What happened: My child wanted a chocolate croissant, but the app showed it as "sold out." However, when we arrived, there was a FULL TRAY of fresh chocolate croissants that had just come out - clearly visible in the bakery display case. When my child got excited and asked for one, the guy working the front (wearing a wool hat and glasses) and the cashier flat-out refused to sell us one. Their excuse? "It's all for tomorrow." Why this is unacceptable: If items are not for sale, don't display them where customers (especially children) can see them You don't tease a child by showing fresh product you refuse to sell The app showed "sold out" but there was clearly fresh inventory - why lie? I'm not sure why the ratings for this Panera location are so low! To me, it seemed like a pretty standard Panera. They had all the usual options - soups, salads, sandwiches, etc. I'm always a fan of their chili, but I did notice the portion seemed pretty small when I ordered it with the bread bowl to go... so maybe I'd order it on its own next time. I stopped by Panera for dinner since I figured it was a safe bet and it was my first time in the area. I chose a sandwich dip entree apple, chocolate chip cookie, and mango smoothie. I used the bathroom while I was there and it could have used some work. I'll think I'll stick with the thinner breads for my sandwiches going forward. Got a bakers dozen bagels to go for a work meeting. Service was fine but bagel that I selected was certainly not fresh baked.

This is the second time I have ordered for delivery from Panera bread in Raynham. The first time I ordered a tuna sandwich with nothing on it and received a tuna sandwich with everything on it. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee combination because of the advertisement and sign at the counter showing a picture of this combination which was at the counter where the orders were being placed. it was 11:12 in the morning on a Sunday. This location needs to step up quality control. Went by a few weeks back with my kids. Believe it or not had to send back an under cooked grilled cheese. Also, received a cup of under filled soup, which I returned to have topped off. The kids filling the orders were acting simply as order takers. Was very disappointed this time in this Panera bread I went with a client for lunch they had bugs on top of the cones the flies were bouncing around top of the blueberry scones the girl at the front desk Mary was very helpful but they had customers that were like reaching over the shelf to take loaves of bread off of the display case even though they were probably adult enough to know that you couldn't touch that. There was not a Lotta bagels here that day. We waited close to like 15 minutes for a sandwiches and salads to come out I was concerned with the cost of the lunch it ends up being $27. 87 and yet we didn't get anything to drink except a cup of tea I had a glass of water and we both had pick twos. Always a great lunch. Got the asian chicken salad which im slightly obsessed with haha. The whole size portion is great! Big enough for dinner, in my opinion. Def fills you up. Lots of chicken, they arent stingy with the dressing either. Cup of chicken noodle soup was good too. Very hot, decent amount of stock, chicken cubes, noodles, carrots, celery all in a good plain chicken broth. Only tip here is that the noodles in the soup are a little soft/smooshy but overall not bad. The crisy fresh baguettes are the best! Cant go there without getting bread as a side. Ordered rapid pick up online today. Just a half sandwich and cup of soup. When I got home I found the bread is hard and tastes freezer burnt, the bacon is hard as a rock and inedible. Kinda mad not going to lie I love this place so much but every time I get food it either is wrong missing something and never mind over priced. I went there last week and I got a Togo because I was in a rush to work and I ordered chicken tortellini Alfred and a cherry pastry. When ever I leave here I always check to make sure I have everything but sense I was in such a rush I just left; when I got to work I opened the bag and started eatting and reading the receipt and they charged me for both but forgot to put the cherry pastry in there so I was charged 2.69$ for something I didn't even get.
