I like this Panera Bread because of its location. It's lose to my kids after-school activity place. We come here often for brunch or lunch. Our favorite is the Chicken and wild rice soup. Unfortunately, they're not available when you're too early. The food is good, reasonably priced and comes in a good serving size. They ah e a spacious and quiet dining area too. I really liked this salad. Really enjoyed the apple chips and other toppings. My 2nd item was the Autumn Squash Soup: A rich blend of butternut squash and pumpkin simmered in vegetable broth with honey, apple juice, cinnamon, and a hint of curry--finished with sweet cream and topped with roasted, salted pumpkin seeds. This is one of my favorite soups. Love the seeds on top. Nice and warm for a cold day. I was also annoyed with the size of the piece of baguette they gave me. This Panera is really lacking. The French Onion Soup came out without any croutons, which is one of the main parts of the dish. It feels like the quality and attention to detail have really slipped. Stopped by at this Panera location recently for a quick lunch. The staff was super friendly and the location was clean. I like that the restrooms require a code to ensure they remain clean and for customer use only. I ordered my usual green goddess cobb salad with no chicken and a side of their delicious baguette. I like to add feta cheese and cucumbers because for some reason this salad doesn't come with cheese already. It is a steep $1.25 to add cheese but I find it worth it. First time I ever had Panera bread in my life! IKR! I ordered Togo and had the broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl and chipotle chicken avocado melt. I wanted to take time to write this review based on an A+ customer service experience I had here. I ordered lunch online for rapid pick up. It was 10am and I set the pick up for 11:30am. My food was ready when I arrived. I'm driving back I noticed what I thought was one of my sandwiches missing. I called the Panera (press #3 to get the store) and spoke to a gentleman that apologized and said he would issue a credit or give me a full sandwich (I only ordered a half) and a drink for my troubles if I chose to drive back. I was hungry so of course I chose to drive back. I was already impressed, but wait...it gets better. So I drove up, the man, still apologizing, had my full chicken BLT on sourdough with horseradish mustard (a must have) in his hand. He politely asked me, by chance is your half sandwich in the baguette bag?? I looked...it was. I apologized and tried to give the full sandwich and drink back. He refused. I felt so dumb to make them go to all that trouble. And that, my friends, is how killing them with kindness in customer service will get you a five star yelp review. I came by for a morning pick me up using my coffee subscription at this place. I ordered on the app an ice coffee for curbside pickup. I tried ordering a bagel but most of them were already sold out by noon. I arrived at the location and right in front there was parking for curbside pickup. I checked in on the app and the app requested what type of vehicle I was in. About 3 minutes after arriving a woman walked out asking for my name and gave me my order. My coffee, cream, and sugar was packaged neatly. I took a quick minute to add my cream and sugar to my coffee. Successful ice coffee run! Ordering on the app was easy. You can check in on the app to notify the location you are at there for curbside pickup. If you don't use the app there's a sign where to park with the store number to call the store and let them know you are there. A tip for the coffee is to request cream and sugar on the side unless you want black coffee. This location is busy and the staff bring out orders promptly for curbside pickup. The staff are wearing masks. The convenience of placing your order on the app and have it brought out to your car saves time so you can go about your day as planned. read more

Panera just introduced flatbread pizzas! They are slightly larger than a personal pizza. The flavors were pretty good, we got a chipotle chicken (no bacon) and four cheese pizza.
