I decided to order the flank pho and the size of the bowl was HUGE. They give you a lot of soup - and a decent amount of meat and noodles. On the side, it also comes with your classic bean sprouts, mint, and lime. Flavor wise it packed a punch and they had your classic sauces on the side - as well as chili oil that they have too. Their menu is very small so you know the kitchen doesn't overcomplicate making food - which I love when it comes to restaurant efficiency. For my fix of pho, I'll be back to have some more!

The egg was cooked perfectly soft boiled, and the noodles were thin noodles, which is my favorite kind of ramen noodles.
