Great food. Nothing fancy but very well prepared. My stomach is very sensitive to poorly prepared food but I've never had any issues with the food there. It's nice to just have a simple, well prepared lunch or even dinner. Their soups and bread are great. I really like their sandwiches and pastries. I normally enjoy Panera and food is always fresh, however, the price is a bit ridiculous. I stopped yesterday after work and went to the drive thru. Ordered BLT roast turkey avacado sandwich, a diet pepsi and a cookie. When I got hope I was disappointed to find they forgot to put the bacon on the sandwich. I paid $9.09 just for the sandwich w/bag of chips and pickle. Had to pay an extra $2.39 for the pop. with cookie total bill was $12.67. For this price they could at least include the drink with the meal. (especially when they got the order wrong) I went to this same location a few weeks ago and ordered rapid pickup. I got there a few minutes after the designated time and still had to wait 15 minutes! read more

Amazing staff, very clean, fresh food, this is a model Panera Bread! I come every single morning at 6:30 or 7am and they are always courteous and prepared with fresh food and they serve it quickly! The absolute slowest Panera each and every time. Waited over ten minutes in the drive thru only for my order to be wrong. Was told they could correct it but it'll "take a while". Spending a bunch of time during my morning in the drive thru before work isn't really an option. It's been like this for a while and everyone familiar with the area knows their service sucks. SLOW!!!!! Friday night, maybe 5 parties in the restaurant. One couple in front of us in line. Five minutes before we could order. Another 10 minutes to wait for food. Decided to take a treat home. Sign by cinnamon rolls said "3.99/7.99 for a 4 pack." I ordered four, but it rang up as 8.99. Pointed out mistake, got a shrug and a "That's the price." No offer to call the manager. I wasn't in the mood to wait for a manager so I paid it and left. Very crappy service compared to other Panera's. Still appalled after my experience here this afternoon. I received an email from Raise this morning about an extra discount on Panera gift cards so took the bait and bought a gift card and took my mom out for a late lunch. I am not aware of how Panera is set up and how the ordering work and what comes with what. I told my mom that and the person taking my order clearly heard that and you would think a little comment of offering me assistance or her being able to answer any question that I may have. None of that, just a look of displeasure on her face. It got much worse as time went on. I was placing my order and apparently she could not hear part of what I said and she said.... she said.. "What?".. I was almost taken by that.. not pardon me, not, sorry can you repeat that, nothing like that.. she said "What?", with that same look of displeasure on her face. I was not happy and if did not have the gift card I would have maybe walked out. I did not want to waste my gift card. We finished up our order and her demeanor was really a turn off, actually came across as nasty at times. The food by that time was secondary.. I will say for about the same amount of money I could have taken my mom to O'Charleys in Strongsville and we could have each gotten a mean with two sides. My mom got a ham sandwich and side of fruit. Totally overpriced for what she got. So then what? how could it get worse. oh it did.. I had I think $ 1.60 left on the gift card and wanted to use it up.. took my mom up to the bakery section and helped her pick something out.. cinnamon scone.. went to the register and there she was, displeased disposition.. well get this, this is classic.. she rings it up, $ 2.99.. before the gift card.. I saw the price on the register and I said, oh, the sign said $ 2.89. The issue is not the dime.. she said, "My computer says $ 2.99." I said I understand the computer said $ 2.99 but the sign says $ 2.89... She stood her ground how the price was $ 2.99. I even said, what kind of place is this, you have two different prices.. I gave her a chance to show some graciousness and courtesy and discretion and either charge me the correct price, call a manager over, check the price, or just comp it to me for all the problems.. She did none of that. I will never go back to any Panera again.. I was already not a fan but I thought I would try it. Never again. read more

I have been a fan of Panera since I was a young girl, but this store is terrible. Every visit there, the staff were rude, unfriendly, and the customer service is the worst. The drive through got my orders wrong consistently. Also, I made a complaint about my food for the first time in my life and I was very pleasant, yet I was literally glared at and the manager was beyond rude. Refused to change half a sandwich for another or refund me (the half sandwich was teeny and unappealing - more like a quarter size!) and just argued about how the sandwich was fine or that it would be no good to him if He took it back. I even wrote to corporate and the manager didn't even apologize. I now go out of my way not to go there. No customer appreciation! read more

