I went to order my usual, which is a half Caesar salad and a half chicken fontega sandwich. However, I was unable to order the Cesar because they don't have any Caesar dressing in the entire restaurant. So I ended up ordering a whole sandwich because I wasn't sure if I would like another salad. My sandwich came and it's missing the fresh basil that's supposed to be on it. I had it delivered because I'm working from home and don't have time to go get it. The DoorDash driver handed me my food and I brought it into the house and it reeked like cigarettes so that was fun (obviously not paneras fault). Overall this is my least favorite Panera. The location farther away never has these issues. This location cannot get it together unfortunately. I never get what I order, there's always something missing. And they don't notify you of missing ingredients, they just send it out wrong. I'm still going to order from her because there's very few healthy options near my house. read more

I have tried and tried with this restaurant but they just don't make the grade. Salads missing key ingredients, no pickles with sandwiches, small portions which they think you won't notice but you can tell as they use smaller bowls. All my favs ate gone: teriyaki rice bowl, pizza and others. Once I talked with the manager telling her how can someone miss putting strawberries on a strawberry chicken salad? The lettuce was crisp. the dressing simply was not tasty, maybe because I am not a big fan of balsamic. the toasted pecan pieces were like mush, like they had been sitting in water. i did not find any dried cranberries, and I did not find any beet strips, and if I use my imagination, I think I found one tiny pumpkin seed. all in all, one of the worst salads I have purchased in many years. Devon should no longer be employed at Panera. My husband got a doordash order for Wendy's and Panera bread that was going to the same customer. We picked up the Wendy's order first and we arrived at Panera bread assuming that would be ready as well. My husband spoke with a female manager. He explained that maybe they shouldn't take doubled orders if they can't handle it because now the Wendy's food would be cold. Also because they took the doubled order he couldn't just drop the Panera bread order. She said they would get it ready right away. So he stepped away from the counter and waited. When the food was ready that's when manager Devon jumped into it. He started yelling at him telling him he shouldn't take their orders anymore and that he needed to leave. Now I must say when he was talking to the female everything was calm he just explained he didn't want to take cold food because they couldn't get their food ready on time. Devon never should have said anything to him. He was already dealing with the female manager in the store. I was watching this all happen and I have to say I've never seen anyone react the way that Devon did. He shouldn't be a manager there or any kind of employee at Panera. I'm guessing from the other reviews of this place nothing will be done. However with employees like Devon you will lose a lot of customers. I've filed a complaint with doordash as well to help other dashers avoid this store. No one should go here until management is better. read more

A few seasonal menu changes/ additions perfect for autumn have renewed my enthusiasm for Panera Bread! Absolutely try the ricotta sacchettini w chicken broth bowl! Ricotta stuffed pasta, chicken pieces, and a super flavorful broth makes this a healthy, complete meal in one. The broth is not overly salty. For an additional $2.50, you can get a 1/2 order sandwich, which is probably the best deal at Panera. My fave choices for the Pick Two Combo (cup of soup + 1/2 sandwich): The autumn squash soup is pretty good, too. It seems like a simple purée of the vegetable topped w toasted pine nuts. If you're into pumpkin/ squash/ zucchini soups and gazpacho, you'll like it. The chipotle chicken avocado melt is decent. The thin slice of chicken breast itself tastes rather bland and not very "chipotle", so the avocado and melted cheese really help this panini. For a chain restaurant of this type, Panera is a solid choice for a casual lunch or dinner. I just wrote a fairly detailed review for a Panera Bread on the basis of these three menu items. This Panera is weird. It seems that literally every time I'm in there, there is some sort of crisis and managers are yelling at their employees over something. I have gone plenty of times both around dinner/lunch rushes but also slow periods and it seems there's always something. I have also more than once gotten food that isn't warm. I almost always get the mac and cheese and a few times I get it and the cheese isn't creamy anymore, I don't really know how to describe the consistency other than just mac and cheese that has sat out for a while. What made me write this though was my most recent (and probably last) experience going there. I ordered on one of the computer screens and sat for a while waiting for my food. I could see the service counter and saw my food sitting out there for a few minutes. Normally they bring it to you and I wasn't positive it was mine but after a few minutes got up to go see. It was my order, and I told them so. They kind of snapped at me that "it would be brought out to me" but let me take it. I mean, it was sitting up there for a while and no one brought it, sooo... This time, my mac and cheese was straight up cold. Down at the bottom it was still warm, but the rest was cold. I mixed it all up hoping the heat would distribute but nothing could save the sad and cold mac and cheese. I brought it back up to the counter and asked if they could heat it up and they just took it and eventually brought me a new one out. This one was actually warm, so that was good. However I really don't understand why so many times I've gotten food from them that isn't warm. And listening to the way the staff treat one another there just solidifies my decision to not go back. read more

Ok, no problem. However, the site offers substitutions but when you go there it just keeps taking me around and around and I'm not able to order! I know how to do these things but this is crazy! Then, I started trying to call them about 15 minutes ago to no avail. In their recording they say that if we're trying to call during mealtimes we should call back. What??? I ordered delivery from here a couple days ago and I was disappointed in the quality of the food I received. I ordered the Chicken Tortellini Alfredo which tasted like it had been in the fridge for a couple days and then thrown in the microwave to heat it up and the chicken had a weird after taste. I also ordered their Broccoli Cheddar soup and that was delicious. I called and asked to speak with a manager. The gentleman who answered put me on hold while he went to get a manager. When he came back he said the manager was unable to come to the phone at the moment and would call me back. He took my name and number. No call that night. No call the next day. I called them again today and spoke with a manager named Emily. I told her I was disappointed with Panera on two accounts now - 1 the quality of food and 2 - the manager not calling me back and explained the situation to her. After 30 minutes I inquired about the wait and said if it wasnt ready to please refund me, I no longer wanted it. The employee hunted down my order which had been ready for quite sometime, right on the table behind her. She bagged it, handed it over without a word.... at least "I'm sorry for your wait" or some acknowledgement would have been appreciated and cooled me off a little. I'd also like to comment on the unkempt appearance of some staff. They have a see through area into the kitchen where you see items being prepared. Some staff had long dangling hair from under their baseball caps, one staff had their t-shirt riding way up their back, underwear showing, pants sliding down, makes for a very unappealing sight in a restaurant. I'd like to add it was not busy during this visit. Had it been, I would have had been more understanding in this review regarding the wait, but seriously, staff need to coaches or trained on appearance. Panera has chosen to use Door Dash vs their in-house delivery. The order was marked delivered yet we had no food. Upon calling, they said our house address was wrong (checked both apps and it is not). Manager said he would call DD and fix it. DD called me and said Panera would fix it. An hour later we canceled the order (probably should have never ordered as they were out of many items and we had to alter our meals). Building itself is a box with terrible parking, the inside is like a cafeteria, no baked items on display, very fee bagels to choose from, service is SUPER slow (15 minutes for a bagel), cashiers are rude, tables are filthy, feet stuck to the floor like glue.
