I forgot how pricey the food can be at Panera Bread. I love the idea of their unlimited drinks deal they offer for a monthly price. The autumn soup is delicious! My daughters loved the chicken noodle soup and Mac and Cheese. I'm glad it comes with a free piece of bread. A family of 4 spend $45 and still left hungry.

Thank you for fixing my order! It's a shame that DoorDash has a credit policy when an item is missing and unfortunately paying taxes again and having to tip again is not ideal. It's also up to their drivers to double check the order items, but when my smoothie was missing and I sent in another order an called to make sure it makes it to me this time, I was surprised with a large sized smoothie and an apology note and wanted to tell you guys you made an upset pregnant nurse into a happy one. Keep up the great service

Nothing disappointing about this location. Friendly employees, clean restaurant, and major teamwork is what I saw. The food was great. We accidentally sat at a table that was reserved for social distancing, as my dad isn't very keen on those things and didn't read the sticker. Something got placed on it and I didn't notice until we got up to clean the table off and leave and I went and apologized to the young lady at the counter to let her know we hadn't done it on purpose and she just said, "we know and it's not a big deal as y'all were only one of about 3 tables at the time and this is our slow time. We didn't want to make a big deal about it and wanted y'all to just enjoy your meal". My heart melted right there into a puddle on the floor. I would have happily found another table if they would have brought it to our attention, but I guess they figured it's best to extend kindness than make a point. (Little did they know, we were celebrating my beautiful baby granddaughter being released from the burn unit and allowed to come home. My parents and my own kiddos, hadn't seen her in almost 2 weeks, so I think my dad was just preoccupied. But in an emotional time such as that, kindness means everything). I will forever be going to this location... no doubt. There's a lot to be said about a company who is compassionate and doesn't just think about the bottom line when it comes to their guests.

Pretty sad to see another business fall victim to laziness and carelessness in their cleaning standards. Found bugs in bathroom, dirty floor throughout, drink machines looked unsanitary. There are only a few customers in the restaurant, where the workers actually out number the customers, any one of them could be better engaged by cleaning the place up.. I see the issue, when I walk in and notice of the 7 people standing around on the phones, one is the manager. Can't really enforce anything if you're part of the problem. Will definitely not be coming back.

Make sure if you want something. Place a rapid order or you will not get food even if it's in the window. It might belong to someone else.

The worst customer service! Had 4 souffles in my hand, was getting ready to pay and they told me I couldn't have them!! WHAT!! I'm so angry. Apparently you have to order online for a rapid order to get your food. Never mind the that the souffles were in the window for me to choose from. I asked for the manager she apologized, said online orders were more important than in store orders. She offered to give me the order for free. Made excuses about why this happens. Apparently the process is broken. Don't put food out that is not for sale!! I come here because the food is good. We order all our work catering from here. It is always consistent. But today was the straw! I'm writing this while waiting for them to bake me new ones. That's the only reason I came here. To have souffles. The manager and I spoke and she agrees the process is broken! So fix it. Please... This is so humiliating I had to have a fit for them to acknowledge they were wrong.

    Trex rep with boxed lunches.

First time: service was cool-shoulderish but the food was fantastic. We were all BLOWN AWAY. I thought the price a little high for what you get. I swear, there was an issue with my order. I'm telling you now...I didn't order the tofu, so when they delivered it to my table I asked....but they showed me my receipt, which said I did. I was skeptical, but whatever. I think the touchscreen ordering screwed me... Y'all, I wouldn't order tofu in a million years, I don't like it...but ended up eating the entire dish. It was fantastic! Talk about being surprised. Today, was extremely careful on the touchscreen when ordering, and went with the beef curry and chicken. My thoughts when it came out: is there even any beef in this? This is soup, not curry. Oh, and it's not even hot. It's barely even warm. Then, a co-worker was legit served the wrong dish. So, she goes to bring it to their attention, and the server borderline argues with her ...basically telling her "yes, that is what you ordered" - even though she had a receipt showing otherwise. Service is not friendly. Food costs too much. Ambiance is a mix of hole-in-the-wall, eclectic, retro...walls covered in weird posters. I like the vibe, seriously, I just wish the food was worth it and the people were nicer.

Try, in this given year to frequent a place maybe minutes from you. I am surrounded by spots I have never tried before. I am guilty of passing up a business based on its facade. Soups & Rolls definitely fits in this category. As I stated in my last review some of the best flavors in the city reside in the most precarious places. This place, which provides flavorful Vietnamese and Chinese fare is no different. It is another place in the Westside that quietly makes fantastic food. It used to be a Central American restaurant but in this area nothing is permanent. When I went the mistake was parking in the back. Not a problem, as I went to the proper entrance. In my opinion the age of Instagram and Tik Tok has aided bias on the part of the patron. Customers are seeking places that have an ambience to document their experiences. Via photoworthy posts on social media or selfies. So much so the meal becomes secondary or an afterthought. If you are expecting a giant dragon with waterfalls or a modern lighting that highlights the room you will not find it. Its table and seating is very humble, as the owners. We sat down and one of the friendly servers took our orders. Their menu is extensive with pho, lemongrass chicken, spring rolls etc. In addition they do carry some Chinese dishes in case you aren't into Vietnamese fare. But what cruel human being wouldn't be? I have always wanted to try a bahn mi for the longest time.. The thing is I'm not into pork. The owner suggested a beef one. I ordered that and a mango boba tea. My partner ordered spring rolls and a bowl of vermicelli. No sooner was I looking at the tiger painting on their wall did all food items arrive. Everything was hot and fresh. The bahn mi was gigantic. It was a huge french hoagie roll stuffed with beef, carrots and cilantro. I must confess I'm not a fan of cilantro but it fit here perfectly. The meat was tender and flavorful. It came with accompanying fries. I tried my partner's spring rolls and they were some of the best I have ever had. The rolls were fried with an equally flavorful filling. In addition the mango boba was really good. I like the consistency of mine to be thick. If I stick my straw into the boba and it stands straight up I know it is good. The chef came from the kitchen to check on us. He tried to explain that the bahn mi and the torta are very similar. But then again most cuisines share a commonality. I understand people's hesitancy to try a place in precarious neighborhoods. I implore you to try a place in your locale. If not, and you are up for an adventure please check out "Soups & Rolls" in the Westside. The service and food are both excellent. Next time I'm getting that big bowl of Pho with extra Sriracha sauce. First, I have to learn how to properly pronounce it.

I ordered the crispy dumplings (pork) and spring rolls as appetizers, and the spicy noodle soup as my entree. My server came to take my order, and brought me the items as they were ready. The entree came out before the appetizers. The spicy noodle soup was spicy (as named) and it was good, but it was incredibly oily and the noodles were overcooked, so I didn't eat much of it. I would definitely recommend ordering this with rice, or taking it home and making your own. The dumplings and spring rolls were crispy, but nothing special. I did like the duck sauce they had -- I would have asked my server for more of it, but she was busy in the back or something, not sure. I wish she would've checked in on me a bit more during the visit so I could have gotten more napkins and sauce. The service was alright. I wish I would've gotten checked on a little bit more, but she was nice and helped me pack my noodles to go. Overall, this spot wasn't terrible, but if I had to choose, I'd probably try another place.
