    Dubai chocolate cookie
    Michelle C.

Ordered the new Dubai chocolate cookie. Not how it was pictured at all. So much smaller in size for $3.19. Also hard as a rock and super dry. Definitely was over baked. Wasn't edible. Not worth it!

The bagels thrown in a bag, flavor's are all mixed up.

What in the homeless camp is this delivery of bagels? I ordered a dozen and a half bagels for an event in the morning. This included plain, blueberry, cinnamon crunch that they apparently were out of, everything and asiago. Somehow I got substituted flat multigrain bagels (which we're conveniently on the very bottom where you couldn't see them), which are not even really a bagel. What on earth. They threw every bagel at the bottom of a giant bag, no box/bag, no separation between flavors. So having a blueberry bagel sitting on top of an everything bagel makes sense right. Gross. This is the first and last time I will ever order from Panera. Why not package something better? Is a box really that much of a problem? You can't serve anything to anyone out of a brown paper bag of mixed flavors. Watch out, they are sneaky and will tape your bag shut, so you don't notice right away your food is just thrown into the bag. Also I just realized, I asked for the cinnamon crunch bagels to not be substituted with a cinnamon raisin, they put one in anyway. I didn't notice until it was cut open this morning because it looks a lot like the blueberry bagel. I mean, what if someone was allergic to that bagel? Also the people eating these bagels didn't want raisins.

Update (Wednesday 08/20: Panera Bread Customer Care addressed my dinner order issue I reported via the app. They were quick to respond the next day, and I appreciate their concern. I'm happy with the solution and still recommend them. Sunday 08/17 I've never had a problem with Panera, until now. This is my first complaint with them. I live close by, and went for a pick up. I ordered the same picked two order, I've had many times. The sandwich had the wrong bread, and it was half of a half sandwich. Both the steak and the soup were cold, and I was there 4 minutes before it was done. Plus the soup tasted funny. The pictures show how ridiculous and incorrect this sandwich was made. I paid $14.35 which included tip. Completely not worth what I paid for. This Panera location was really a disappointment.

I loved coming here because the seating options were so comfortable. We found the best seat outside under some pretty trees on top of the deck. There was so much table space that we were able to set out all of our materials and sketch in our sketchbooks. The food came out quickly and it was the perfect pairing. I ordered the chili which was delicious and half of a chipotle chicken avocado sandwich. The avocado was perfectly tender and smooth. They gave me an extra side of chipotle sauce which elevated the taste. I also ordered a pomegranate, hibiscus tea and it was the perfect sugar free option.

Nice Panera location in a cute shopping mall (The Avenue Viera) in Melbourne. There's a lot of nice outdoor seating where we were able to enjoy my Bear Claw....I love Panera's Bear Claw. Always moist and sweet...with the right amount of glaze on top. I ordered inside, not using the app, so I made sure I gave my phone number to the lady to get my reward points. This location is convenient to many other stores, great for strolling before or after.

It was inspired by the experience of coming upon and through the components of a Greek village and eventually making it into the big city of Athens. You can definitely feel that, but especially in the evening. The quality of the food and the space in which it is prepared and served in, are now commensurate. If you liked their family recipes from the original Old Olive Tree sit-down restaurant in Long Island, which were tweaked only slightly for the fast-casual The Avenue Viera location in Florida - then you should love how their new executive chef - Chef Andres, and his team, with their new equipment, have refined them with the family even more. Old favorites, and new dishes coming soon. The Beer & Wine of their original location has expanded into a full bar with robust beer & wine options. And...when the fine-dining restaurant opens upstairs, that will be next level - as the chef consultant from Greece has a 2* Michelin pedigree and Chef Andres (who also has a DC Michelin-level pedigree) studied with him in Athens last year to develop the new menu. I've been blessed to work on projects with Michelin chefs, we are very lucky to have that level of talent in Brevard again. The mixologist Tori has been concocting some amazing creations and sourcing brilliant spirits from Greece to build them. I can see drinks on the lawn being a popular thing there. It has its own 'entrance' so will be perfect for private events as well. And there will be the Greek bakaliko Market too - with beautiful products sourced from the familial homeland. Viera is lucky to have this and other new venues. For years we have come from Beachside south, and I know people that make the drive from south of Palm Bay and Vero Beach. To the north, from Titusville. Prices have always been fair for the quality of ingredients and the portions. I have never walked away hungry, ever. I personally am not bothered by the card processing fees if I choose to use a card. These card processing fees are exorbitant to the merchant, and although they too do not like them, they are to be expected nowadays to be passed on. Some of the POS systems embed them in your bill and others line-item them. This new system is line-iteming them, so I don't fault the restaurant for that. I am willing to pay a little extra for an outside seat and a pleasant space, as opposed to being claustrophobic. And the service? The staff has been increased greatly with additional front-of-house staff being added into the mix. We are always greeted by name when we go, and if it's someone we don't know, we are greeted with a smile. You can tell that the staff love their new environs. Robots speaking Greek with English translations replaced runners - and the runners were then retrained as attendants in the dining room, counter and expo. Total upgrade for everyone. It's quite pleasant having a dining attendant as opposed to a server. They never made you feel rushed but always made sure discreetly that you had what you needed. Very interesting way to reinvent fast-casual! If you don't enjoy the place, even just nursing a frappe and eating your way through layers of baklava, or you're enjoying one of Tori's cocktails with some delicious mezethes - you are really missing out! Kali Orexi!

