Panera bread has THE BEST Mac and cheese in my opinion. It's creamy and just the right cheesy flavor. I'm a fan of their French onion soup. My other favorite item is the Greek salad. Their bagels are good, I've had better ones that are softer though. The place is always clean and comforting and the cashiers have been friendly. read more

I ordered a uber order of the chicken bacon rancher and I don't know if it was because I ordered it online and ubered eats it but they did not even try with the sandwich it didn't have any ranch or barely bacon and it was like I was just eating bread and dry chicken in the bread. I expect this from some OTHER PLACE, not Panera. Panera Bread gave me MEAT,ChEESE, and BREAD but that isn't what I ordered. First I had to wait 10 minutes longer than what the app said. Secondly the sandwiches just THROWN together. MEAT sitting on one side of the bread, what type of crap is that. The APP said you all did a quality check. I beg to differ. Not to mention when she brought out the Rapid Pickup, which is supposed to be sat down on the shelf and then picked up. She held my food towards her body while she made me say my name for verification to get my food. My first name wasn't enough for her. Once I said my last name she handed me my food and pranced away. There's not to many Paneras near here and I'm saddened to say I'd rather travel to the Tennessee locations. At least y'all got the bread right. I love Panera bread but this location is not clean. Aside from constant dirty silverware and China, the entire building as a whole is just dirty. The drink area is what got me. I went to grab a cup for water and upon filling my cup up, I noticed that the machine has not been cleaned in a while. This place a a joke. Several times they have refused to serve us 30 minutes before closing because they were too busy getting ready to close. REALLY JUST CLOSE THE RESTAURANT OR CLOSE 30 MINUTES LATER MORONS. Don't say you are open and refuse to serve the customers. This company has some real management problems in general. This is sad because the food tastes good and is fairly good for you. It is however almost always dirty, and the staff is almost always out of control . Best deli in Olive Branch! Panera is always clean and the staff is super friendly. Sometimes the buzzer letting me know the food is ready is going off before I've filled my drink and found a seat. We love Panera Bread, but I must say this location was very disappointing. Granted we presented our take-out order 30 minutes prior to closing, this location was out of some of the essentials (bacon, chicken). When I sadly changed my order from the bacon tomato grilled cheese to a grilled cheese, but I received the child's portion/size for a sandwich. For the $47 I spent for 3 orders, no chips or pickles were included with our meals. I returned inside to the counter and was told this location "was out of chips". I questioned about a side with our full size sandwiches and drinks, and she said that "chips are free, not included in the price you pay". I asked about some sort of side but was ignored. Panera in OB is great and here's why: The food is always good and fresh The staff is friendly and courteous The breads, bagels and pastries are fabulous I absolutely love the fact they have acqi tea! That's just neat. Their menu has variety I've never had a bad meal The prices could be better for the portions you get but I can't complain too much because I've never had a bad meal there. I have a lunch addiction to this place due to being a captive customer at a gift show. The broccoli & cheese soup and tomato soup are good, quick food. The soups come with a nice, dense roll. The sandwiches are solid, although the crusts are a bit hard for my preference. I will have to say that the grilled cheese has way too much bread, but that's easily remedied by removing the top piece. The pastries strike me as good, but not spectacular. Hey, It's Panera Bread! One of the only healthy places to eat in Olive Branch. It's clean and friendly, and the bakery selection is usually well stocked. The coffee is refilled regularly, no matter the time of day. The food is just like any other Panera Bread: quite good. If you're looking for wifi, they've got it, though it can be quite slow during busy hours. They cut you off after 30 minutes from 11-2 to help keep business moving, so I would recommend coming before or after that to avoid frustration. It can get pretty loud here, which is unfortunate if you're trying to work. There are several corners you can tuck yourself into, and if you bring headphones you can get a little privacy. read more

I unwrap my sandwich to find it sloppy, nothing in the wrap other than shredded chicken. Consistently frustrated with this location. This is the closest Panera to home and it always disappoints. If it's not the cashiers rolling their eyes, it's burnt food and extremely slow wifi. I came in this morning 1 hour after opening and they literally have 4 bagels to choose from. Not 4 kinds of bagels- literally 4 bagels. No, "sorry, we're out" just a "yeah that's it". I tried to get coffee but a pile of grounds came out and I had to switch my cup. My breakfast sandwich comes to me overcooked and literally flavorless. What a waste of $21. After 8 years of giving this place chance after chance, I think it's time to just let it go. read more
