Not to be dramatic, but this is one of the best salads I have ever had! The flavor on the shredded chicken was absolutely phenomenal, and the veggies, especially the romaine lettuce, were at the peak of freshness! I ordered an 8oz jambalaya and Greek salad with chicken, and the total came out to $15. The staff was super efficient, and I was in and out with my order in under 5 minutes. read more

The two idiots working on Friday 11/7 were the Rudest morons I've ever experienced! It was my first time in there and definitely my last . I'm in touch with a lot of people around the Kamms corner area! And they will all hear about how bad the service is ! How rude and threatening the two employees were ! I simply asked for soup and a toasted cheese sandwich . Only to be attacked verbally by I believe the owner ! And the food was terrible . The soup was Bland . The sandwich was Bland . I will never return and spread the word about those two idiots read more

Souper market is by far my favorite lunch spot. It is very quick and convenient to stop there for lunch during the week, both preparation of the food and finding parking. My toddler loves them as much or more than I do. He will ask for soup on a 90 degree day because he loves visitng the "soup guys" and eating their soups and salads, of course. That being said, they are always so friendly and considerate. Their soup and salad combination is reasonably priced for the amount of food you get and made fresh daily! I'm never disappointed with whatever I order from them. read more

Absolutely rude and arrogant employee!! One of our clients took his service dog to the deli today and was told to leave, even after notifying them that it was a service dog. (The dog was well-behaved and simply doing her job standing next to him) Additionally, the dog had a vest on, our organization's patches, etc. I cannot believe this business had the audacity to ask him to leave. It is 2022, where have these employees been? These people better get to know the law before they are introduced to ADA and suffer the ramifications of their ignorance. Will never visit here again!! Ordered the asparagus salad.... Asked them to switch out the cheese for feta and added cucumber and onion.... But egg and the main ingredient ASPARAGUS is missing... got to work to realize this as I opened it, such a bummer because I was looking forward to this.... I don't have time to turn back around on my lunch break to get this fixed... I wish they would stop rushing so much. read more

Based on the Yelp reviews, I tried this place for lunch on a recent trip to Cleveland. Was glad I did, I opted for the soup and salad combo with chili and the green salad. Salad was great, all ingredients were fresh and the chili hit the spot on a cold day. read more

LOVE THIS PLACE! They have a selection of regular soups, and then a weekly rotation of other options. There are always meat and veggie options to choose from, and the soups come with a thick slice of amazingly soft fluffy bread. I've gotten their salads before during the summer and those have been fantastic. I've been several times and have never had a bad experience. A great choice for an easy lunch! read more

Very good value for the money. For 75 cents more you can get an extra piece of warm bread wrapped in foil. I would avoid parking right on Lorain Avenue, it is tough to back up. Just park on the side street behind the shopping center. The pictures are of the cauliflower/chick pea soup. read more

Well first and foremost I love soup. This place has the best chicken paprikash soup. Actually most of their soups are delicious. They have the 3 soup deal where you can try 3 different for 10.00. Their bread is yummy. If you can't eat hot soup in summer try their gazpacho also great. I stop at least once a week to get soup to take home. Staff is always helpful and friendly they let you try soups before purchasing. They also have salads haven't tried them yet but I'm sure they are good. Can't go wrong here. read more

I'm going to make an excellent senior citizen one day, because I love soup and trying soups around CLE. Souper Market has a pretty big selection, and also has salads, sandwiches and vegetarian options if you need them. My vegetarian friend and I stopped by and did a soup and sandwich for lunch. I had the grilled cheese and the chicken paprikash soup. The grilled cheese had huge slices of delicious bread, but not a lot of cheese or flavor (I know, huge side face). The chicken paprikash, however, had such an awesome flavor. It was hearty, rich and I can totally understand why its a customer favorite. It tasted like something my grandmother would have made! Next time, I'll skip the sandwich and just get soup. Souper Market is located on Lorain Avenue. If you hit it before noon or after 1pm, you can almost immediately find a meter right outside on non-West Side Market Day. I love this place and this soup! Recently got one with white beans, tomatoes and greens with spices, and one with eggplant, cauliflower, and potatoes, both great. And I regularly get the pulled chicken noodle soup--the best. I'm somewhat limited in food choices as I'm on a lactose-free, gluten-free (though I cheat) diet. Prices just a bit high, but it saves me cooking since I'm recovering from an illness. Highly recommended. Oh, and all soups except largest size come in sustainable containers, not plastic! I'm always looking for that. read more

