying Jersey Mike's Subs for dinner. I thought that was so genuine and kind; very personable experience. The restaurant was clean, bright, and tidy. I noticed a few of the workers cleaning tables and sweeping while I waited- I love seeing that. Sandwich was tasty and made correctly. Jersey Mike's knows how to make a primo sandwich! I order online or via the app and pick up my order to go. Make sure to customize your sandwich by adding the hot chopped pepper relish and getting the rosemary Parmesan bread. There is a small dining area on site, but I usually get my order to go. I've usually had my order made accurately. Really my only gripe is I can't believe how expensive a sandwich has gotten: a giant is nearly $20. read more

Decided to order from here for a weekend lunch, because we were hungry for sandwiches and generally like Jersey Mikes. There were 5 people working behind the counter, none of whom were communicating with each other. One of the workers noted that at least one order recently had gone out wrong. It took them 25 minutes to fill my order, in which one of the 2 sandwiches was made incorrectly. During this time, another 15 sandwiches were partially made and sat around on the counter waiting for whoever made them to forget what they are. My sandwich was soggy. For lunch today, I ordered a sun from Jersey Mike's, the #5 Super Sub, with a gluten-free roll. The sub insides were absolutely delicious, but the GF roll was abysmal. It crumbled apart as soon as I picked up one of the halves, and biting into it and chewing left an awful taste and after taste. It was very dry as well as crumbly, needing lots of chewing and water. So disappointing. I ended up eating it a a salad, basically, which I could have ordered had I known. Jersey Mike's does a great job on their regular rolls, but those are no longer an option for me. I don't think it's really their fault. Like most fast food restaurants, they more than likely get the gluten-free rolls from another bakery. Still, I hope this causes Jersey Mike's to try to find a better option for gluten-free rolls. read more

The tall blonde guy is amazing, I don't know his name but we came in wed the 19th at 20 mins to close. He was so kind and patient with everybody and he made sure our gf portabella chicken cheese streak was perfect and prepared well. He even held the door for us on our way out. Of the big sandwich chains that you'll find around the Twin Cities, Jersey Mike's has, in my experience, the best tasting subs. I've had plenty of Jimmy John's, Erbert & Gerbert, and Subway, and the quality of JM's outdoes them all. Their bread is always soft, fresh, and tasty, and I love that when you order something with cold cuts, they are sliced fresh as they're making the sandwich. (The only sandwich place I like better is Capriotti's in Edina, but they just have that one location and it's too far away from me to frequent.) This location has served me well during 2020's weirdness during lunchtime. It's always been very easy to order a sandwich on the app and just grab it from the table by the door, so long as they aren't very busy. But in the evenings, they seem to be so busy that they can't handle the distribution of their takeout orders. I'll go in and people will be standing around everywhere, and the staff will be busy preparing things behind the counter, and I'll just be left to wonder what the deal is with my sandwich. My whole reason for getting takeout is to avoid being inside with strangers during a pandemic, so I don't want to get takeout from this location unless it's not a busy time for them. They offered us an 8% rebate on a specific credit card so k thought we'd give it a try. I noticed they have stores in some Amtrak stations and we travel by train a lot. My wife is on a vegan diet so finding a place we can both eat presents its own issues. Jersey Mike's fit the bill. I had a regular Philly cheesesteak just it's presented on the menu and my wife got a portobello slightly modified. We were both happy with our sandwiches. What was unique was the store employee knew immediately what "vegan " meant. Too often we have encountered willful ignorance on the topic at restaurants. The sandwiches traveled well for our 20 minute trip home and the price was reasonable. If we had one near us in St. Paul, we'd go there often. read more

I always like their hot subs more than cold ones. Philly cheese steak is pretty good, the chicken version is not as good. Chipotle sauce one is more messy, and I'd recommend stick with the original Philly. read more

started off good the guy at the front greeted me and was polite. Then he started rushing me and I already knew what I wanted two subs and had told him witch ones. after making one my sandwich's he proceeded on to the person behind me and ignored my second sub after correcting him I thought the rest of the process was great except for the fact the cashier forgot to put one of my subs in my bag, it was only 2 sandwiches and they weren't busy. if they had been busy these things would have been understandable but even the crew was compl about being bored and nothing to do read more

Love the food, but the preparation leaves A LOT to be desired. Half a dozen trips and the same order every time and not once have the sandwiches been the same. The order taker, meat & cheese slicing guy is the best. After that, pay attention because once he slides it over to the "fixins" you don't know what you'll get. I have yet to get a sandwich from other than the Slicing Guy that was finished correctly. And I always get mine "Mikes Way". Today's adventure had I not literally stopped the person doing the Mike's Way she would have screwed it up ... again. Then there's my wife's #8 a Club, but there was no bacon (again) drowned in oil, she twice told the person M A Y O only! And the lack of any urgency or "speed" has customers waiting way too long. Either they need to re-train staff, light a fire under their backsides or find new employees because the "misses" are piling up fast. In a niche with plentiful options, this Jersey Mike's is sinking fast. read more

They are at least $8 more than subway & they don't heat it up. My husband really likes them. But I don't want a cold sandwich. I can get a foot long at subway for $8 that feeds 2 people. $12 with the chips & drinks. It's $20 for jersey mikes for 2 people and their pop sucks no Powerade so we have to buy their expansive Gatorade. It was $25 for cold subs. read more

Went for my second visit today. I was really impressed with the service! Remember I'm new so I didn't have stock answers to their question and I couldn't remember what I had the first time, just knew I really liked it. Staff were patient and helpful, telling me their favorites. They were such nice, sweet, smiley, kids - you could tell they enjoy their work. Food is fresh and awesome, I'll go back, often! Great subs, large selection, nice store. I don't think anyone talked to me except the cashier. Very expensive, $9.66 for a 7" sandwich.

I stopped in for a late lunch and love the fact that they have hot subs. I went with a grilled pastrami Reuben and it was delicious. Staff was really nice. I will be back. read more
