I asked him how he made it and he told me he's from Hyderabad and does this work with passion not just for money. You could really feel that in the food. The people working there are always nice and will answer any questions I might have. It's also a very convenient place for those who are spending their day here in Wilton. My visits here have been almost exclusively while I was going to or from work. I usually pay quite a bit when I come here because I customize my meals, but that's part of the charm I've come to love about this place. It also helps that my customizations always make my meals from here extremely filling. For example, my burger today was a Build Your Own Golden Style Double (Golden Style meaning it is mustard grilled) with cheddar, bacon, cheese sauce, crunchy onions, chips, and BBQ Aioli, and my fries were Bacon Cheese Fries toasted in K-Town Sauce. May I just say that these were both yummy and satisfying! One thing I should note since I am looking at my receipt as I am writing this review, this is the first restaurant in the state that uses Zero Acre Farms Oil in 90% of its food prep and has been doing so for over 2 years (January 2024 was when they started this). It is incredibly fitting that the owners chose this name, as it perfectly reflects the restaurant's operational philosophy: total, unadulterated ignorance. The entire experience was an exercise in deception. This isn't just a bad kitchen; it's a "fake" restaurant. They have no understanding of the ingredients they are handling or the culture they claim to represent. The menu is a work of fiction. What you order is never what arrives because the kitchen staff clearly doesn't know what they are making or selling. The "Food": A Culinary Disaster * The "Cigars": The menu promised delicate Moroccan cigars in crisp phyllo dough. What arrived were heavy, leaden, grease-soaked eggrolls. * The Lamb Burger: This was a masterclass in how not to cook. The meat was over-processed to the point of having the texture of "guppy poop" and was salted so heavily it was borderline toxic. * The Halloumi Fiasco: They topped the burger with Halloumi--a squeaky, salty cheese that does not melt. Placing a cold, rubbery slab of salt on top of an already oversalted, mushy patty shows a fundamental lack of basic culinary knowledge. I left the restaurant feeling ill and ended up getting violently sick from the few bites I actually managed to swallow. This place is an embarrassment to Israeli hospitality. It is fake food run by people with zero understanding of cooking. Save your money, save your stomach, and stay far away from this disaster. I will never return.
