They were quick with my order. But they didn't call my name. I ordered the chicken tortellini and there was barely any sauce. The place sorts looked dirty. But the staff were friendly. Most of the time a good experience at Panera bread. The food is generally consistent. Today I got the soggy salad. It was supposed to be to half salad but it was pretty close to a quarter. Disappointing. Both of our soups were not filled and there was an item missing from our to go order. It's hard to justify spending 40 dollars for salads, soups, and sandwiches with such little regard for quality and what's going out (or not going out) to customers. I used to love panera and maybe it's just this location because every single time I go here they make a mistake. EVERY TIME!! I complain so they comp something. I don't want free, I want RIGHT!! Then they act as if it's my fault. I'm ungrateful or something. I am not that kind of customer. I am very easy going and easy to please and understand that mistakes will be made. But I had one woman look me in the eye and tell me she personally put a baguette in with my sandwich and not chips. So I get all the way home and guess what? Two bags of chips and no baguette. I have never had a bad meal here. The Greek Salad and French Onion soup are delicious. The staff is ok although sometimes the lines to order can get a little long. The one thing that pisses me off about this place is when people don't put their order pagers back into the basket that says "return pagers here." I order lunch from this location a couple of times a month, and the service has slowly declined over the last year or so. I've had side items missing from orders a few times, but tonight was ridiculous. I ordered the same thing I typically order - modern greek salad w quinoa, with added chicken & avocado (extra $). The salad was missing more ingredients than they actually included. Tomato sofrito, feta cheese, olives, cucumbers & avocado, all missing. I basically got lettuce, chicken & quinoa. I would say 90% of the time I have come to this Panera I have been aggrivated! The staff is rude, has no idea what they're doing (I actually had to tell them how to make me toast once!), and machines are always broken! If you order a latte, the machine will either be broken or it will arrive WAY after your breakfast. They screw up orders all the time, and are rude when you ask them to fix it. Even simple things like asking them to put out more lemon near the soad fountains is a task. It's too bad because I love Panera, but I stay away from this one! read more

Although I usually go to the Stoughton one, I am beginning to really like this one. First off, I never have a problem finding seating...which can sometimes be a problem at other locations during the rush times. Second, they serve the garden vegetable with pesto soup...A-mazing!!!!!!! My usual spot never has it when I go and the Ryanham one has it up full-time. This place is ok. I go a few times a week in the morning. The help is slow and lazy. There is a girl in the morning (at the register) who has a prickly personality...in fact she never smiles. If I could give no stars I would. Worst customer service I've EVER had! It took 5 minutes for the person at the register to cash me out for two sandwiches and a bread bowl of soup. Then it took another 10 minutes to make said food (it wasn't even busy), then when I check my take out order I find they didn't give me chips or my bread bowl. I politely told them they forgot those things and they said "It's not my problem". Excuse me? Of course it is! I told them that I paid for a bread bowl, so I should either get what I ordered or get my money back, and they said they couldn't do that. I asked for a manager and was told their wasn't one there. I walked out EXTREMELY aggravated that I just spent $5 for a lousy cup of soup that wasn't even good. The manager can expect a call from me tomorrow. My boyfriend was so sweet and wanted to get me a salad, so he chose Panera. I was starving and looking forward to eating my salad. It was the WORST salad I ever had. It tasted like grass. The chicken was ice cold and disgusting. Meat should not be served cold ever that is gross. Not only did this salad suck, it was pricey for the horrible quality. I felt so bad because I hated this salad so much I yelled at my boyfriend. So good job Panera, you made my boyfriend hear a screaming from me. It's not the best Panera, but it is a typical one, and for my friend who lives in Middleboro it is quite convenient. I had the creamy tomato soup (always a favorite), th new tasty basil pasta dish, and a iced vanilla chai latte. H-Ro ordered the same soup and a half a salad. I don't like chain places...they are a ripoff, and never as healthy as they seem. But my friend jay loves this place, so we went. I had a cuban chicken sandwich I think. I like the cool bread they have there. It's funny how they try to make you eat chips..i said no thanks and only then did she reveal I also had the choice of an apple. That apple was a good snack later. The iced chai latte was ok, not bad. Overall, it was just ok, not bad, what you can expect from a place like this. I witnessed a rude staff taking lunch orders while waiting 8 minutes to order and then I sat down and waited 13 minutes to be paged for my food- a half order of Mac and cheese and a half tomato and mozzarella panini. I work in the same plaza as this Panera so it's convenient for me to get my breakfast here. I love their soufflés but I feel like they don't make enough. By the time its 9:30, theres usually none left so I always end up getting a breakfast sandwich instead. The bagels are good too especially since they have so many different kinds of spread. Poorly designed from customer service perspective. I feel badly for the front end staff here. The kiosks are a pain, and take way too long to order; but the front end only ever seems to have one person - who takes only cash orders. Then that one person has to help fix kiosk problems. Management needs to remove the kiosks at the counter, staff another person. Leave the two kiosks near the entry for coffee to go type orders. Otherwise the poor service will drive people away read more

