Visited this location for breakfast and oddly stood around with 3 other people waiting for a cashier to service us for 3 or 4 minutes while they stand behind the line in conversation. Very unusual Ordered the turkey egg whites and spinach sandwich . Its was really bad. The concept of the sandwich is great for the preparation was horrible, the turkey was undercooked the egg whites were half off the bagel, the spinach was cold while the bagel was burnt. I ordered from this Panera over seamless. After they sent a text with the estimated arrival they then sent another saying it will be delayed by 30 minutes. After the ordered failed to show by the new time I called and was told the driver just picked it up. After I hung up I received a new text with the new time. The order finally arrived and the food was cold. It took them 1 hour and 40 minutes to deliver food 1 mile/4 minutes away according to google maps. This place is not worth the aggravation. read more

Tablet ordering wasn't working this afternoon. Stuck on maintenance mode. I waited to place an order with Jackson. I placed the order and waited and waited to have part of the order missing. This specific location is super friendly although sometimes getting someone to the register area takes a minute or two. Their iced green tea is awesome! It's not the matcha-style green tea, but it is tasty and sweet. As for the food, the most awesome thing I've tasted on their menu would have to be the french onion soup in a bread bowl. The only thing that would have made that experience better is having a toasted bread bowl, but it's good in any case. They also have a mozzie-tomato panini that is pretty yummy! Their desserts are hit or miss, most of my experiences have been misses, sad to say. I am determined to try more of their bakery items and find one that is spectacular. :) They also have a Panera card which is a loyalty program and when you register online, you automatically get a free drink. I ordered a large cuppa coffee and a hot pecan roll and was handed an empty cup to fill myself and was told there was a microwave at the coffee station where I could heat up my own roll. Horrible Customer Service once again!!!! Holly 'hollaback girl' was RUDE just now!!!! My wife was double-charged today for a gift purchased a couple of hours, they ran the charge thru 2x for same transaction. When we saw the error on our bank statement today, we immediately drove all the way back. We explained the situation to the clerk who immediately said we needed to speak to Ms Hollaback and she rolled her eyes as she was walking towards us as the clerk was telling her of our issue. We were refunded our monies, however, NEVER did we receive an apology or anything close instead we felt as we committed the error. She would be fired if she worked for me and I have been in CS for 20 years. No excuses for this poor attitude. I thought I was the customer!!!! The restaurant was out of cups and lids in the station for the drinks and they had no urgency to fix the issue. Also all the tables were dirty and I had to clean my own table off. This place has it all. They have a great variety of breakfast bagels. The cinnamon crunch bagel is the best in my option. There are also plenty of other pastries as well. I do wish some more of the cash registers would open during rush-hours to avoid long waiting times; however, I understand that we don't always know what is going on behind-the-scenes. Went in this morning, between appointments. Ordered an over easy croissant. I am over 65, use a cane currently, and for good measure, I am a female African American. The cashier had trouble getting my gift card (not a Panera gift card) r to go through, twice, so I handed her my debit card. By this time I'd sat down, remember the cane. She told me I'd have to return to the register to put in my pin, so I just gave her the cash. It took several minute to get the meal, as someone behind the counter said they wouldn't cook it til it was paid for?!? Anyway it came out on napkins on a plate. It was mediocre with no extras I paid for. After eating, I lifted the napkins to clean my hands. I discovered the plate was DIRTY. I showed it to the young lady at the window, who all but laughed and gave me a weak "I'm sorry". She seemed to be mocking me. I stated I'd never be back. Two factors make this chain location different, the slow service and lack of some major food items. Panera is always a safe bet for any meal regardless of location, but as mentioned in other posts the service kills the experience. I recommend using the fast lanes to order your own food and also check your order afterwards (they forgot certain items). We had dinner here around 7:30 and they were out of baguettes, rolls, and some soups - as a "bakery" this was worrisome. There appears to be some serious management issues here so just go in eyes wide open. Overall kids chicken noodle soup and mac n cheese were decent. read more
