I haven't eaten Panera in so long. I was craving the broccoli cheese soup and saw they have a new spicy steak Asiago bagel and was intrigued so I ordered the pick 2 and got both. I will say, I wasn't disappointed. I had a busy day and decided to get this ubered to me. The soup was just as good as before and the sandwich was hearty and flavorful. Updated review: This location has really turned things around and is so much better than it was previously. Our orders have been correct every single time we've visited and their take out salads are much more substantial and more akin to what you get in the restaurant. Here is an updated review based on Panera's refreshed menu items. I return regularly for coffee, and weekly breakfast with our local gang. Overall, this location has friendly servers, usually prompt service, and is now open longer hours (6 am to 10 pm daily). The new breakfast items are hit including Bacon Double Take, Steak & Wake, a return of the sesame bagel, and other new items...bravo. The Arabica coffee is always fresh, and dark roast is popular with me. Others prefer the Hazelnut. The high volume at this location keeps the coffee hot and fresh. I had tried the Toasted Italiano sandwich, and it was a miss. The "Unlimited Sip Club", either monthly or annually, is a great idea that entices me to return regularly. Private parking. No drive-thru. Order Ahead/Rapid Pick-up is a popular service. I absolutely love this place. It's always clean and parking is decent, food is always outstanding. I have their drink plan. It is my selfish treat. I share everything with my kids and they tend to drink all my drink after each 4 kids takes a "sip". They take my clothes and shoes. I finally put my foot down and said I need something I don't share. My Panera cup has been designated as the one thing I do not have to share. The staff has no idea how important my drink plan is to me. That is why I wanted to leave a review. We love their patio in the warm months and their fireplace in the winter. So why did I knock off one star? In the past 6 months there have been two times I have used their bathroom and no toilet tissue. That is not a causal mistake being they have the xl commercial toilet paper roll that are about 8 inches thick (I am guessing it it's the humongous rolls) times two per stall. if one is empty there is a full day or two before the second roll is empty. There is no excuse for not having TP. The issues that causes guest is nasty and they need to go home and skip eating to take care of business due to lack of TP. After that happening twice (I was in a rush the second time it happen), I inspect before sitting and move to the other toilet. I was looking for a quick lunch, and soup and salad sounded good, so I decided to check out Panera. At this location they have self serve kiosks to place your order. It wasn't too hard to figure out, thankfully, but it didn't give a receipt. My food was ready before I had filled my cup, under 5 minutes. I had the broccoli cheese soup, which is one of my favorites, and a half chicken Caesar salad. The salad did not have much chicken or dressing on it. I didn't think it was very good. My total for this meal was around $18, which is pretty steep for what I had. I still love Panera soups, but for the value, I don't think this will become a frequent stop. read more

It was ready in five minutes! There were no extra charges for my changes, but the sandwich plus a soup came out to $21.50. A bit pricey for one person, but I couldn't eat it all. The sandwich didn't have much chicken on it, but they did add all my extra veggies and such. The first bite I took had a bad piece of avocado, but that means at least they use fresh avo. Coming from New York City where Panera bread is a staple in my diet and being in Nashville area for a week I tried it on my second day and was thoroughly disappointed. I will never, ever, which ever one is longer, visit Panera bread in the Nashville area. my bread bowl was thankfully appropriate but my Baja bowl with chicken was a complete waste of 15 bucks. As you can see by the pictures, it was literally less than half full. It tasted good. Some of the avocado was spoiled but all in all the taste was OK it's just such a small amount for the full price of $15. My baguettes were hard and that to me is a problem. Tried a chipotle chicken wrap. Awful. Horrible. Don't. First, the wrap itself was between a tortilla and pita bread in thickness without any particular taste. Kind of stale. Second, first quarter was empty except a little melted cheese. (Maybe baking contributing to the dry staleness of the wrap?). Next, the chicken was thinly sliced, like prepossessed meats. Not much taste - but it was okay but not chunky like I expected. There were some eggs - at the bottom end. Problem was that by the time I got there, it was just eggs and wrap and the one slice of avocado. Which leads me to the avocado. Hard. As. A. Rock. Unripe avocado is not my jam. So if the wrap had everything across the middle instead of this layered approach, it might have been good. With lots of ripe avocado and tasty chicken it could have been awesome. It's a Panera, but it's not much more than that. Admittedly, I think the only exchange I had with an employee with that location was "Can I have more butter?" "Sure *hands over butter." I love that about Panera. We walked in on a busy Saturday, walked right up to the Fast Lane Order things while 10 people stood in line at the registers (why? just why?), ordered my bagel, scone, and coffee (breakfast of champions) in less than a minute, and got a table. Had I thought to order enough butter on the front end, I wouldn't have even had to ask for that. Very little human interaction is required at Panera, which can be a great thing. The fast lane kiosks are super easy to use, although so many people seem afraid of them. You literally choose the category you want, and click the picture of the thing you want. I guarantee a three-year-old could place an accurate order on those machines. If you order coffee or a drink, you grab your cup right there at the kiosk. Clearly, these kiosks are my favorite part of Panera. The pastries and coffee were standard Panera-level: enjoyable, but not artisan. read more

We do not know this bc we do not eat here. The young man behind the counter mumbled something to my husband about the basket. There was confusion bc he does not know the procedure and another patron walked up to get their food as well so he was not sure what was going on. The guy grabbed the pager off the counter and slammed it into the basket with a very annoyed look on his face as if he was conveying, "here ya go idiot, let me do it for you." My 10 yr old said, "that was rude!" so he obviously saw it. I will admit my husband lost it and said he should kick his ass. The managers were extremely nice and refunded the money for his meal. I really appreciated them. But, it's important for others to know not all patrons know your procedures and you should behave as such, with kindness or even just a little cordial tone. I love panera and I was quick to sign up for the coffee subscription. Especially considering they are doing the curbside pickup, made it very convenient. However, I find myself waiting 15-20 minutes for my coffee in the mornings. Or sometimes it takes so long for them to realize it's sitting there that I go get it myself. I had been having a black bean soup craving for over a week so my boyfriend and I decided to stop in this Panera location for an early dinner after doing some shopping yesterday. Ugh. It was pretty much an all over failure. My panini had the wrong sauce and was so hard around the edges I couldn't eat it. My black bean soup was pretty good although it was mostly liquid vs. beans. My bf's chicken tortellini alfredo was cold and they forgot the chicken. I took it back to the counter to be heated and for the chicken to be added. The chicken was pink and stringy and just very unappetizing. We ended up getting our money back for the tortellini since he didn't eat it. This is probably the worst Panera I've been to! The service is below average- servers fooling around and don't seem to care too much, although there were one nice, respectable guy who was cleaning. The food is below par for a Panera. The place looks like a wreck- floors stained, seats torn, just dirty in general. I won't be returning unless it's remodeled and gets new management.
