Definitely overpriced, as any Panera is, but the service is typically great and so is the food.

I'm a big fan of Panera Bread in general. While I don't think it's all that healthy (even though it's mostly salads and sandwiches, the calories definitely add up. I'm not a big green tea fan, but for some reason Panera's Green Tea is SOO incredibly delicious. They even offer refills here (other panera locations don't. believe me, I've asked). I love the strawberry/poppyseed salad but it's a seasonal item. There's also a nice selection of food for the little ones, although you're dropping almost $6 on a PB&J or Mac N Cheese. If you order a YOU-PICk-TWO combo you can throw in a dessert item for $0.99. read more

This is one of my least favorite Panera locations. I came with a friend, and they did not carry the regular bread to make her grilled cheese, causing her to eat it on a different type of bread. My mac and cheese was chunky, not creamy and smooth like how I have eaten it in the past. Additionally, when I asked for a pumpkin muffin as my pastry, I was given a pumpkin muffie (essentially a flattened muffin top) instead. My food still tasted fine with the exception of the mac and cheese, and my salad was prepared very well. I do love Panera, but I will not be returning to this location. read more

I visit this Panera often and recently have noticed it looking very dirty. Several times the register near the pastries were closed making me stand in a long line at the other order station just to get a coffee. I think this Panera needs new management. read more

I think it's some sort of law that if you live in Lebo and have young kids, you must visit this place at least twice a month or the authorities will, like, confiscate your GymBucks. At lunchtime it's absolutely overrun w/ small kids. But the food is reliable, the bread is genuinely good, and-- pregnant women take note-- there's caffeine-free Diet Pepsi in the fountain. Yep, it is a Panera. Same as the other thousands out there. But I did find the people working at this one to be very friendly. For OK tasting soup and sandwiches in a family friendly atmosphere this is a good option. read more

I've come to this panera once a month or so and each time I feel as if it's 6pm or after, they always run out of bread bowls or whatever item I enjoy. I'm not sure if the lady working the register was new or not, but she told me she wasn't sure if she could add a bread bowl to my soup for the pick two option. I found this quite confusing. Also, when I asked iced tea flavors since I couldn't see it on the menu with the light shining so brightly, she told me she wasn't sure. If that wasn't frustrating enough, after my order was placed through and paid for, I was told there were no bread bowls left, so they thought giving me two pieces of bread on the side was compensation. I should have been given my money back or some type of compensation for a better replacement for what I paid for. I'm sorry but this was poor service in my opinion and I do love panera, but I'll be taking my service elsewhere in the future. read more

Panera is the worst. I've never been a fan to begin with but as of late, they've descended into total ineptitude. Do not expect to get out of this place in less than 20 minutes. I stopped in to get a dozen of bagels for the office. They attempted to pack them in a shopping bag just tossing the everything bagels on top of the cinnamon crunch ones. They could not even follow the most basic request to leave the bagels unsliced. Not to mention the bagels looked pathetic and barely cooked. Panera in general has gone down hill, this one at a faster pace than others. read more

Terrible. I ordered online at 11:00am for lunch. It said that it would be delivered within the hour. I received a text at 11:38 saying that my order was on its way........an hour later, so I called the restaurant. The woman who answered explained to me that the delivery driver was new to the area, and she wasn't able to reach her by phone. At this same time, I saw the delivery driver walking out of my building. The girl on the phone told me that my order was still sitting at the restaurant, so I told her to just refund me. Here it is 1:30 and I just received a text saying that my order was arriving. Still no sign of the delivery person. Luckily I went to the grocery store nearby to grab something! No one has called me to apologize, or offer any sort of accommodation for this mistake. Won't be ordering from Panera again. read more

The music volume at this location is ridiculously LOUD. I have to ask nearly every time I'm there to have it lowered so that I can have a conversation with my husband. The manager told me once that he had no control over the music volume and I don't believe that to be true. Poor customer service. read more

I love Panera's food so much. I think some of these reviews are extremely unintelligent considering they mostly discuss price points for the food when that it obviously out of the staffs control. however the star rating definitely effects the backlash the managers and the store itself gets viewed by corporate. If you're broke karen just say that rather than giving a 2 star recure because you couldnt afford a $15 meal. sonic is right across the parking lot!!!! As for the other comments regarding being out of bread bowls or whatever. please understand the baker has to prepare everything during the night and when 400 karens all order the same exact soup and bread bowl in a 12 hr period the store might just run out but im sure many of u can skip the bread bowl and go for a nice half salad anyway! Lastly most of the staff is teenagers who attend high school. many of them will not going to go the extra mile for you and 99% of the issues i notice others are talking about are not only out of their control but the manager's control as well. p.s sharon is the best manager and should be promoted to CEO immediately!!! xoxox read more
