Panera bread is located in the Shops at Norterra Plaza. My friends and I stopped in for lunch. We decided on a BLT and Mac and cheese, Caesar salad, and sesame Asian salad. Service was good and the food came up fast. There was plenty of seating inside as well as outside. My salad was fresh and tasty. Everyone seemed quite happy with their food. The manager of the Day came around and asked customers how we were enjoying our food. Nice touch. The business is clean and welcoming. Plenty of shared parking and Wi-Fi in the plaza.

Stopped for lunch today with my family. They don't really have personnel to run a counter for orders so you have to use the iPads at the entrance to order everything yourself. The food was delivered quick and everything was delicious and hot. The place was decently busy not staff was staying on top of keeping the place clean. This is definitely a family friendly place to grab a tasty bit. We would definitely come back.

I occasionally come here, only because it's a good place to sit, get a coffee, and work, however, I always question why I came. It's always filthy and the food is mediocre at best. The employees work hard but can never seem to keep up with their work, which is why the lobby is never clean. This location does not meet the standards Panera Bread has for their stores.

The floors at this Norterra location are always littered with debris and stains, the drink area is sticky and wet, the dishes pile up...but I kept going, thinking that maybe it was a phase? I have mentioned it nicely to an employee before, but they just look stressed, shrug their shoulders, and walk away. It's not for nothing that many of us pine for the old days of Paradise Bakery, an experience that was truly gutted by Panera's ownership. They've slowly but surely placed profits over quality and cleanliness. It's a shame because Panera could be awesome. They need to hire more people and train them properly. If you must go to Panera, I suggest the location at Paradise Valley on Cactus. Lupe (she's amazing) still works there and can make you a lovely breakfast sandwich. At least that location makes more of an effort to stay clean and attractive. Or you might try the 7th st. location in the Target shopping center. That one is bigger and more established (also was a Paradise Bakery), so you should have a better experience. And they wear gloves at these locations. At Norterra? I often see people in the bread area gloveless. Norterra is a hard pass for me on cleanliness of the place and the food handling. They need to do better.

Quick lunch stop was perfect. I ordered a u pick 2 with a small Fuji apple salad and a small Mac n cheese with bacon. The salad was wonderful and the Mac n cheese creamy. The service was fast and courteous. When I asked for an extra salad dressing, the chef gave me one without question. The atmosphere was casual and relaxed.

Soo good! Best panera location ive been to in a while! The bread bowls were flakey and golden brown and soft perfection, asain salad was amazing, and the kitchen sink cookie is amazing. Service was super fast, ambiance average and quiet. Loved it

The atmosphere was great. I like the low lighting of the dining area. Had a pepperoni mozzarella melt. It was delicious! Customer service was great. Genesis was patient and helpful during ordering. Clean.

I got chicken noodle soup to go, and when I got home, I opened this. Where is the broth?

I would like soup to have broth. I got chicken noodle soup to go and this is what I got. For the love of Satan please just put broth in your soups to go. Now I got dry ahhh chicken and noodles.

    TUNA SALAD SANDWICH

Started off with a tomato cream soup which was really good not spicy not too hot had the right amount of croutons in it and came with a side of bread for dipping purposes. No complaints at all. For dinner I had a tuna salad sandwich or something really good whatever they put in the tuna salad recipes. The bread that they put it on with outstanding had some greens and off the fine tomatoes and side of potato chips. Cannot complain and what is a little loud but not too bad and was a good meal. A nice change from the junk and grease

Got the Pick 2, Salad & Sandwich the food always tastes fresh and healthy but portion sizes seem a little small. Customer Service is not over and beyond- I felt like I was asking more questions then they did- should be other way around. Location is great and lots of parking around, lots of seating- but missing the WOW experience when I come here. Craft beverages: Lemonade and Green Tea were good. You can order online on the tablet when you walk in or you can go to register if you prefer to order with a human.

    Decomposing apple
    Melody M.

Seriously? I chose an apple for my side and this is what I got. A completely squishy deeply wrinkled and discolored apple that was clearly decomposing. Clear lack of regard for food safety & customer service. I am 37 weeks pregnant too. Super disappointing.

Ordered two grilled cheese sandwiches. I think they've just quit trying. Dry, cold, colorless, tasteless. I felt sad for the restaurant.

The pasta was obviously freshly homemade and the ricotta cheese tasted like it was fresh too - so creamy and delicious with fresh vegetables too. The service was incredible as well. Bodee took great care of us and is warm, personable and professional. When we travel, we always look for good Italian restaurants. I've never been a fan of Brussel Sprouts but Osteria Mia has made me a believer. The balsamic adds a little zest to the gorgonzola and pancetta. Ive also never been a fan of peas but again Osteria Mia has made me a beleiver by adding them to their arancini! They offer 6 different types of bruschetta and honestly every one of them is delicious. Some of our favorites are the fig jam, prosciutto, goat cheese and balsamic, the Taleggio cheese and apricot mostardo as well as the mozzarella, tomatoes and basil pesto. The orecchiette is creamy without being "soupy". The amount of Italian sausage and broccolini are just enough to add to the pasta without taking over the whole dish. My favorite is the Pasta Norcina. The truffle and garlic cream sauce is rich but not overpowering. Sausage, mushrooms and pecorino ramano are the perfect additions to put this dish over the top! If you're in the mood for pizza the Funghi pizza is fantastic. I'm a sucker for anything with truffles. Mozzarella, gorgonzola and ricotta blend perfectly to make this pizza delectable. If you have room for dessert the tiramisu and connolis are a must. Their dessert menu changes but we've had everything from lemon ricotta cheesecake to chocolate orange cake and they've all be equisite. Service has always been spot on with prompt service and knowledgeable staff. We often order solely off their recomendations. Osteria Mia has amazing happy hour specials as well!

Ordered the large size beef and chicken bowl with side veggies and 4pc gyoza. The portions are very generous, this one bowl can easily feed 2 people. Quality is exceptional, both the chicken and beef were grilled to perfection. The sauce that they use goes well with both meats. I didn't wait too long for my takeout order and the customer service here is fantastic. I noticed they do have very reasonable lunch specials so I'll be coming back here for lunch. The inside is very clean and tables were being wiped down while I waited for my takeout order. If you like grilled foods, come check this place out. They also have sushi rolls. For bar food, the food was actually pretty good overall. My sister-in-law ordered a wedge salad and chicken wings. She said the salad was in delicious. I didn't try it because blue cheese dressing is definitely not my thing, but I did try her wings, and those were delicious! My nephew ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with fries. I forgot to take a picture before he dug into it. The fries were really good, but unfortunately, the chicken sandwich wasn't. The chicken itself tasted good, but the spicy sauce was "yucky," according to my nephew--and I have to agree with him! He didn't even finish it, so I ended up sharing my pizza with him. We probably should've sent the sandwich back, but oh well. I ordered the Meatza pizza. When it came out, it looked a little dry, but it ended up tasting much better than it looked! I enjoyed it and was happy to share it with my nephew. My brother ordered the catfish and fries, and that was SO good! The fish was very flavorful with a nice, light, crispy batter. I would definitely recommend the catfish. And once again, the fries were really good! The only real issue we had was the service. Our server didn't come around often enough to refill our drinks, and we had to wait a while to get our check. Other than that, we had a good experience. My brother and his family really enjoyed themselves and said they'd happily come back the next time they're in town. It tasted more syrupy and didn't have mint or lime, which I feel like really makes the drink. I've had it at the Goodyear location and liked it better there. Bathrooms were clean, service was friendly, and despite a little wait, the food delivered! Definitely want to come back and try brunch.
