Hard flat cinnamon rolls
Charles F.

DISAPPOINTING, Spent $130 for a delivery for 3 people. Salads and sandwiches were great, however French onion soup was lukewarm at best and cinnamon rolls were hard and flat. (See photo). As much as people are paying anymore restaurants should step up!

Any place that you can order ahead will always get my business. Easy ordering on the app. Walk in and head to the pickup area. It's always timely, the people are nice and the food is always delicious. I love the outside sitting as on a nice day you can enjoy a bagel, coffee and the view. Some stuff is pricey but worth it

Came by Panera to grab a quick bite. Ordered an artichoke bacon soufflé! Wow! So good!

Coming from New York City where Panera bread is a staple in my diet and being in Nashville area for a week I tried it on my second day and was thoroughly disappointed. I will never, ever, which ever one is longer, visit Panera bread in the Nashville area. my bread bowl was thankfully appropriate but my Baja bowl with chicken was a complete waste of 15 bucks. As you can see by the pictures, it was literally less than half full. It tasted good. Some of the avocado was spoiled but all in all the taste was OK it's just such a small amount for the full price of $15. My baguettes were hard and that to me is a problem. I am very disappointed more upset that this was put out for delivery and nobody saw it. Very pathetic.

Asiago bagel, cranberry orange bread and a cup of coffee

I received Excellent service from TenNeile. I had to ask her to write her name down for me because she was incredibly sweet to me this morning. It made my day! Also, I redeemed a free bagel for being a repeat customer and using the app. The only thing I wish Panera would improve on, is the cleanliness of the restaurant. There is always dirt and trash on the floors. Other than that I love Paneras and I will continue to frequent this restaurant.

Tried a chipotle chicken wrap. Awful. Horrible. Don't. First, the wrap itself was between a tortilla and pita bread in thickness without any particular taste. Kind of stale. Second, first quarter was empty except a little melted cheese. (Maybe baking contributing to the dry staleness of the wrap?). Next, the chicken was thinly sliced, like prepossessed meats. Not much taste - but it was okay but not chunky like I expected. There were some eggs - at the bottom end. Problem was that by the time I got there, it was just eggs and wrap and the one slice of avocado. Which leads me to the avocado. Hard. As. A. Rock. Unripe avocado is not my jam. So if the wrap had everything across the middle instead of this layered approach, it might have been good. With lots of ripe avocado and tasty chicken it could have been awesome. But the tea was good and so was the pastry. So should have gone for their strengths instead of trying something new.

Working on the front patio!

Went in Mt Juliet Panera yesterday for a dozen bagels, came home, had 10. Management should teach what a dozen is.

Thank god for Xplr Nashville! I saw his review of this spot and went the same day. I almost passed…read moreit looking for a stand alone restaurant but it is in the same building as the gas station. When you walk in, you order to the right, next to the drink cooler. They have a smallish seating area with a bar, plenty of space for a sandwich shop, and a big screen tv that was showing a Back to the Future movie. We ordered: - BLT (Thursday it is the Thursday special and comes with fries and a drink for $12) - Cheesesteak (obviously) with onions, with cheese wiz as the Lord intended - Mozzarella Jawns - I've never heard of that before but they're a very wide, sorta flatish cheese stick. I think they are named after an app from Bar Jawn in Manayunk (a Philadelphia neighborhood). Took it to go. It comes with house made chips and I ate those most of the way home. I'm normally not a fan of house made kettle style chips but these were great! Too salty for my husband but just right for me so your mileage may vary. The hot out of the fryer mozzarella and fries did not fare well on the 12 minute drive home but when I got to the house I popped them in the air fryer and they crisped back up to perfection. My husband had the BLT and he said it was delicious. The bacon was a little more crisp than he does it for himself but that's a personal preference thing. The tomatoes and lettuce were very fresh. As a BLT aficionado, he was a fan. The real star here was the cheesesteak. My husband said "this is better than the cheesesteaks I've had in Philadelphia" and he was not wrong. The meat was cooked perfectly, chopped and tender. Seasoned but not so much that the onions couldn't shine. Onions were browned and lightly softened, not soggy. The bread was delicious, soft and soaked in their homemade cheese wiz. Their cheese wiz? A national treasure. If I could order it by the tub I would and I'd never struggle to get my kids to eat their veggies again. It's that good. The whole thing was a 12/10. I have pictures but they're blurry because I couldn't sit the sandwich down long enough to photograph it so I'll rely on others for that. TL;DR - Go get a cheesesteak.

It would be unfair to describe this sandwich as being close to or nearly like a Philly Cheesesteak…read more THIS IS A PHILLY CHEESESTEAK The Cheesesteak's meat was cut and sliced by the owner. A real deal hoagie roll that does not get soggy but does soak up the juices. I had Provolone but Whiz or sharp cheddar is available (if you must) Totally delicious and satisfying. Took me back to my youth on the South Side Of Philadelphia. The Italian Hoagie is made with real Italian meats - Hot cap, mortadella, salami and pepperoni. The potato chips are cut and fried in tallow by the owner. Same with the shoe string fries. They are worth the trip all by themselves. Tallow....yum. If you eat healthier, there is a chicken salad served as a sandwich or salad that is amazing. The chicken is brined for two days then roasted in-house. Only a Chef/owner who loves what he does would go to that trouble. Huge portions on every item we ordered. I mean HUGE - come hungry to Milestone, leave full. The service was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and airy. If you craze cheesesteaks, hoagies or well made home cooked Deli food- get in your car and drive to Milestone Craft Deli. You can thank me latter

Finally, we arrive at the salad bar and it really does not look as appealing as in the past. The hummus looked dried out and the pasta, broccoli and other cold salads needed filling and stirred. There didn't seem to be anyone attending the salad bar to fill and clean the area. The pasta salad which i normally LOVE was so salty I could not eat it. I never even salted anything. I eat around the pasta salad and picked at the rest of the salad. The mini gingerbread muffins tasted like yesterday's and the corn muffins were so hard you could not bite them. So I had 2 chocolate ice cream cones for lunch. They were good. The manager came by our table and asked how our meal was and I did tell her of my dismay. I rarely get to go to Jason's deli and then I get a salt lick pasta salad. She did give me a free entree card and apologized for the meal. I hope the next meal will be on par for Jason Deli.

It now offers additional seating area and a drink station offering hot and cold coffee as well as regular fountain drinks and bottled beverages too. It was quite busy and all the patrons happily waited their turn for the yummy bagels. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches and iced coffees. I work in restaurants and this makes it high risk for mistakes. When "our" order was ready, she made direct eye contact with us beckoned us over to pay. It wasn't until after we made it out and home we realized it was the wrong order. There is certainly a gap in training because another individual was taking and calling out names for orders. What I received was somewhat similar to my order but extremely plain and lacking. (No offense to the person who originally made this order.) We also believed it would come out in order so we were called forward shortly after the people who were in front of us checked out. The ambiance is decent, the restaurant is cluttered and the ordering system is poor. The outside of the restaurant has two different signs and entrances/exits. I heard multiple people in line confused about this choice as well. My suggestion to ownership would be to make one entrance an exit only to avoid new customer confusion and streamline the ordering process. The bagel I received was tasty, but fell extremely flat because it was plain on the inside. Again, I received the wrong order so it wasn't at all what I was expecting. I would like to give this place another try and hopefully I receive someone else to take our order.
