Was not busy when I went and every table was dirty , I grabbed a wipe from the container I saw and cleaned off my own table , couldn't find a clean table, everyone of them dirty! The staff here is generally friendly and helpful. The inside is often very clean and as someone who works out in the community, I am appreciative of a clean spot I can stop in, use the facilities, and get some work done. I like the salads here very much and that's why I come here. In the past it was so easy; order Rapid Pick up, and 10 minutes later I'd walk into the store, go to the Rapid pick up shelves, and my order would be waiting for me. This week I went to pick up an order, and the "rapid pick up" orders are now behind the counter. So you have to wait in line now to pick up your rapid pick up. That defeats the "rapid" idea. I was told they had to move it because people were stealing the food. That really stinks, and I understand why they moved them. I'm here at about 9 on a weekend. I'm traveling and saw there was a Panera close by This Panera is just fine. Courteous service. Clean. Well stocked. Plenty of tables and tidy. They had the soufflés. Some places when they run out don't make more and it's still breakfast time. This soufflé was good, no skimping on the filling. Yes, it costs more than say, DD, for example. But the stuff there is so artificial. Whatever spread they use there tastes and smells like chemicals. Panera has better ingredients. No nasties in their food that other countries have successfully banned. So panera is going to cost more for better ingredients. It was hard to find if you are not local. GPS wanted me to go to the mall across the street. It's set down in a strip mall which slopes down so a bit hidden. Larger than it looks. I wish we had one of these where I live. The two closest to me are poorly run. I have to drive other side of the county to get to the good one. I would welcome a nice one like this in my area. read more

This is a good panera location. We stop by as we were returning from Doylestown. Classic panera quality, we had chipotle chicken sandwich and caprese sandwich with cup of noodle soup. They didn't have a fruit cup for one of the orders but they were kind to give reimbursement for that. Thank you panera for always being high quality, always. 1 star just for promptness of order and how nice the manager was when I picked up. The food was terrible and they should have been embarrassed to serve it. I ordered two salads and the romaine was white and mostly ribs. When other restaurants don't have good lettuce, they substitute with something else like spring mix or spinach which is what should have been done here. At minimum, should have taken it off the menu. I've had this happen last time I was here and thought I'd give it another try in case it was an off day but clearly not. Too expensive for the quality of food you're getting. read more

Have enjoyed Panera Bread for years until this week. My wife and I stopped an hour before closing and we both ordered the Pick Two, I had the cup of onion soup, fairy tasty, but could the cup have been any smaller for the price? I've gone to this location for years and it's consistently going downhill. More often then not there's an issue with my order no matter how I order. Using the app may be the worst of all the ways. I'm not sure if it's to much for people to make a Sandwhich with some care or to pack things with some common sense. The Sandwhich quality is getting similar to wawa in execution and wawa is horrible. The way the employees act when you want to order in person is ridiculous. I don't want to be told to use the computer. The kids working there are way to entitled anymore and the way they talk to the mangers is laughable. This is such a great option for guilt-free "fast" food. While the atmosphere is bustling, the staff is always pleasant. Because today is a rainy one, I opted for the You Pick Two chicken noodle soup with a half tuna salad sandwich. What a perfect icky day treat! It seems as though a lot of the reviewers here have come out of the woodwork to review this place only when they have a bad experience. Such a shame for a location with great customer service! I've had a few issues here, but nothing that I can't realize is an honest mistake or not their fault. I am always happy to stop in at this Panera location and have been pleased to see that many of the staff will greet regulars warmly by name. There are a few cashiers, food preppers, and one manager in particular that have always stood out to me as exceptionally caring and friendly here. I especially love seeing one sweet middle-aged woman who wears a hat, as she always takes the time to be genuine and make light conversation even when she has to keep the line moving. They are quick to help me if something is off with my order or if I need something extra. Occasionally when it's busy and they're tight on staff, I've asked for a rag to wipe down a booth (I'm always understanding of crumbs and such on tables when there's a rush at a location like this, which is located in the middle of shopping/mall central). The employee is always more than happy to stop what they are doing and come wipe it for me, or to ask a coworker to help me. Yes, it can be messy sometimes, but you have to give these people a break on that when you can clearly see that they're super busy (which is frequent, despite ample staffing)! I roll my eyes at the bad reviews for long waits and less than perfect tables- come on people, it's plain to see that it's not their fault due to their hub location. When they're at all able, employees are designated to walk through the cafe cleaning and taking empty dishes out of your way. 95% of the time, they do a great job. Finally, the food here has been pretty reliable for me. I came in almost every day for breakfast during holiday shopping season and didn't have one complaint. They are always happy to give me an extra dressing if I need it or to pour some almond milk in my coffee since it's not out on the condiment stand. I was initially disappointed when I kept getting non-Panera cream cheese for a while, but I realized that the entire company was facing an outbreak and it was not simply a matter of this store running out of stock frequently. Sometimes during the holidays, they have been a little short on stock, but this is of course not the store's fault and they work tirelessly to keep up with the steady line out to the door that ensues during the chaotic shopping months. Overall, this has been and will for the foreseeable future be my go-to location for good food and good service. You can tell that the managers here care about having the right people on staff to provide a good customer experience. I would encourage people like the other reviewers to not let one bad apple ruin the bunch for them and to cut this store a little slack when it comes to trivial mistakes. Ate here for the first time tonight with my husband. We drove 20 minutes just to find a Panera after work because we love their salads sooo much and eat at this chain all over the country. This was a bad choice. Restaurant was clean, not crowded on a Wednesday evening. Staff was friendly. But when I picked up my Green Goddess salad, it was very small, hardly full-sized. No chicken.
