    Pieces of fat and bacon?
    Pamela C.

I don't know why I continue to come here when they rarely get my order correct. Today, they forgot the sides and added tiny pieces of bacon to my bacon, turkey, bravo. This seems like a small issue but when paying over $19 for soup and a sandwich, I expect it to be decent or at the very least correct. Also, they put ham and turkey on my bacon, turkey bravo. This place is in serious need of management and/or quality. It's absolutely terrible.

    Chick Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Just paid for the chicken noodle soup bowl and came home to find out there was less than a spoonful of actual food. All broth. How does this even happen? I would get more food from a $1 can of soup.

I paid for bacon Mac n cheese and got no bacon... how the hell you forget the bacon? It's in the name!!! Just mushy noodles in a bland cream sauce... 0 stars

I got a few leaves of lettuce, a couple of cherry tomatoes and 2 small strings of red onion for the full price! They might of run out, I don't know

$19 for a gas station salad and a leaking soup.

This place is the worst Panera in the universe. They suck. Run away. Heed this warning. Ordered a you pick two...bowl of chicken noodle soup...with a half Chicken Caesar salad with egg, Gorgonzola and almonds added. A large Diet Pepsi and a cookie. $19.29 for the whole shooting match. To sum up my order...when I opened my bag I learned I paid $19 for a leaking cup of soup and salad I would expect to see in a gas station cooler...no chicken...next to nothing for blue cheese...just crumbs...pecans instead of almonds...for real....all the stuff I paid extra for was either missing, incorrect or so sparse it might as well be left off the salad. The soup was leaking through the bottom of the bag because they didn't put the lid on all the way. The person that made this salad knows full well they wouldn't pay $19 for it...the manager that runs the restaurant wouldn't pay $19 for this...why should I? I guess it is "Screw-what-you-want...It's-you-get-what-you-get" Day at this Panera. Not going back any time soon.

Soup filled up about 65% of the way.

I've been dining in & it's a good experience. Food is consistently good. Friendly service too. I love the Mediterranean veggie sandwich.

All I can say is that the coffee here tastes like mud. I try to drink it but always switch to soda. Every time.

This review is long overdue as my husband and I have been coming here for a few years--not…read moreregularly--but enough times to let people know to support this small, family-owned business. The ambiance is cozy and inviting with only 14 tables. Yes, only 14. Instead of expanding to the masses, this restaurant chooses to keep its vision to retain dining as the experience it should be. The murals on the wall, and the feeling of being in an outdoor cafe while remaining inside, is something you don't see much in the area. The food is always fresh and delicious. We've enjoyed lasagna, manicotti, carbonara, fettuccine, piccata (chicken with capers), Marsala, salad and desserts. The wine is served in large glasses so you get a nice serving to enjoy some Chianti or choose another nice Italian wine on the list. The restaurant serves wine and beer only, and coffee drinks. I've heard the pizza is great but haven't tried it yet. It always looks good when another table orders it. Carry out is available in the back of the building. The owner is very nice and will talk about his Italian heritage with a warm smile. This restaurant is truly a little gem hidden behind big box stores. It makes a nice date night too. Make a reservation on Friday or Saturday.

Hello, the food is good. Service by Anna was TERRIBLE! I have never experienced bad service like…read morethis. I sat and watched how Anna treated the other customers. She only checked on me once, was very dry. What is worse after waiting about 20 minutes for her to take my payment, well that never happened. I went up to the counter to pay my bill. She picked up all of the other customers bills at their table. This was my 4th time dinning in, first time ever receiving this type of service. I felt HURT and VERY sad leaving. I never intentionally treat people bad. The other young ladies that waited on me in the past were very kind and attentive. She was clearly having a good day by the way she interacted with the other customers. Lastly after taking my payment she never stayed to see the transaction through. Immediately I took my receipt and left. No excuse for this type of behavior. I will never return to this establishment. Cafe Borgia, service is Top of the line. The owners greet you and talk to you. Servers are OUTSTANDING! Anna should go there for training!