Very good sandwiches. Salads, mm maybe not. My wife had the Greek quinoa salad. Now you'd think the term "Greek" and "quinoa" conjure up images about the salads contents. Not what I expected in a Greek salad. 4 olives, bunch of lettuce and some kale, maybe a tablespoon of quinoa (the name of the salad), a few minuscule chunks of feta cheese and that's it. Unless u want shitty service and flies in ur food I wouldn't suggest going to this place. I went through the drive through around 835 pm about a half hour until closing and I ordered a tomato mozzarella flatbed and tomato soup pick 2 and specifically asked for extra mozzarella (and paid for it!) bc the past few times there's been hardly any. Get home and settled down to eat, and there is a 4th of a piece of mozzarella on the samdwich, already bitching to myself and saying never again will I waste my time going there I start eating the tomato soup. (Which I've been craving all day mind u) only to find a huge fly in my soup. Are u kidding me???? Is it a coincidence that I make a comment about the sandwich not being up to par in the past and I went through close to closing, or were they Pissed I ordered so close to closing and they had make one more order. If you are looking for reliable delivery of hot beverages for your next event, avoid this location. We requested 6 boxes of hot beverages to be delivered at 10:45 am. By the time our guests arrived just after 11 am one of the boxes of what was supposed to be hot water was lukewarm and the other completely cold. The coffee ordered was fine but steer clear of the hot water for tea. Even though they charge the same amount for hot water as they do with coffee, they had no explanation as to why the water was cold within just a few minutes. The manager simply said she was there when the water and the coffee were poured and she just didn't know why the water would be cold. Sooooo...... save yourself the embarrassment in front of your guests and avoid this location which is unable to understand the difference between hot and cold water and that water needs to be hot to make tea. read more

While I like their food, I think the delivery leaves something to be desired. Initially I wanted a cranberry walnut bagel with some type of yummy cream cheese, like honey walnut. Turns out, they only have plain cream cheese. What? Okay, swallowed my disappointment and ordered a sesame bagel, toasted and buttered. Apparently they don't butter the bagel for you, you have to go to the beverage station to get the butter and do it yourself. My second disappointment. Breakfast restaurants brush your bagel or toast with melted butter. So, by the time the cashier, (Maria, according to her nametag) who never once smiled, got my gift card to work, my bagel was cold. Even if making payment had gone more swiftly, by the time I got back to the beverage station to get the little pods of hard butter, then over to a table, my bagel would have been cold anyway. So, I was stuck having to eat a cold bagel with chunky butter (yuck). If I had ordered coffee and spent time putting in creamer, sweetener, etc., then what? It would have been nice to know that my bagel was nicely buttered and ready to eat when I sat down. read more

I moved recently very close by and although I usually only order coffee and bagels I was starving and wanted something healthy. I spent a little more than I usually do on lunch. WOW was I ever glad I did. I chose the spicy thai salad with chicken, subbed the chips for the organic yorgurt, and tried the green tea to drink. SO IMPRESSED, the freshest, feel-good food ever. I have gone back 3-4 times a week since then, always get a salad or maybe the turkey sandwich (very filling, all natural, clean) and this is my special treat now, I am feeling better, I have even lost 8 lbs in the past 6 weeks and I've tried all the delicious options in their teas (love the Blood Orange!) so I swipe my rewards card, receive freebies, most of all it is a beautiful, friendly, environment. I can't wait till the weather allows outside dining, too. Paneras has a partnership with a dietician who designs the "Plant-Based, Protein-Rich and Nutrient-Packed" items. I get my happy-fix here! To preface - I was a certified trainer at Panera for a year at the Tidemann location, so I order Panera maybe once every two weeks and I know fairly well how things run there. This experience was from November 3rd, 2017. My experience today started out horribly, less than a star if I could, but was quickly changed by the end of the situation. I placed an order for delivery and it was around 6:45 after our promised 6:16pm at the latest. I call and ask what's going on and the manager mentioned the location had a power surge and that my order simply wasn't there. My bank account reflected otherwise so I was getting peeved. I was put on hold for ten minutes, then decided to just go up to the location to talk face to face. At this point I just wanted a refund. At this point it's 7:30pm and I'm still up at the store. I am now able to see the poor manager having to get up on a stool and balance herself over the monitors to troubleshoot the problem whilst talking to an IT worker on the phone. She comes out after fixing all of the technical issues that the power surge had caused and apologized profusely which I felt rather bad for. She then offers to make my food for me once the order was found. I say sure and ask for a baguette to be thrown in or something since it was pushing over an hour past the delivery. She replied by offering me 6 pastries which was extremely nice. The workers also threw in extra sides which they didn't have to do. I apologize for being short with her on the phone. I am proud of this shift manager for keeping it all together during this stressful situation. To the GM and regional manager - give this shift manager the proper tools she needs to run her nights alone with her staff. She is absolutely not being appreciated enough for how good of a problem solver she is. read more

NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE! Let me tell you.... I had a you pick 2 with a bacon turkey bravo and the corn chowder soup, everything was fine as I was eating my food and then...WOW... I immediately felt a sharp pain in my stomach. I was so shocked and caught off guard. I rushed myself to the bathroom which was hard to find and then I stood hovering over a toilet ready to vomit all over the place. I felt so sick like I had been poisoned. Feeling nauseous and helpless, I asked my friend to help walk me out of the bathroom to go home. I cannot explain the pain and hurt that I felt. I am truly disappointed as I was throwing up for a good 20 minutes once I reached my house. Did Panera poison me? Did something in their food make me sick? Should I become vegan after this? Never again will I be able to enjoy a bacon turkey bravo and for that reason I am truly hurt from the bottom of my heart- or should I say- stomach. read more
