Salad bar
Victor L.

I wrote a raving review of Sizzler last week. I went back last night. It was a Sunday dinner and there were lots going on. I can't say it's all bad but it wasn't all great. My kids steak were supposed to be medium rare but arrived medium to medium-well. My wife's steak was not seasoned but no harm done as we had salt and peppercorns at the table. The salad bar was also missing taco shells and they ran out of fried chicken. The only saving grace is that the cashier told us ahead of time that some items are missing. This time around the restaurant was almost full and the staff seemed to be complaining they were running out of this and that. It was a bit chaotic this day. The kids' steak were still pretty good but just overcooked. My wife complained it was a letdown. I don't want to beat a dead horse, but I rate this visit as 3 stars. So our 2 visit average rating is 4 stars. I will still come back but I'll stick to a weekday.

I had sizzlers for the first time, and wowww it's amazing. I've heard of this place awhile ago, but never tried it until now. Love the salad bar, I like how it comes with tacos, soup, chickens wings, etc, reminds me like a buffet. it's sooo good! Also had steak, shrimp, and fries. It was delicious, shrimp is crispy and every is cook to perfection. Definitely will come back next time

The service here was alright, just regular nothing spectacular. The ambience was a regular Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately the alright turned into something rad... I was just about ready to eat but I saw a cheese stain on my plate. And don't forget the toast made my mouth begging for water I never got. Consider this rating a good one for how bad my experience was in this Sizzler

Prices are my kind.

Food was very good - even took home a steak for hubby! Service was friendly and prompt. Ambiance was family friendly - which I enjoy very much.

Loved it! Just as awesome as I remember- haven't been here in decades but was so impressed of how the amazing lunch buffet still is! Wow! They have everything--build your own taco, pinto beans, chicken wings, meat(fried) bits, spaghetti/meatballs, few pasta salads/soups to choose from, fresh prepped salad bar with at least a 20+ items to pile on your plate! Nachos! Delicious assorted fruits! Wow! The best part is they have a Self Serve/ice cream station--also, including non-fat frozen yogurt, which I Never see anywhere with yummy toppings! They even had iced coffee along with iced tea and all your favorite beverages. All of this is included for seniors(over 60) $14.99 with tax, the regular price is three dollars more --I think still a great deal! I never see all this stuff offer anywhere anymore! How wonderful they include your your beverage and desert in the price! Let me not forget to mention, they still have their signature Cheesy Toast--I remember that when I was a little girl!(back in the early '70's, lol) It's still amazing! This will be my comfort food zone to go to often! Thank you Sizzler for staying committed to pleasing your customers and serving great quality food! Truly an all-you-eat buffet!

This is the Steakhouse Ribs for $19.79 wow just to let you know I did eat 1 rib and ate the baked potatoe.

Very bad service didn't get utensils, cold bread the steakhouse ribs were definitely not worthy of the name. So disappointed I remember when I would go with my grandmother its was good quality good food, good service will not be back for there food maybe the salad.

Since that night, it has become the only seafood boil spot that I consistently come back to. My go-to order is the shrimp and crawfish with their Sweet California sauce, along with a side of garlic noodles. The Sweet California sauce is what keeps me returning. It's not your typical Cajun seafood boil sauce--it has a unique flavor that's completely its own and sets this place apart from every other seafood boil restaurant I've tried. Depending on when you visit, the restaurant can either be packed or nearly empty. It's a smaller space, and large parties tend to come through often, so wait times can vary. One thing to keep in mind is that the host, server, and food runner are often the same person. Because of that, I always try to give them some grace. If you need something, just let them know, and they'll do their best to take care of you as quickly as possible. Don't let the small exterior fool you--this place is absolutely delicious. Whether it's 11 a.m. or 3 a.m., I'll happily find myself back here for another seafood boil.

Customer service was definitely lacking. Crawfish: 3/5 Shrimp: 3.5/5 Potato's were not fully cooked inside Corn was too mushy and overcooked Garlic noodles: 5/5, tastes home made and amazing If you don't mind hit or miss suprise bag while the employees are having fun and cracking jokes with each other, this is definitely the spot as they open really late at night and the pricing is very fair.

The seafood was well-seasoned with a nice spicy kick, and our noodles were very garlicky (in a good way). The chicken tenders were also flavorful, but a bit dry (I still like it btw). The only small downside was that the crawfish had a bit of a fishy taste, but it wasn't enough to ruin the meal since the seasoning was still really good. The shrimp, on the other hand, were delicious and cooked perfectly. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating, great for groups. It was pretty busy when we arrived, which says a lot about how popular the place is, but we were still able to enjoy our meal comfortably. The service was efficient despite the crowd, we didn't have to wait for too long. Overall, we had a great experience and I'd definitely come back if I'm in the area again!

The garlic fries were cooked to the perfect level of crispiness, while the lobster garlic noodles were flavorful, savory, and packed with garlic goodness. The seafood itself was fresh and good quality, but I found the House Special Mild sauce a little underwhelming. I was hoping for more depth and flavor, but most of what I tasted was a mild kick of heat. While it wasn't bad, it didn't have the rich, buttery, and well-seasoned flavor profile that I typically look for in a seafood boil sauce. Service was great throughout our visit. We were seated promptly, our food arrived quickly, and any requests we had were fulfilled without issue. The staff was attentive and made the dining experience smooth and enjoyable. I also appreciated the restaurant's nautical theme. The decor featured fishing nets, ship-inspired accents, and other sea-themed elements that helped create a fun and immersive atmosphere. Overall, I'm glad we gave this place a try. The garlic noodles and fries were delicious, and the service was excellent. While I would probably choose other seafood boil spots in the future, this was still a solid experience and worth trying at least once.

Regardless of the matter and situation, I'm happy to see that they're doing well. I came in super late last night being it the second to last Friday for Lent and was craving seafood. I remembered this spot had a dish of steamed clams in a basil and ginger broth that reminded me of my dad's Filipino version. I came back because I craved it and since I wasn't feeling 100%. This brought me back to life. It was so good and fragrant, which definitely brought me back to my childhood. I decided to also get a few more dishes since I'm acclimating to the Vietnamese culture. The food here is super good and the owner or staff here in general are very nice. I'm going to try to come back often since the price point is worth it in my opinion.

But using that same approach here, we were still very hungry afterward. Not only are the portions extremely small, but the flavors are inconsistent. The xào me was overly salty, while the rang muối ớt was surprisingly bland. On top of that, the presentation was top notched....... the portions are much smaller than what's shown in the photos, vegetables were stale, and there wasn't even any garlic included, despite it being clearly shown on the menu. The gỏi was okay. Will not return.
