I went in for breakfast and was greeted right after walking in. The employees at this location seem to enjoy working at this location which ads to the ambience and makes eating here more pleasant. The order only took a couple of minutes to be delivered at my table. The waffle fries and chicken biscuit sandwich were freshly made and tasty. This is such an amazing Chick-fil-A and I will tell you why. So I am an athletic trainer for a men's volleyball team. We just won a the semifinals for the NCAA nationals tournament and were looking for a place to eat a post game meal. Unfortunately Chick-fil-A was about to close, it was the quickest quality option for the guys to grab food and head to bed. It was 9:53pm when we sent one person in to see if a team of 23 guys and four coaches could come and grab food. Even though this location closed at 10pm, THEY SAID YES! What a blessing! Not only did they say yes, but the staff cheerfully greeted us as we came in, did not mess up any orders, and were very patient and efficient with handing out our orders. I never saw one person without a smile on their face. If they were frustrated we could not tell. If you don't know by now, Chick-fil-A food tastes fantastic and they have many healthier options than other chains. I got the superfood side salad (instead of the fantastic waffle fries) along with my Deluxe Chick-Fil-A Sandwich. The restaurant was clean and well decorated with flowers at each table. I did a mobile order for breakfast, it was submitted at 10:21. When I arrived at the restaurant the cashier asked for the name. She then asked me to click "I'm here" while I wait. When I went into the app it showed I had no pending orders. The cashier stated that she just saw the order in the computer but it was gone since it was now 10:32. Either way, I was charged and now the food would not be served since breakfast was over even though it was submitted before the change over. Food is always at least decent. This is about the service or lack there of. I waited inside for over 20 minutes and had to go up to them and ask where my food is. They acted like I was lying and wanted to see a receipt. I said I have been standing in the lobby for 20 minutes with a big bag of ice and you never gave me a receipt. They asked for my name at least 4 times and finally said they would get me some new food. They finally gave me my food and threw in a cookie and shake. I had to ask for a new bag of ice which the person basically dropped in my hand and I left, with the shake on the table, because they still forgot my soda. I didn't want any of their free stuff just my order correct and on time and that seemed like too much of a hassle. It seemed like I wasn't the only one having a hassle inside. Chick fil a is by far one my favorite fast food places. The service is good and despite the long line they are usually quick. But I've getting so frustrated with the quality of my food at this location. My fries are almost never full, usually not hot either. My strips are so inconsistent when it comes to how many they put in the box and how big they are. And then today I got 3, 4 pc nugget kids meals and one of them only had one big nugget in the box.. how fair is that to explain to my kids why one of them only had one nugget for his lunch? They have messed up several times with either forgetting a sandwich or just giving us inconsistent food through out the last few years. I used to call and complain but I'm kind of over it now.