This place is so good. I love all of their soups and I just tried a salad today for lunch and it was amazing. It was the green apple salad, but I replaced the blue cheese with feta. The portions are great and you get a thick slice of bread with your soup. Their jambalaya is delicious, but definitely has a kick of spice. I think this place is way better than Panera. I enjoyed my first visit to the Souper Market. This particular location is close to the west side market and it's surrounded by places to eat. We chose this place as it offers several different soups and salad. After sampling the chicken noodle and jambalaya, I decided I was more in the mood for something spicey and the jambalaya didn't disappoint me. I also liked that I was offered bread and/or crackers. The bread was so fresh I wished I'd gotten an extra piece. I definitely recommend checking this place out. read more

I love Souper Market and their grand selection of soups. I'm usually in such confusion over which one I like best after my sampling that I get the 3 pack which consists of 3-8oz soups and 1-2 large slices of bread. Yesterday I chose 2 of the special soups of the day. Beer Cheese-amazing loaded with vegetables and mild in beer flavor. White Bean Kale-so good fresh abs light with a delicious broth Lastly a standard on the menu parmesan potato kale. I've tried almost everything and really enjoy them all. I've never purchased a salad but yesterday the woman in front of me bought 2 and they looked amazing. Parking can be challenging depending on the day but it's worth it even if you have to walk a bit. Always check out their specials as they may not be on the menu long. read more

I stopped in for first time. The staff was wonderful, very attractive and friendly. I ordered large mushroom and a large tomato. I figured I will have over the next few days. The mushroom soup is . I'll have the tomato tomorrow. They came with some of the best bread nice and crusty. The only draw back was the menu was posted on the side wall instead of behind the ordering place. I didn't notice it till I was leaving. I had no idea they have salads and sandwiches also. Next time I will give those a try. read more

Souper good. Its the same as the other locations except a new owner has taken this location. Easier to get to than the other locations by far. Parking sports all over. Daily specials and the usual favorites depending on what season we talkin' about. Great lunch stop off. Has a few window seats and tables. Bring your work peeps and get your soup on! Working at the hospital down the street my co workers have come here often to pick up lunch. I went in to get an order for a co worker and I. The guy making the salads had an attitude problem. I ordered one salad without cheese add chicken. The other salad was just add chicken and pecans. I watched the guy dump cheese on both salads. I told him the Greek was supposed to be no feta (dairy issues). He closed the salad and tossed it into the fridge below. While he was remaking it, the nice employee rang up the order. I made sure to let him know all the add ons. Get back to work. Everything was wrong. He remade the wrong salad. Only one salad had chicken on it. The salad that was supposed to not have cheese was piled high and no chicken. The other salad, while it had chicken and pecans no cheese. My co workers chicken soup tasted like it an entire bottle of oregano dumped in it. If you can't handle making more than one order at a time, then don't. We have had various issues with orders and employees in the past. This was the last time. We will not be visiting the Kamms location any longer. read more

It's so true...I have never gotten a soup I didn't enjoy. I love the staples on the menu but also look forward to seeing what's new when I pop in - pretty much one to two times in a month. Always a go-to when my wife in I are craving a hearty cup of chowder, chicken noddle, lentils, jambalaya (enter in Newman voice over from Seinfeld), etc. read more

