Well, to start with I was not greeted upon entering the location. I only found kiosks available to place my order. Upon placing my order and paying for it, a screen popped up and asked if I would like to tip the team. This perplexed me quite a bit because I did not see any team as you'll see in my photos. The only thing the team did was to prepare my food and I didn't actually see anyone or interact with anyone until my last name was called and my bag was abruptly placed on the counter before me. It's very sad the direction the service industry is going. Kiosks save labor, but are void of any kind of human interaction with the guest. They do not speak to you. They do not make you feel welcome. It's been a long time since I've been to a Panera and will be longer. The place was boring. There was no music only empty silence. Giving them one star was pushing it. But they don't allow negative numbers. I hope whoever operates the location has better success in their future endeavors. Things are looking bleak for Panera bread.

Amazing service!! Ms.Renzie was wonderful, she suggested food items, broke down the menu to us and also informed us about the current specials. The managers and fellow team members assisted with bringing out the food and they all came over to check on us throughout our meal. Great establishment, very friendly, clean and organized. Thank you all for the wonder experience!! And thank you again Ms. Renzie, you made our experience very welcoming.

    There's no food ready

We came here at nine and there was no food ready. We waited over 40 minutes for bagels. They didn't have yogurt or any of there normal breakfast foods. We also were the only people in here and they got the order wrong multiple times. Wouldn't recommend coming here.

Gave us a number to place on our table but didn't bring food to us. Why bother giving us a table standing number? coffee was cold, no cream. (that's one of the main reasons I came here) Mac n cheese was cold and watery. The pepperoni mozzarella melt was pathetic. Like 8 pieces of pepperoni. Barely any marinara. My wife's chili was microwaved and splattered all over. Looked like someone had diarrhea in a bowl. I've NEVER had an experience like this at Panera. 45 dollars for microwaved chili, cold Mac and cheese and coffee. Get new managers or charge less. you're better than this. PLUS I left a tip on checkout because that's when they ask. Should've gotten that money back but I'll just spread the love ALL OVER the internet.

they're soon going to shut these joints down!!! horrible service and over priced food! nothing special just a sandwich on panini press. drinks are empty

0 stars if I could. Waited over an hour for my food and was still very patient with the staff as I knew they were stressed. Finally got my sandwich and it looks like this. With hair in it too. Screw this place.

I love Panera! I was excited to come here because I always go when I'm home in New York. So I really wanted a chocolate chip cookie (they're the best) and they ran out, so one of the workers gave me the cookie bag! She was SOOO Nice! The other workers here was very nice as well. The food was amazing of course. I'm definitely going to come back while in Texas. Panera Bread is literally the best. Make sure you order the Strawberry Poppyseed Salad ! It's great.

    Ms. Renzie.

I want to give this place 5 stars really bad but the prices are ridiculous. 22$ after tip for one sandwich one drink and one small bag of chips. I won't be back even though the sandwich was delicious. I'm just not gonna pay that much for a sandwich when I can go to Jersey Mikes and spend half that

The wait was a little long after we ordered, but there were only 2 employees working and 2 orders ahead of us. When we got our sandwiches, they were a decent size and tasted absolutely fantastic. The reason for 4 stars is simply the PRICE! There were four of us and we each got a sandwich and a combo and the total was over $80! While the sandwiches were good, we could have had a regular sit-down dining experience for less than that! Sadly, this is the reason we will likely not be returning. It's a shame, because there were several other sandwiches we would be willing to try. I am concerned about the longevity of this place with prices that high. That said, if you are okay spending $20 a person, you will not leave hungry and you will be satisfied with the food itself!

They have a few tables inside and outside, we sat inside. There was one individual working for orders and they were a delight. Very friendly and patient as we weren't sure what to get. Coffee was tasty, and we went with the southwestern omelet, French toast, 1 blueberry pancake and breakfast plate with ham. Highly recommended to order the hash browns well done (1 plate and 1 did not) and wished I had done the well done ones. Next time. The food was great and everything came out hot. As they are a make to order kitchen, patience is key for greatness. We also ordered a few of the fried pies to go....so the verdict is still out on those. I doubt they won't be delicious based on the meal. Great place to checkout if in the area.

You have to go behind the counter and into the kitchen where the food is being prepared. I didn't mind because that's what everyone else was doing. I liked walking past the tables and seeing all the dishes other people got. The food looked really good, especially the blueberry pancakes. My granddaughter got French toast, one egg and sausage. The rest of us got breakfast burritos. I got a side of ham for my dog, Baxter. Our burritos were delicious and huge. Baxter liked his large serving of ham and was disappointed when he finished. I had a bite of ham and I can affirm it was delicious. My only complaint about the menu is that they don't offer a choice of bread with the breakfasts. The traditional egg and meat and omelette breakfasts all come with toast. You can get pancakes or biscuits but that's in a different section. You can always order something from the biscuit or pancake section and add a side of eggs and or meat. This is a unique restaurant and well worth checking out.

The space itself is adorable--think industrial loft vibes with exposed brick, warm wood accents, and that cozy, slightly artsy feel you get from an old brick building repurposed just right. It's the kind of place that feels calm and intimate, especially tucked into a quieter downtown pocket that gives off small-city charm in the best way. I ordered a loose-leaf green tea (I won't even attempt to pronounce the name), brewed French-press style, and it was so good--earthy, smooth, and surprisingly reminiscent of crispy rice mixed with green tea. Warm, comforting, and thoughtfully prepared. My husband went with an Americano, which was solid and well-balanced. They do offer food and small bites, but what really stood out was how community-forward the space feels. There's local artwork displayed throughout the café, all available for purchase, along with curated retail items like tallow products, cool tees, and other thoughtful little finds you don't usually see in a coffee shop. Between the cozy industrial atmosphere, quality drinks, and strong support of local artists and makers, Nashville Cafe feels less like a quick coffee stop and more like a place you actually want to linger.
