My husband and I went to Panera Bread to get a drink from the Sips Club. We came in and ordered at the kiosk. We got our cup and filled it up and then stayed in the restaurant and visited with some friends for a while. The seating and atmosphere was comfortable. The cafe was clean. I highly recommend Panera Bread in Schaumburg.

Good ole classic Panera! I wanna start out by saying compared to all the other Paneras in the area, this one definitely is the best one! It's a newer location so it's very updated and spacious. I came on a Sunday morning and it was poppin'! It was clean and had a lotttt of tables, lounge areas, and even bar-like seating for people that wanna be alone or work while they eat. Service here was really great and everything came out fast! I waited for around 8 minutes maybe after I ordered. I got the Mediterranean bowl with chicken and it was yummy! It came with quinoa, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta, olives, arugula, hummus, Greek yogurt, and lemon tahini dressing, plus I added chicken for an extra cost. I love that they have bowls now! I'll definitely be choosing this Panera location over any other ones nearby!

$11 for a sandwich with absolutely nothing in it. Panera has lost their mind. Prime example of what you see if what you don't get. Pictures look incredible yet two strips of bacon that's doesn't even equal the bread. LOL. What joke. Please do yourself a favor and never get BLT. You'll get absolutely lots of lettuce and tomato but that's pretty much about it. And the garlic aioli is disgusting.

The saddest "Mediterranean Veggie" sandwich I've ever seen. This is bleak.

I come here often due to location convenience. I have to have my sandwiches remade every other time because they look like the one I've shared in this photo. Whenever I have any extra instructions (adding avocado or toasting the sandwich, for example) they are rarely ever followed. Made the mistake of ordering togo and didn't have time to have my sandwich remade. The staff is friendly so this is the only reason they aren't getting one star at this point.

Ham Deli Sandwich, Chicken Noodle Soup, and Chips

Food: The chips were delicious and crunchy. The bread bowl is an interesting idea, but the area of bread where the soup touches makes it soggy and mushy. I really don't like that, but there probably isn't any way to solve that problem. A problem that could be solved is that the chicken sandwich is too thick/tall to bite. Panera could make the sandwich slightly thinner. Service: The pagers is a good idea, because you will know when your food is ready quickly. The employees were helpful and helped me find the food pick-up place. Good service! Ambiance: I would've picked a comfy seat by the windows, but there were a lot of crumbs on them and others as well. Could use a little more cleaning. Everything else is clean, thankfully. I really wanted to give this place 3.5 stars, but I had to choose between 4 & 3.

Never go back!! Her and her manger both have attitude with me cuz they don't have all the ingredients for the sandwiches.

The food was great, the temperature, texture and flavor. Unfortunately their cleaning practices did not reflect the Panera Bread quality standard. The tables, floor, and restrooms were not clean, the worst was the tables. We asked to clean the table, they did but not very happy, Sergio looked upset and rude. The place is located in a great area, but the service does not match with it. We recommend use the pick up or drive thru options to avoid deal with this situation.

Stop by for tomato soup and do some work. Everything was clean and well social distanced. Great experience.

CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT! THIS PLACE WILL YOUR MONEY!! I used their mobile app Saturday November 2nd and ordered a small soup and salad. Since work was hectic, I decided to have it delivered. The driver (David) that deliverers my food decided to leave himself a tip. I was in a rush and left my tip line blank. No slash, no zero, no grand total. I signed the bottom line and walked off with my food. I didn't leave a tip since it was $3 already added which he already gets. Fast forward to yesterday when I check my bank account and notice the total amount changed from $21.14 to $23.14. I called this morning and spoke to manager Karen or Kerrigan. After explaining to her the situation, she advises me she will look into the matter. After a few hours, she calls me back saying I left a two-dollar tip. *Slaps forehead* didn't I tell you I left the lines blank and he filled it in? She never apologizes or seeks to come up with a solution. I believe she thought I was having buyers remorse. This was not the case. I had no intention on paying $23 for just a soup and salad. I'm aware he gets $3 for just delivering the food. I wouldn't leave a $5 tip for him having to drive .05 miles on a sunny day. I have her email me the receipt and it is not my handwriting (of course). It's only a few bucks but this is credit card fraud. I call corporate to have them address the matter. I spoke to Cody and Matthew who empathize with me and unlike Karen, apologizes. Supervisor Matthew was professional and kind and he was able to address my concerns. I know, it's only a $2 difference, but if David does this enough, he can potentially rip off a lot of people. I have warned my company about this Panera location. This was my company that paid so the totals have to be accurate. And (for those who don't know) I get a allowance on how much I can spend in a day. Don't be a fool like me: 1. The authorization occurs immediately. It can take 2-5 days for the payment to be successfully taken from your account (with tip) verify the totals are accurate. 2. Never leave the first two lines blank. (I know better and still did this) always put a slash, cash, or some indication of the amount. 3. If this occurs, do not bother calling the manager at this location. Just call their corporate headquarters. Their number is (314) 984-1000.

This is a Panera bagel bacon and egg sandwich what am I paying $10 for the sesame seed there's definitely no egg and bacon

The food definitely stands out in terms of quality. It is most comparable to places like Canes , with the chicken/fries/toast combo. However they excel in comparison with their dirty sodas and other food offerings. The fries, cheese curds and Texas toast are all delicious snack options. Everything comes out hot and cooked to order. The portions are a good size and it all tastes fresh. The dirty sodas were a fun thing to try out. During my visits, I tried the "Toasty Marshmallow" (Mr Pibb) and the "Float On" (Barqs) . Both are sweet combinations and are fun treats. There's a lot here that makes them stand out from most fast-casual places and overall provide a quality dining experience.

Shops that offer chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, fries, and similar options have become very commonplace in this area of the Chicago suburbs. Even without considering the quality of food, there's a few features that make this a hit for me. The dining room is fun, yet appropriate. The value here is great both in terms of quantity of food, and overall pricing. The ice cream that changes monthly provides a fun way to customize a periodic visit. While I'm not crazy about the texture and flavor of it, it's still an enjoyable dessert -- particularly on a warm day. The sides such as fried cheese curds and spicy fries are different. The dirty soda options also provide a ton of possibilities for social media posts and different flavor options on each visit. Service is not too slow for how busy the restaurant is, and parking isn't too difficult. The food is very good here, both in terms of flavor and texture -- and generously portioned as well. The tenders rival the best versions I've had from other dedicated chicken restaurants. Crispy with tender chicken that stands well on its own without sauces, but at the same time has a heightened experience with the quality sauces, which each have a distinct flavor profile. I also enjoyed the cole slaw and texas toast considerably, and especially the fries which were crisp and matched very well with the sauces. The same level of food quality is also present in their sandwiches and wraps, which mix the same quality components together for a delicious product.

The last time we came here, a customer was screaming on the top of his lungs about how bad customer service was. He was being derogatory and told a Latino worker to go back to his country. It was awful. I'm mentioning this because although that specific worker argued back with the customer (for justified reasons), the other 3 workers on his team tried to de-escalate the situation to get the man to leave the store with his food. After 10 minutes of the guy yelling, they were able to get the guy to leave. Once he left, the workers were great friends and coworkers to the guy who was targeted and had him go on his break to cool down. It was nice to see them taking care of their team. Foodwise, I have never been disappointed with my sandwiches. I usually order an Italian sub and the ingredients have always tasted fresh and delicious. I'm also a huge fan of their craft refresher drinks, specifically the pineapple passionfruit one!
