Chicken Bacon Rancher(subbed BBQ sauce for ranch and added grilled onions and sweet peppers)

Sandwich was good and food was ready when I arrived. Employees were friendly. Wished they had an option to add jalapeños to the sandwich.

I love this Panera. Thank you so much to the kind soul that noticed my son and I (6 y/o) were on a mommy and me date... and gave us a free cookie to share. Beautiful people at this location!!!

I will never be ordering from this location again. 1) we had a basic order. Tomato basil soup and two flat breads. Got the flat bread but instead of a soup they delivered a tomato sandwich ( literally just tomato lettuce and avocado) and a chicken salad. Fine whatever, they're busy, I can contact customer service to have the soup refunded. 2) Decided to give the salad a try. Seemed fine, substituted the dressing with something I already had. But then halfway through the salad we find a bug. I know it didn't just crawl in and suffocate because it was cooked. I was staring at its beady eyes and antenna not sure what it was until my husband flipped it over showing its underside with its legs. Absolutely horrified. It doesn't even photograph well (small little bug vs camera phone). Tried to notify their restaurant directly for no other reason but to warn them and got met with denial, gaslighting, and spite. Imagine if I even tried to get compensation, I'm sure that would have gone well. Not that I'd want anything from this location anyways. So since they're not gonna do anything I figured I'd at least try and warn people here. Love Panera, just never this location again! Attached is the picture of the little bug ( which they denied existed ).

I've been coming here when I need some good comfort food for a long time. I just love their tomato soup. Recently I tried their grilled cheese sandwich and it's good too, and grilled cheese goes great with tomato soup! They have pretty good flat bread pizza too.

Food was great as always but service was so bad. Rude little girl at the pickup counter.

The general manager (Josh Bowles) doesn't wear gloves when he touches food. Neither do some of the bakers. Disgusting!

Horrible customer service. Don't work in food services if you hate people and hate your job. People are just trying to get food.

I was a little skeptical when we first arrived since the restaurant was fairly empty for a Saturday night, but wow! This place exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, with a casual Italian dining feel. They seated us by the window, which made for a really nice setting for dinner. We may have just come on an unusually slow night, but it honestly made for a laid-back and enjoyable experience. I started with the spinach artichoke dip, which was rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious. I especially loved the little toasted bread it was served with. For my entrée, I ordered the manicotti with pink sauce, and it was incredible. The portions were huge, so I could only eat about half, but that just meant leftovers for later! Since we were some of the only people in the restaurant, it felt like we had the place to ourselves, which was actually pretty awesome. I also asked everyone in our group what they thought of their meals, and every single person said they loved them. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent food, generous portions, a cozy atmosphere, and wonderful service. 10/10 would recommend!

My last two visits have been very disappointing. My manicotti was absolutely burned the first time and was only lukewarm the second visit. Serv9ce was very show, though we were seated in the bar with only one other party in the room. Notwithstanding, there were at least three young girls standing at the entrance, doing nothing. We asked for a slice of Italian cream cake, and it was decidedly on the small side.. We also ordered cake to go, and it was a thin sliver! But we were certainly charged full price. The whole thing has the feel of a car without a driver. Very disapointing. Has management changed??

Our service and meal were absolutely fantastic. I wish I could remember our server's name, but she took care of our group of about 12 in the back room and was on top of everything all night. She was so kind, patient, and willing to repeat things when needed, which is huge when you have that many people trying to get attention at once. She even thanked us for coming in, which was such a sweet touch. The food was amazing. She accidentally brought out an extra side of squash puppies and let us keep them, so I tried them even though I hadn't ordered them. Let me tell you, you HAVE to order them. They were absolutely divine, and the butter and jam they come with are incredible. I started with a salad, which was also very good, and then ordered the chicken bruschetta based on our server's recommendation. The Brussels sprouts were insane, so flavorful and easily one of my favorite parts of the meal. The bruschetta was delicious too, and I ended up eating almost all of it. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would recommend Pub W to anyone. The back room was the perfect spot for our large group and had such a fun, relaxed vibe. We'll definitely be back the next time work brings us to Norman!

I have not seen the "very verbose" server, who had interrupted us continually on my first visit. Guess he doesn't work there anymore. Since then, servers have been attentive, but not overly so, and congenial. The restaurant is always clean. This includes the ladies' restroom. We usually get the Pick 2. The chupacabra sandwich is delicious. I've also had the fried shrimp and the fisherman's platter at different times. Both excellent. Suffice it to say, deciding to give Pub W a second try was well worth the effort.
