Purchased a family fest meal, the chicken wasn't cooked in the sandwich, very unsanitary, threw it out

This location was big and I loved the outdoor seating! I decided to do a pick up order and they offer a screen with where they have your name and the process your food is at which is so helpful! There is also a bench for you to sit as your wait. While I was waiting, I had to go to the bathroom and the employee was polite and gave me the code. The bathroom was clean! When I went to go pick up my food, the employee behind the counter was friendly! I really liked this location!

Tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich

This is a pretty clean yet very busy Panera. The staff was wonderful. I had the tomato soup and cheese sandwich combo. Order came out quickly. It tasted as good as any other place. I've had it. I'll be back.

Ordered delivery. My soup was piping hot and good...one star. Asked for a baguette with it and a cinnamon roll. Both were good...one star. Also ordered a half Chicken Bacon Rancher sandwich. I have included the stock photo and what I received. Of course the sandwich isn't going to look like the stock photo but damn. Come on. On top of this it didn't taste good. Almost like a chemical taste. Ugh. This Panera is a disgrace.

Narrow and smaller than some locations.

I've been going to this location very occasionally, typically when shopping at nearby Target or the Tyler Galleria across the street. Like all Panera locations, it's set up in a formulaic manner with bakery display (quite empty on the recent visit, albeit in the mid afternoon) in front with the self-order kiosks and regular service register. Then, partitions block line of sight to the dining area, and another path diverts to the take-out window and beverages area. We were thirsty and needed caffeine, socially acceptable problems, don't you think? We saw a banner advertising their new fruit beverages loaded with caffeine and thought that sounded good, worth a try, and saved time searching for a bubble tea or café. I approved of their large 30oz. cups that are identical to what you'd get at 7-Eleven for a big Slurpee- anyhow, there are three flavors available, but we went for the one advertised: Strawberry Lemon with Mint. Alternatively, there was a Cranberry Apple option that sounded good and something else I cannot recall presently. No losers, I reckon. Anyhow, it works! Most definitely contains caffeine. Halfway home, my gf exclaimed she was getting wired :D Then, several of my Elite friends wrote separately about hearing the drinks were "like Crack" and similar euphemisms as to the elixer's effectiveness. Oh, they have sandwiches too, but whatever. Toasted baguettes sounded nice for a change of pace, but I'll post pics for future visits.

Believe it or not; one of my friends, had never been to Panera Bread. That's crazy right? As soon as I learned that information, I knew where we were going to eat next lol Found this Panera Bread location close by, and we headed out to pop my friend's Panera cherry lol My friend ordered the flat bread pizza, which he said was "really good." He said it's the best flat bread pizza that he's had. I ordered a salad, Mac and cheese and an orange scone. The salad was good. Needed more salad dressing, but it was good. The Mac and cheese was yummy. My friend ate some of that also. He loved the Mac and cheese. Actually we ordered the broccoli cheddar Mac. It's super good with the carrots and broccoli inside. The food was all good. I just don't think it was as fresh as other locations. Some locations are definitely better than this one. It's not a bad one though.

The other thing that was off-putting is an employee walked in (uniform on) with her kids and walked into the kitchen with her kids with her. I am so disappointed, as much I have loved their food I will not go back. Today I picked up an $800 catering order that I placed. Huge pans of skewers, rice, salads, etc. I had to pick this order up by myself and had already made two trips to my car. The pans were really hot and the protein pans were heavy, so I politely asked the gentleman working there if he could please help me carry the rest of food to my car. It was obvious I was struggling and I still had more trips to make. He did not seem thrilled, but gave a reluctant sure, next thing I know the woman who was also there working interrupts and hands me two paper bags to use as make shift oven mitts to carry my own items since the pans were hot, I pretty much got an unspoken you can carry it out by yourself because they said nothing to me at all proceeded with what they were doing and ignored me. As I was struggling to get through their door through their patio another guest saw me struggling and opened for the door for me. I carried the rest out and on my last trip in I told the woman working that I was upset with placing such a large order and struggling to carry it, it was disappointing to be completely disregarded after asking for help. She informed me they are not allowed to leave the premises which is fine, however they didn't even explain that to me after I asked just handed me paper bags as make shift oven mitts and basically a "good luck - you're on your own," turned around and went back to what they were doing. They could have at least held the door for me, the restaurant was empty. I unfortunately will never come back here or cater my business lunches here again.

Everything was spotless. The ambiance is clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Service was fast, but what stood out was that the cashier still took the time, with a smile, to explain parts of the menu when we had questions. The prices are surprisingly affordable. When my mom hesitated because of the language, they made the effort to speak Spanish to make her feel comfortable, which meant a lot to us. We were served at our table, and honestly, the first bite was heavenly. I thought I already loved Greek food, but this went beyond anything I've tried before. Definitely coming back

I've had halal kabobs from restaurants all over SoCal and the country and this place is still my favorite. It's a great option for catering (I always get the family platter pictured) and this was my go to place when we lived nearby - the flavors are tasty but not too overpowering so it works for all guests no matter their spice preference. We still drive up to 30 mins to cater from here because the food is always so good and a reliable hit with any guests that we have over. FOOD: The meat is not just flavorful but most importantly, it's somehow always just so moist, so juicy, and so tender all the way through. And it's not just the meats - every item they serve is just really unexpectedly delicious. At most kabob places, the rice/pita/salad/hummus are just weak add ons to fill up the plate, but these items are always so delicious at Kabob House and you can always taste the flavor bursting in every item (my fav is the salad which has a lemon/vinegary kick to it that just elevates the meal). All the items on the menu are great, but my personal favorite is the salmon kabob (if you've never had a salmon kabob, do yourself a favor and try it out and at least add one skewer of it if you get a combo) - the owner recommended this to me years ago, and I've always added at least a couple skewers every time since - all my guests rave about it. SERVICE/AMBIANCE It's a small casual family owned restaurant and the service is always super friendly. You can see the food being made fresh behind the counter which shows their confidence - it's clear they take immense pride in the quality of all their items and are eager to share their food and Palestinian heritage. The price is also exceptional value for the quantity of food you get, especially compared to other similar restaurants.