I ordered a bowl loaded with roasted sweet potatoes, which I love, along with sirloin steak and citrus chicken thigh, black beans, brown rice, carrots, red onions, baby spinach, green peppers, cucumbers, and egg. Basically, all the ingredients I would normally build for myself at home, just assembled efficiently and handed to me without the cleanup. The setup is cafeteria style, and I am perfectly fine with that. I actually prefer it over the help yourself buffet model where hygiene becomes a shared community experiment. Here, everything is controlled, assembled behind the counter, and moved along quickly. That gives me peace of mind, especially when you never quite know how mindful the person next to you is about washing their hands. What stood out is that the food was not just convenient, it was genuinely good. Fresh ingredients. Balanced flavors. Filling without feeling heavy. The dressing tied everything together and was honestly scrumptious. It elevated what could have been a standard health bowl into something I would happily go back for. If you need something healthy, customizable, and fast, especially when you are on the go, SoFresh delivers exactly that. It checks the boxes for clean ingredients, solid protein, and real flavor without overcomplicating the experience.

We were shown to our table. My wife ordered a dinner salad, she was told the dressing was garlic ranch. Since it was the only option she asked to bring olive oil. That was fine, but halfway through our meal I overheard a different waiter at another table say the choice of dressing for the salad was garlic ranch or vinegarette. Another "oversight". The waiter seemed nice. Later we realized when our food arrived that all of the tables seated after us were served bread with herb butter. I didn't complain but thought it was an oversight on the part of the waiter. I asked if the spaghetti and meatballs were good, the waiter said yes, very good. I decided to give it a try, the spaghetti was ok, but hadn't been properly sauced, it was as though the sauce was just dumped in the center with two meatballs. The sauce tasted like garlic and tomatoes, hardly any other flavor such as oregano or basil. The meatballs had far too much Italian flavored breadcrumbs and tasted like a meat-bread ball. The house salad my wife received and my side salad were pretty sad. Lettuce, 2 slices of cucumber, a small slice of tomato, and some shredded carrots. For a house salad at an Italian restaurant, it seemed pretty sparse. I expected an olive maybe, and / or a slice of onion, maybe a slice of green pepper, or a cruton or two? Go figure. Overall was disappointed, eveything about the restaurant decor gave me the first impression that it would be better. Coming from an Italian American family I know good Italian food when I taste. I know flavorful sauce and I know what a real homemade meatball should taste like. Perhaps other dishes and perhaps other wait staff are better. IMO there are better choices for Italian food in the area, doubtful I will be back to try something different.

We went right before dinner service started so we were able to enjoy ourselves at their 'Prime Hour' with discounted appetizers and drinks. We splurged on the bourbon flight, the prime old fashioned and the blossom old fashioned- they were incredible! We shared the wedge salad - it was ginormous! We also had the mushroom Chardonnay soup- we enjoyed that so much we went over to the market to buy some to take home. Husband had the mushroom ravioli (he's pescatarian) and I had the 16oz Waygu Ribeye. I have had Waygu at other high end restaurants and felt it wasn't worth the hype... this was incredible! It cut like butter. Oh and I almost forgot we had the blue crab artichoke dip... that was easily the runner up for the best of the night. Even my daughter who doesn't like conflict mentioned that I need to yelp him. Food still not that great.