If you haven't been to any of the Souper Market locations you are missing out! I definitely prefer this place over Panera any day! How did it take me so long to come to this place?! Came on a blustery November night for some warm soup. I was totally not disappointed. I had the roasted red pepper soup which tastes so rich and creamy and warm. Exactly what I was looking for. D had the Greek salad and a chicken noodle soup. His choices were on point as well. The prices are fair - similar to other chain restaurants with similar fare. I will absolutely be back here and this will likely become part of the usual dinner rotation. Yum! read more

My wife and I ate lunch here a few weeks ago after going to the West Side Market. Awesome! The creamy mushroom soup was fannnnn -- tasssss -- ticccc. My wife had a salad and soup and said it was excellent. And they give you this great bread to eat with the soup. Prices are very fair. Location can't be beat. Put 50 cents in the meter and go have some soup! MMMMMMM....YUMMMMMM. BTW, I do believe that Bethany (review below) is a bit of a hoity toit. This small soup shop is like a "soup cantina" it has a great vibe and probably the best soup in terms of flavor, value, and no attitude ! First time there and was surprised by the authentic paprikash flavor of the paprikash soup! Greeted as soon as we walked in the door! Very friendly! The chicken paprikash soup was so delicious and came with a huge hunk of rustic bread! There is a nice selection of fresh soups with something for everyone....vegan and gluten free. Two specials per week. I went back and had the paprikash....AGAIN. I can't get away from it! Several sizes to choose from (very reasonably priced). Salads available, sandwiches, all fresh. I purchased a homemade chocolate chip cookie that had a surprise in the middle, shhhh! It's an OREO! Not only that but this beautiful girl with dark, curly hair (I didn't get her name) was so supremely friendly that I felt as if I had known her for years. Now let's get to the food: I ordered a Seitan Gyro and let me tell you folks: this gyro was better than any gyro that I have had! The vegetable were fresh and evenly cut, that sauce was something that was out of this world! To top it off, the bread and Seitan was so tender and tasty that it tasted identical to the original gyro! Then I had the Matcha Green Lemonade and my only regret was that I didn't get another one! It was SO good that I came back the same day and ordered another one with the Cookie Dough Cupcakes and those cupcakes GAVE! ME! LIFE! I can't say enough good things about this place. They took really good care of me and the service was TOP NOTCH!!!!!! I am leaving Ohio to go back to California but know this: if and when I ever come back, this is the spot that I am hitting!!!!!!

Note: be careful on parking they have a few spaces in the narrow street immediately in front of the restaurant but the parking lot around the corner adjacent to battery park is permit only (and you'll be towed!). If the ones immediately in front of the venue are take you need to park further down (west) on 76th.

It was my first and much anticipated visit. The restaurant is currently not fully open and has a limited menu. Limited menu includes baos and bubble teas. It opens for full service again on Friday, August 1, 2025 (full menu and table service). The restaurant is small, has few tasteful Thai details (such as Bangkok skyline art) and neon Thai Thai sign. It's on the trendier side. My order: - Baos with roasted pork. -$6 for 2 - Good value and size! Meat was tasty and well prepared, but Bao was light on the meat. Bao had soggy bottom. - Thai bubble tea - $6 - Traditionally with milk, but they were out of milk. It was totally fine with me. Bubble tea tasted like light peach iced tea to me. It was good, but bobas were soggy. - Taro bubble tea - $6 - Pretty Instagrammable lavender color. Subtly sweet. Soggy bobas. Service was really friendly and welcoming. The owner told me that they just returned from Thailand. So it's amazing to have an authentic spot in the city! We ordered the Tom Yum soup, Red Curry with chicken and Pad Kee Mao with tofu. The Tom Yum soup was great. Very flavorful and still hot after picking it up and taking it home. The red curry was super watery and flavorless. The chicken in it was very bland and the curry really had no flavor. The pad kee mao was a little better, but still not as flavorful as other Thai spots. There wasn't any spice to anything, but I wasn't asked about spice levels when ordering so that could also be on me for not saying I wanted it spicy. The veggies in both the curry and noodles were cooked really well though. There are definitely better and more consistent Thai spots in the area, so not sure that I will be back unfortunately.
