Overall the service is friendly, and they are relatively quick with getting your food out (as long as you aren't there during their peak rush hours). After my many visits I'm shocked that I haven't written a review, so here it is: I have to say that for customer service this place is pretty good in being consistently mediocre to below average. On some visits we get the chipper welcoming vibe and on some visits we get the tone with an attitude on the side. I guess it depends on what of day and day you go, because on the weekends is usually when the get the most attitude from the cashier team members. For the food runners, there was a time where it took over 30 minutes for 2 half soup/half salads because the runner didn't see out number at the end of our table, which was in clear sight?! Really. This was simply just the dumbest excuse ever. Let's talk food... I was all Team Panera until I found out they made my 2 favorite items seasonal, aka only available 3 months out the year. Zesty Lemon-Orzo Chicken and the Chipotle Chicken Panini.. The best items on the menu... Other than these 2 items, the panini sandwiches are okay and the other soups are salty. Premium restaurant prices for very poor service delivery. They tout themselves as being a pastry shop while being nice enough to provide a microwave under the coffee bar to get your purchased food up yourself. If you want to enjoy the over half the menu that is breakfast related, you need to be there before 10am, which there is no sign to communicate that. If you want to avoid a reminder of how disappointing service has become, save your time and money and support and of the local doughnut shops where they will serve you what you want, warm, and usually with a warm smile to go with it. read more

THE WOMEN'S RESTROOM WAS GROSS!!! Actual shit on the floor. Toilet paper everywhere. Smelled TERRIBLE, like someone left a pile of dirty diapers in there. After I used the toilet, I washed my hands, and there were no paper towels. So I walked out of the restroom with wet hands, and went over to the napkin area to dry my hands with napkins. Well, they were out of those too! Not one person said hello to us. The girl at the counter barely looked up as we were looking at the menu. We left. What an awful experience. UPDATE: it's not 5/19/2020 and still have not heard back.... I ordered delivery on 3/28/2020, when it arrived I was missing part of my order. I called the store several times and couldn't get through. I also tried calling the following day and still couldn't get through. I went to Panera.com to contact their customer support so I could get a refund, I sent an email. About 6 days passed by and I still hadn't heard anything so I called their customer support number. Whoever I spoke with was kind and efficient but he informed me that this particular Panera was independently owned and operated so all he could do was verify that my request had been received and "remind" this location to get back to me. Now here we are over two weeks later and I've heard nothing and still haven't received a refund. I know things are crazy right now but a phone call or even an email goes a long way. read more

I absolutely looove Panera Bread!! The tomato soup with a grilled cheese during the seasons is my favorite! I also really love their toasted Cinnamon swirl and Crunch bagels but, I almost rarely get them now. They cross-contaminate a lot when they cut and toast them. We live almost an hour away so when we drive down, we like to order multiple sandwiches, soup and Mac cheese. Considering I don't have a great track record with Panera nor they with me, I found this location to be alright.  It's clean and seemed well-organized with pleasant service.  The signage has always yummy items to try. 1.  Sm Coffee [$1.99, 3.5 stars] -- they hand you an empty cup that you take to canisters.  AYCD -- but in no way compares to something fresh made to order. 2.  Egg White Spinach Avocado Breakfast Sandwich [$4.99, 3.5 stars] -- dry, didn't like the wheat muffin/bread. Next time, meat! It doesn't look like I'll ever be a fan (which would require 4.0 stars), but this is more than passable for light bite in the area: soup, sandwich, pastry, or salad. read more
