I rarely stop by Panera but i had bee receiving some good offers on their app so i decided to stop by. I got a caramel ice latte and blueberry bagel. I usually order online to save time. My orders usually are usually ready by the time i get there the employees are always really nice and friendly. Although i usually get to go they have a pretty big dining area with lots of booths and tables if you prefer to dine in. And there's also tables outside. I will say today the drink was not good and tasted just like milk. And the bagel was alright but a little hard to bite maybe warmed up would have been better. Although today was a miss i would say normally their food is good with my favorites being the goddess salad and broccoli cheddar bread bowl. I always use their app and order quick pick up before work. They are always on time and I've never had a problem with any of my orders. They have a wide variety of fresh sandwhiches and salads, my faves are the chicken salad sandwich and the strawberry poppyseed salad when it's in season. The place is overall clean inside although that particular area does attract some homeless people so just be careful of your surroundings. They have never done anything to me but they do sleep around there outside sometimes in the early mornings... sad. Went there beginning of March and the chili and soup are never hot . My friend got violently sick from the chili . So I speak with the General manager . She was nice gave us two coupons . I had to send one via screenshot with code. My friend who tries to redeem it, can't cause all the kiosk are down and Hope the manager says they can't enter the code that expires one time use, because the physical copy has to be present. General manager said use it online etc, be careful when ordering soups or chili, if it's room temp like emptied out of can don't eat it. I don't order soup from there anymore . This is also the same time none of the bagels I ordered were fulfilled and the loaf is not cut at all. This is minimum wage should be $5/hrs and tips should be completely unavailable. I've been going to this location very occasionally, typically when shopping at nearby Target or the Tyler Galleria across the street. Like all Panera locations, it's set up in a formulaic manner with bakery display (quite empty on the recent visit, albeit in the mid afternoon) in front with the self-order kiosks and regular service register. Then, partitions block line of sight to the dining area, and another path diverts to the take-out window and beverages area. We were thirsty and needed caffeine, socially acceptable problems, don't you think? We saw a banner advertising their new fruit beverages loaded with caffeine and thought that sounded good, worth a try, and saved time searching for a bubble tea or café. I approved of their large 30oz. cups that are identical to what you'd get at 7-Eleven for a big Slurpee- anyhow, there are three flavors available, but we went for the one advertised: Strawberry Lemon with Mint. Alternatively, there was a Cranberry Apple option that sounded good and something else I cannot recall presently. No losers, I reckon. Anyhow, it works! Most definitely contains caffeine. Halfway home, my gf exclaimed she was getting wired :D Then, several of my Elite friends wrote separately about hearing the drinks were "like Crack" and similar euphemisms as to the elixer's effectiveness. As soon as I learned that information, I knew where we were going to eat next lol Found this Panera Bread location close by, and we headed out to pop my friend's Panera cherry lol My friend ordered the flat bread pizza, which he said was "really good." He said it's the best flat bread pizza that he's had. I ordered a salad, Mac and cheese and an orange scone. The salad was good. Needed more salad dressing, but it was good. The Mac and cheese was yummy. My friend ate some of that also. He loved the Mac and cheese. Actually we ordered the broccoli cheddar Mac. It's super good with the carrots and broccoli inside. We waited 30 minutes for our food to be done and then when I got home, the receipt wasn't signed off for who checked the order so I have no one to hold responsible for my missing large bacon mac & cheese, which is ridiculously expensive, or my sandwich that was made on the completely wrong bread, I tried to call their catering extension and they speak to a manager extension and nobody answered. Love coming to this Panera location. I typically frequent Panera a lot and this locations staff is great. Always friendly and always gets my order right. They are very efficient and you can tell they have a positive management team that creates positive vibes for their staff. Their new flatbread pizza is tasty. Lots of melted cheese on a freshly made pizza crust. The crust is soft and very chewy. Their kitchen sink cookie is amazing. Cheaper than other Panera locations so it's a steal to enjoy this cookie here. Definitely will come back again. Plenty of curbside and rapid pick up parking. Store is very clean as well. read more
