Other than the appetizer being just okay, it took forever for our food to come out. I told the server I had a gluten allergy so I'm not sure if they had to empty and clean a whole fryer and then fill it with new oil and reheat it, but we were the first folks in the restaurant for dinner and three other parties that came after us received their food before us. That was disappointing, but the food made up for it. Our waitress was very sweet and checked on us consistently. It seems like they have read bad reviews about service before, so they were on it. Thankfully from that review, I thought to hit the ATM to bring cash. But I noticed that they have now disguised the "Pay Cash, Save 3.99%" line item on the bill as just "NC" (which I'm guessing stands for "No Cash"?). So I had to explain to our server that we're paying w/ cash & he had to bring the bill back to recalculate without the extra 4%. THEN they add gratuity even if you're a party of 2 which I've never seen... but then again I don't go to buffets, so not sure if this is standard. So keeping these things in mind, I'll be back to support. Hopefully more ppl hear about Sisters 2 to keep business booming so that they won't have to resort to shady charging practices to be lucrative.
