This restaurant never fails us with the decor and food to die for. The owner is so nice and very talented and it shows in presentation and taste. Everything is so fresh and home made. She always has a smile on her face and it's a pleasure to go and eat there. I love their food and decorated eatery. I've only been twice but this is the place to get Great Spanish Food. I miss this since I was living in JP and could get Spanish food whenever I wanted. Since moving to Onset Village smack in the middle of Wareham you can't get Spanish food anywhere. I Miss This! Small sampler : plantains Cooked well, fried good, seasoning just right I believe it was beef, that was tasty fell off the bone. I think they need to be more picky about the meats, most of my chicken had too much fat. Fried cheese could've been smaller pieces, A little too chewy. The staff was very friendly and I got I order pretty quick. I also went after lunchtime. Places has good sitting area and clean. I would like to go back to try some other things like the curry dishes . I also would recommend trying different types of empanadas. Maybe a curry one, vegetarian one, or beef with beens. I recommend ordering online or ahead, they don't always have everything on the menu available every day, and if you order ahead you won't have to wait. The fries are awesome. So are churros. The food is full of Carribean flavor and good sized portions. The have a different selection daily. They have great pastries that are made fresh. Have ordered from them twice now. Two days in a row and same meal. The 20$ chuleta (porkchop) meal. Comes with rice and beans and a side salad of cabbage and tomatoes, and Maduro (sweet plantain). The food is good. What's off is the consistency and the pricing. 20$ is a lot for the amount of food you get. My first time trying & I was shocked by the portion I received. I got ONE single chuleta and some rice and some beans. (Amount of Rice was probably half the to-go container) & about 5 Maduros. I felt this was too little for 20$. The second time ordering the same exact thing, I recieved TWO chuletas and rice that took up the entire to-go plate and Some beans smothered on top. Better portion. Still not worth 20$ but I'd be more willing to pay 20$ if it always came with the 2 chuletas. read more

First of all. If you're a typical Massachusetts food person you might not like it here. It's Latin. Not Portuguese. It's not a pizza place and they don't have subs or wings lol. That being said, if you're a foodie or enjoy food from other places this place is FANTASTIC. Simple and delicious. AND INEXPENSIVE. I recommend the stewed Bolivian chicken and the empanadas.
