I love this location of Jersey Mike's! The sandwiches are always fantastic, with #8 being my favorite. The Club Sub has Applewood smoked bacon, turkey, ham, and provolone, topped with mayo. We all know that Jersey Mikes sandwich is top 3 sandwiches in the US. This review is to highlight the incredibly helpful, polite, attentive and kind staff that helped us tonight. We came in from a long day at about 850 when they closed at 9. We apologized and the staff couldn't have been cooler about it. Sandwiches were made quickly, the girls at the counter were talkative and friendly. I ordered a giant and asked for juice on only half my sandwich so I could take the other half to work. Without asking, she cut my sandwich in half, put each half in their own bag, and even labeled the one without juice. With restaurant experiences being so hit or miss these days it's great to go to somewhere and see a staff like this. read more

Never a disappointment when going to JM. Food is always good. The service is always friendly. They can get a little busy during lunchtime but have enough seating room to accommodate if you plan to dine in. My Wife and I dashed some subs, we wanted to try the butterscotch tasty cake. They didn't have any, so we were surprised with 3 extra cookies. I called the store to thank them for doing that and even leaving a note apologizing in the bag. I went here on Thursday and had a very good experience. The food was great. I tried the new salsa verde chicken sandwich after the manager Matt recommended it. As I was waiting in line to pay, I watched as the manager seemed to be training a new employee. He was calm and encouraging, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. The young lady Kaitlin I think her name was, was running back and forth helping make sandwiches, ringing customers out, and cleaning the dining area when there were no more customers in line. Stopped in on the way home never having a Jersey Mike's sub before. I loved that they sliced the meat right there in the shop as you order your sandwich. They give you choices on the size of subs. I recently stopped in to buy lunch for myself and a friend. I purchased two giant subs. Both being around 16 dollars. So I was surprised that when looking at my bill it was a total of $64.39. I was charger 26 dollars for extra meat. When asking the manager about the extra charge. She said, "that was just how it is." But let me know I should have not been charged 6 times for extra meat. I guess then charging me extra was my fault. Buyer beware!!!! Wish i could give negative stars. read more

It's such a shame when businesses cut back on cost and in turn make a inferior product. No longer the best subs In town. Okay, having moved to the Midwest from California; and having visited New Jersey and had the best Chicken Philly Cheesesteak I ever tasted in Phillipsburg ... I didn't think I would have a chance to find another cheesesteak as good; Well, Jersey Mike's is now in Racine and although it's not that same Cheesesteak, it was very close, tasty and Fabulous. The sauce the mild peppers, the Chicken, The Cheese, and Yes, The Fresh Bread. The price is standard, the place was nice and clean and the Sandwiches, Total Bonus. I will definitely be ordering or stopping in frequently. If you want a really good Sub, Why Not? It is Delicious ... Outstanding service and atmosphere just walking in! Staff was well versed in JM subs and they also were very cordial and attentive. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and I wasn't disappointed. My wife and I purchased a fundraiser card from The Horlick High School football team. The reusable center has a coupon for "free sub with the purchase of sub of equal or greater value and 2 drinks." We ordered two identical giant sized subs, two drinks and presented our card. We were told with plenty of bad attitude that "those are only good on the regular size subs." My wife politely let them know that wasn't how the card read. Other employees "chimed in" that it was for a regular size sub only. It does NOT state that. It wasn't until we were going to walk away from the purchase that we received the "well......we can do it this time." The workers stopped just short of calling my wife a liar. Pretty rude service, especially when there are plenty of other sandwich shops around. If the card is only good on a regular size sub, might want to post a notice before you lose more customers. read more

The subs are delicious, especially the cheesesteak subs. I do feel, however, that they are completely understaffed at this location. Food takes a long time to receive especially during peak periods. The workers are clearly putting a lot of effort in to make sandwiches as fast as possible and with care. Between online orders and orders that are being made in person, they are stretched too thin.
