So...uhmm...well...uh...yeah...no. Just no, not anymore. It's been a few years since I have gone to a Panera and I remember an incredible French Onion Soup and sandwich or Greek Salad. But today...my soup just lacked that "it" factor. It was under-seasoned to begin. The broth was lackluster and just left you wanting something more. Kinda like ex-boyfriend vibes. The Caesar Salad stuffer was decent but again, lacked spice and seasoning. Spice not meaning spicy but flavorful. I remember a creamy, balanced and totally dippable tomato bisque, but now? Again, where is the salt? Where is the basil or pepper? Garlic? It was just overly acidic without that beautiful fresh sweetness of tomato and had a funky, old carpet after taste. Acidic and sour...like an ex-girlfriend. The asiago bagel was okay. But most are. Our order taker was friendly enough and certainly efficient. So I gave it an extra star for the service and about $12 a person and you go home full. But you have to ask yourself...would that $12 been better spent somewhere else? Yeah. So Panera? Went to buy 50.00 worth of items today. I had gift cards. The manager would not take them because they were on my phone. Both card number and pin were there but she wanted a scanned barcode. Then she told me I could use them online. What's the difference with online or in store when the numbers are there. Manager was too lazy to input the numbers on the card. I use gift cards there all the time. Manager wasn't interested in hearing anything and refused to use the cards and in fact got snippy with me. Terrible business service will not be back! read more

Food is good Orders come out right Staff is friendly But Panera is really bad at the whole "rapid" pick up if you choose to take your car through the drive through. If you order and pay in the app - just choose to pick up in the store because if you pull up in your car even though your order is ready a you're gonna have to wait for all the other cars in front of you to complete their orders. They should pay better attention to that and tell other to pull around or to the side or offer to bring your food outside. read more

on Feb 26, 2026 around 4-4:30P.M.ate inside Panera restaurant, 2 females came in with a small dog in a basket. They sat in a booth, let the dog out of the basket it was licking on the table. I asked the manager what the protocol is for pets inside at tables, she had no clue! Most tables were uncleaned initially. Had to wipe off our table before sitting/eating! If ppl are bringing their pets inside eating area and having them near/on tables whose disinfecting/cleaning tables for health/saftey standards? Disgusting! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!! FIRST OFF WE SPENT $45 on Mac & cheese. Then we got served our food and it was as cold as ice cubes. Went to get our food warmed and the worker (with the tattoos) told my sisters to use the microwave to warm up their own food. I give this place a 0.9 out of 10. Who doesn't love bread? Sociopaths, that's who! Especially Panera bagels....I mean people people, they are amazeballs! Get with the program bruh, grab an Asiago cheese bagel with veggie cream cheese and sit on the patio already. Sure, the staff can kinda be stand off ish and not exactly accesible sometimes, but we have come to expect this at most Panera's. They aren't rude by any means but often confused and hard to get the attention of. We have the sip club membership so we see lots of locations. It's a common theme. This location is super clean, has a nice layout, accessible parking and a fantastic patio. Overall, we give this place a thumbs up. Haven't been to a Panera bread in over six years since I moved out of Parma and I have one within walking distance of where I live now, but I was looking for a healthy item menu for diabetics and low-carb people. And they never had them before, but they were on the list of 10 that I found. I walked in and ordered after a few minutes the full strawberry blueberry mandarin orange chicken salad with a third of a baguette, I was shocked and amazed how long this took to come out being is that there's no cooking involved. It's a cold salad. The chicken was cooked already already sliced and also cold, but I sat down and plodded my way through this humongous salad and was pretty pleased with the outcome. service was below par but food was more than average. They have a couple more salads in the healthy lane that I will return to try, which is a shame because they have some really fabulous sounding. I shouldn't eat all those carbs new sandwiches on the board that I would absolutely die to try. Good choice, happy as a clam when I left. read more

I've never really had an issue with Panera. I actually love their salads and seasonal soups. They are a little pricey for what you get, but the food is always consistently good. My 1 star is for the delivery of my order. Usually I do rapid pick up but I was feeling under the weather and wanted it delivered. I placed my order at 8:07 and delivery time was 8:45 but it never arrived. No one from this location contacted me, not even the driver. I reached out twice to the customer care and no response. I was charged for food, given a delivery time and the store just closed and no one reached out. What kind of customer service is that?? My sister and I stopped here on a Sunday evening. We went through the drive-thru and everything was great. We told the girl taking our order that we needed no cheese on our sandwiches. She asked if we had an allergy when confirmed she let us know that we needed to also sub the bread. THAT IS 100% AMAZING FOR PEOPLE WITH FOOD ALLERGIES. She went above and beyond and I'm very appreciated of that. We got three sandwiches and they were all great. Chips are some of my favorite. Our kiddos enjoyed the M&M cookies as well. My niece had a gift card and was bugging her parents to take her but they have been busy so I brought her. I ordered online for curbside so I don't know what the inside of the store looks like. When we arrived, I checked in and within 2 to 3 minutes our order was on its way to us. I don't usually eat Panera so I wasn't sure what to get. I ended up getting the soup and salad combo, my niece got the grilled cheese and soup combo and a cookie. We opted to eat in the car but unfortunately I forgot to check the need utensils box and we ended up using the bread they give you to scoop up the soup. The bread is really good and it's fresh. My niece said her sandwich was really good and she loves tomatoes so her tomato soup was good as well. I had the chicken noodle, it was pretty good. I unfortunately didn't get to try the salad as I had no utensils. I brought it to my sister. I would order here again. Next time I will probably try another soup. OMG I just had to wait over 17 minutes for creamer. There was a man who appeared to be a manager standing around but would not make eye contact. The front counter employee a very nice lady came over after about 5-6 minutes and explained they were refilling. Then she came back at about the 10 minute mark and said they were cleaning the containers then a few minutes later I asked her again and she admitted they had a bad batch of creamer and were hoping to find a good one. Hmmm I still don't know if I know the real story BUT, once it came out no apologies for the wait the kid who brought it out had an attitude bad the fact the manager never once came over was unacceptable. I also noticed the coffee station was low on lids. I don't live near this location but my daughter does so I stop occasionally. This is a welcomed addition to our neighborhood. I come here often and my wife and I are always happy. I like the calorie count next to all of the menu items. We did rapid pick up this time but it wasn't so rapid(a little over half an hour behind schedule) It was in the middle of lunch and I understand. Overall the restaurant is clean and well kept. In this location an employee has always managed to grab my dirty plates and garbage off of the table before I have the chance to do it. We have gotten food from this Panera several times. The food is typically good but we almost never get the food we order. The past 2 times we have been missing big pieces of our order. Ordered a pick two and was missing my salad. And the next time was missing my Mac and cheese.