It is by no means a busy location, the workers there are simply too busy shootin the sh*t to actually do their Job. They NEVER get your order right, the past 2 times I was there they 1st gave us the wrong mac and cheese an 2nd time ordered a pick 2 w/sandwich and salad we only got the salad. Then today we went again ordered a large mac and cheese in a bread bowl they completely forgot the bread bowl, we said something they gave us the bread bowl by itself and the mac and cheese was in the smallest child size container. I also ordered a large lentil qunoa egg bowl, it came in the large bowl but it was only a quarter of the way full and no egg. The food is great, no question, and the atmosphere of the dining room is up to par with other Panera locations. But the service here... UGH! I love their multigrain bagels, we order an 18 pack every month... EVERY MONTH! And not once have they been able to complete this order, we always leave with 6 "other" bagels. Yesterday we had lunch at the Raynham Panera restaurant. My husband had you pick two $6.19.He ordered turkey bacon bravo 1/2 and chicken noodle soup and no drink I had a bowl of soup and passion green tea. The bill came to $20. His sandwich was 6.00 and his soup $4. Mine was 5.99 and the drink a whopping 2.98. I got the same amount of soup in my bowl as he got in his cup!! This chain of restaurants is gouging customers. Slowest and most inefficiently run Panera I've been to. It can take them more than 15 minutes from the time you place your order to toast your bagel and hand it to you. This happened during a slow part of the day with minimal customers. I went back a month later and again they were dreadfully slow and disorganized. read more

Do not go here! Slowest staff ever and nobody cares about it! I place an order for cold sandwiches and some soup. Drive 20 minutes from my house walk in and see all the staff having random conversations. I ask for my order, they haven't even started it! Every time I order here, something seems to go wrong. First of all, I always order rapid pick up and even if I arrive 5-10 minutes later than I ordered for, my food is never done. I only ever order the turkey avocado blt because it is my favorite sandwich, but sometimes it has the wrong bread, sometimes it doesn't have avocado, and sometimes they forget the pickle on the side. One time They made the completely wrong sandwich, and when I drove all the way back from my house, it's almost as if I were inconveniencing them. They remade the sandwich with the wrong bread but I wasn't about to go back again. It's frustrating because I always have a bad experience, and then I go back and my experience is average so I trust again, and then next time I have another bad experience. The people who work there just don't have the customer service they should. I work in customer service and yes the customer is not always right but I think getting the sandwich I asked for at the time I chose is a reasonable request. read more

Panera I love your food, but oh my is this locations customer service terrible! I swung in to get 2 bagels and 2 coffees this morning. I was the only person in line. I watched 5 employees including a manager have a full on conversation, walk by me several times, make eye contact with me and still did not help. Finally a girl named Cynthia was right in front of me and I had to ask can you please help me? She said yes in a form of which seemed like she didn't care one bit and truly didn't want to help me. The rest of my experience she had an awful attitude. Remember Panera, we are paying customers who pay to keep your company in business. Hire employees who actually want to help people and know the first thing about customer service.... Greet a customer as soon as they walk in. So I went into Panera bread this afternoon to get a large mac & cheese. When my order was finally ready the gentleman handed me a container of mac & cheese which looked odd to me... I said is this a large mac & cheese? He and his coworker replied "yes it is... We don't have any large containers left but you still got the same amount we made sure that we put enough in".........So I go up to the front register and I say to the woman at the register that the server in the back and just informed me that though they didn't have any big containers they were able to get the same amount into a smaller container. Suddenly the manager appears and she says she will handle it. I wait a few minutes and back she comes with two very small containers of mac & cheese. She explained that they were out of big containers so what she did was took my medium container and broke it down into two smaller containers saying that that was the same amount that went into a large container.......... Do these people really believe themselves? Do they have any concept of physics? Do they really believe the two small containers makes one large container? What is this world coming to? Had the manager any real sense she would've gotten me a second medium container of mac & cheese and I would have been satisfied with that but to come back with two teeny containers I had to tell her that they had lost another customer and that I would not be soliciting their establishment again. How much would it have cost you to give me another medium container to satisfy an obviously disgruntled consumer? What the hell? read more
