    Chipotle chicken flatbread
    Sam M.

I ordered from here a lot while on a long business trip. There aren't many choices for delivery in the area, and Panera seemed like a safe bet. I think I've tried everything on the menu. I like this location. Manager is kind, and they were always accurate with my orders. The bread bowl Mac and cheese comes with a big bread bowl but very little pasta. It was actually too much bread so I ended up throwing most of it away. The teriyaki bowl was surprisingly good and filling. I appreciated the generous serving of chicken. Flatbread pizza is ok, chipotle is best of the bunch. The Margherita has a weird taste, a bit sour and bland at the same time. I liked the salad, particularly the Asian sesame dressing, but the wontons are chewy.

    Very little filling

The food was deliciously fresh. I love their bread that was used to making my sandwich. They do have a gas fireplace to help the ambiance.

Curdled Chai Tea is unacceptable. I cannot understand why you would serve that and think it's ok.

Once you enter through the store, there is a sign to wait to be seated. The place has a nice and bright rustic vibe to it. I really liked the decor and table setup. Even the napkins had a rustic vibe. Started off with the potato scoop ($16) which was my fave item. The potato was shaped like the Fritos scoop chip, and the cheese dip that came with it had chunks of cheese in a melted cheese sauce. For my main, got the pulled pork sandwich ($16), which came in a pretzel knot bun and creamy slaw. It was solid meal and very filling. Other mains ordered were the roast beef "pho" style sandwich ($16) which I had a bite of and it was good and not what I expected thinking roast beef. Roast turkey ($16) was warm and also tasty. Each of the mains came with a side of potato salad. I will be back to try the sloppy Joe and their dinner meals. I highly recommend this place if you want tasty, high quality meal for a fair price. * Highly recommend making reservations on weekends * Street parking * Good service

I didn't get the chance to try the food but the interior was very inviting. All the displayed baked goods LOOKED amazing, perfectly decorated. I was there to pick up a cake filling sample but purchased 2 Dubai chocolate cupcakes as they looked too pretty not to try. They tasted just as good as they looked. As I mentioned, I found this place while looking for a baker for a birthday party. I had been in contact, via email, with someone at the bakery who had provided me with pricing, we even arranged for me to pick up a sample filling before officially placing my order. After trying the filling, I emailed to officially place my order & was met with another person, who changed the pricing, stating my previous point of contact had misquoted me. She refused to honor what I had previously discussed which was upsetting as I had vetted several bakers before choosing Cafe Pierrot. I would have loved to have tried their cake but, overall customer service is important so, I opted not to do business with them due to them going back on what was already discussed.

Originally, she was just going to get some decorated cupcakes... one was filled with mint and the other had Bailey's Irish Cream. We saw Corned beef cabbage in the refrigerated section and took a container to go, too. I saw the Irish Soda Bread with Golden Raisins and Chicken Pot Pie. The fruit tart looked good, too, so I got them all! My friend asked if she had any rewards to redeem - yes! She could have a loaf of bread or a cupcake... we took a pre-cut loaf of Multigrain bread... yay! Service was cheerful, helpful and efficient. The food was ok. We heated the Chicken Pot Pie in the oven. I liked the edges of the crust a lot more than the middle of the pie. The Corned Beef was sliced very thin - there were just 6 pieces, along with carrots, carnage, and potatoes. We microwaved everything for about 4 minutes. The cupcakes were moist and pretty. The chocolate was delicious. The frosting was thick and sweet. We'll have the bread for breakfast in the morning. My fruit tart was great! It was beautiful and fresh! Maybe we can dine in next time... it looked like a cozy environment! Hope you had a Happy Saint Patrick's Day!

I went in for an Italian sub and had one made fresh at the deli with pepperoni on it. He handed me the sub with a price tag of $15.99. The subs in the grab and go are $8.99. (I planned on taking one of each) When I questioned it I was told the same length of bread was twice the size. The subs are the same size and wheight. (I held them side by side they were the sam) I asked for a manager or owner and was treated like it was an inconvenience. The owner was outside at the loading dock, I had to go outside to talk to him (he couldn't be bothered to come in to talk to me) who acted as I was below him and disturbing his conversation. When I questioned the subs was told they are twice the size as grab and go and price is non negotiable at which point he walked away and back to his conversation with the delivery guy. I watched the sub get made 3 slice provolone 4 slice ham 4 slice of salami and at my request maybe 4 slice pepperoni. Maybe 8oz of product total. NOT TWICE THE SIZE... STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE TO OVER PAY OR BE LOOKED AND TALKED DOWN TO AS IF YOU ARE NOBODY.... I have been in the culinary business and world my whole life I have a degree... This guy needs to get a tape measure and learn how to scale food properly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT NOR WILL I EVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN. JUST RUDE AND DEMEANING..

I stopped in around 10:30a on a Thursday in December to read and enjoy coffee & breakfast. Every table was taken, so I asked a lone gentleman at a 4-top if I could join him, and he graciously accepted. Painstaking is the best word I can use to describe my decision-making around which holiday bevvie to try, and I settled on a peppermint mocha. Y'all, this was the quintessential holiday drink, with a perfect ratio of coffee flavor to chocolate in an actual mug - and not overly sweet. I would come back every day of December to try all of their coffee options based on that gorgeous display of caffeinated artistry. I also got the Prosciutto Avocado Toast with an egg, and it was so good, I savored it over the course of 20-30 minutes, which is a record since I usually win the award for fastest eater at the table (I grew up with brothers, it was Hunger Games in our household... I've trained for this). If only I lived closer, I would be here all the time. Top 10 fave cafes of all time!
